Justin Bieber has marked many milestones in the past couple years. He's graduated from high school, become one of the most commercially successful recording artists in history, and sprouted his first chest hair…but the Biebs has always claimed that nothing is more important to him than his relationship with his fans, so this latest achievement must have special significance for JB: he is the first person to reach more that 3 billion views on You Tube.

Yes, that's billion with a "B," and, appropriately, it was the video for "Beauty and a Beat" that helped Justin break the record. Naturally, the Biebs received congratulatory tweets from a number of Beliebers, but he has yet to acknowledge the milestone himself.

He may be waiting to thank his fans in a video message on You Tube, the site that helped make him famous in the first place. That clip, of course, will receive another million or so views within a day of being posted.
