Aaron Fisher is also known as "Victim 1" in the Jerry Sandusky sex abuse scandal. Now 18, Aaron met Sandusky when he was 11 years old at Second Mile summer camp, Sandusky's charity for disadvantaged young boys.

Aaron says that he was sexually assaulted a year later in Jerry's basement. He kept the secret for 3 years before finally coming forward. When he told his school principal about the molestation, he was told to "go home and think about it."

Aaron's mother said Jerry made hundreds of calls to their home. Aaron describes what a predator Sandusky was:

"He once followed my bus home from school. I took off running but he drove on the opposite side of the street, onto oncoming traffic to catch up with me. I ran up an alley and he went to my house and parked out front."

Fisher appears on 20/20 tonight on ABC at 10PM where he'll speak about the abuse and his new book, "Silent No More: Victim 1's Fight for Justice Against Jerry Sandusky".
