According to casting rumors, Miley Cyrus was going to play Bonnie in a Lifetime miniseries remake of Bonnie & Clyde. The miniseries was supposed to be four hours. Liam Hemsworth‘s fiance was in the running for the female lead.

TV Line reports that “Miley Cyrus is no longer in the running to play the female lead in Bonnie & Clyde.  It’s not clear what led to the breakdown in talks… Later this month, Cyrus kicks off a multi-episode arc on CBS’ Two and a Half Men.”

A four-hour miniseries sounds time consuming and I don’t think Miles wants anything to interrupt her obsessive Tweeting schedule.
