Shawn Holley has had enough. Lindsay Lohan owes her lawyer more than a quarter of a million dollars and now Shawn is no longer interested in working for free.

Shawn has filed documents to "officially withdraw from the case before Lindsay's hearing on January 30," according to TMZ.
