Pasquale Rotella may have found an interesting way to get out of diaper duty – he’s facing up to 13 years in jail! Holly Madison‘s future baby daddy is one of six people indicted in April on 29 counts of bribery, embezzlement, conspiracy and conflict of interest in Los Angeles.
The corruption case stems from raves held at the city’s Memorial Coliseum.
Prosecutors say Rotella used more than $2.5 million from the venue to pay off city officials via backroom deals.
People reports: Rotella has maintained his innocence throughout the 13-month investigation. His attorney said Rotella “has always acted lawfully and appropriately with respect to all of his dealings with the Los Angeles Memorial Coliseum,” and called the charges “completely baseless and flat-out wrong.”
Pasquella is due back in court on Sept. 25 for a pre-trial conference. He faces up to 13 years and 8 months in jail if convicted on all counts.
