Serena Williams is doing pretty well for herself these days. Not only did the tennis phenom win the US Open over the weekend, and recently lose a ton of weight, she also has a new boo in tennis academy founder Patrick Mouratoglou.

Serena and Patrick have been "friends" for a while and Patrick has even played an informal coach/adviser role throughout Serena's career. Now it seems they've taken it to a new level, however, as the pair were spotted getting awfully close with one another on the streets of Paris this week. That's right: we're talking public canoodling.

Patrick is 11 years Serena's senior, but she clearly prefers her men on the older side, having previously been linked to rapper/actor Common and director/d-bag Brett Ratner.

We wish all the best for Patrick and Serena, though personally, I'm hoping they don't get married because I never want to have to type that dude's last name ever again. It's got like 47 vowels.
