Kate Middleton was enjoying a vacation in the South of France last week when she was photographed topless while sunbathing. French magazine Closer published Kate Middleton's topless pictures this morning.

The images were snapped at the Queen's nephew Lord Linley's home.

The photographer who took the pictures of Prince William and The Duchess tried to sell them in England, but due to Great Britain's privacy rules for the royals, no one in the British media wanted to purchase the pictures.

William and his skinny wife are considering suing the photographers or the tabloid. The Telegraph calls the paparazzi "grinning perverts."
