There have been rumors that Bethenny Frankel and Jason Hoppy split, stories that they "never have sex" and Bernadette Birk, Bethenny's mother, says there is no way this marriage will work.

On the third and final season of Bethenny Ever After, Jason and Bethenny spent the entire season fighting. Since wrapping up their reality show around a year ago, a source tells UsWeekly:

"Things have gotten even more strained in recent months. They're fighting a lot."

One ongoing conflict: differing career ambitions. Says a source, "She's very focused, but he's just not driven. Bethenny's unhappy, but she really wants to make it work."

On Bethenny's Twitter, she never mentions her husband, only her daughter Bryn. It's been that way for as long as I can remember. The couple spends a lot of time apart. I like Bethenny so I hope everything works itself out.
