Matt Giraud was voted off of American Idol last night ya ya ya, but Adam Lambert was in the bottom 2?!

Honestly, I'm kind of b*tchy like that cause I think it would have been hilarious if the judges used their "Save Rule" for Matt and Adam got the boot! Simon would have been popping some veins and this would definitely be his final season on the show.

I'm also happy that Adam was in the bottom two because you know that queen must be way cocky at this point and he needs to return back to planet earth. He did look pretty skurred, didn't he?! I wonder what votefortheworst.com thinks about all this f*ckery? Those crazies are doing a pretty good job.

Adam Lambert did a sexy strut down the American Idol stage and gave another memorable performance; this time around, the sexy singer sang "Feeling Good."

Adam Lambert is a fearless talent and I quite enjoy his swagger. It suits my fancy. I also love his voice and his insane range and control! Watch out for the final note, all. Adam for the win!

In a shocker to nobody, Adam Lambert is the top-selling American Idol season 8 contestant on iTunes! The iTunes chart numbers are supposed to be on the down low, but thanks to an Apple software glitch we know the truth.

American Idol producers did not want the numbers to be leaked, fearing it might spoil the show's season finale or cause one contestant to be favored over another.

The New York Post reports that Adam Lambert is making it rain, taking six of the top 10 spots on the Idol list! His rendition of "Mad World," which earned him a standing-O from Simon Cowell, is the No.1 spot on the secret chart.

Kris Allen has three studio versions of his performances in the top 10 and Danny Gokey's "Endless Love" from movie night is also in the top 10. There's no mention of Allison Iraheta's stats, but I really hope she goes very far. Luvs her!

Also, if the NY Post is gonna expose sales, I would like them also to analyze this season's stats with previous Idol winners and top 10 contestants' numbers. Maybe it's not all about moving copies on iTunes. Daughtry was sent home fairly early and he's killing it. This info may not be as indicative as Idol producers fear or as explosive as The Post may want it to be.

Adam Lambert sang the legendary rock anthem "Born to be Wild" on American Idol last night. Now that  takes some balls! And while Adam's rendition wasn't that original, he ended strong.

I have to agree with Simon Cowell's critique - this wasn't Adam's best performance. However, the man has yet to give a bad performance because he's that good.

Also, on last night's show only two judges at a time were allowed to weigh in per contestant. It was either Simon and Paula or Randy and Kara. In seven and a half seasons Idol producers don't think they can handle keeping judges' critiques brief (the show ran over 7 minutes past its time slot last week), so they're silencing two judges at a time.

That is so laughable and I hope Idol returns to having all judges give their opinion on all of the contestants. Isn't that why they're on the panel to begin with?

Maybe Criss was trying to be humorous, but this Tweet is a fail whale. Reason being, Criss obviously knows of Adam Lambert if he's making commentary on his look. Second, Adam was probably dressing the way he does pre-Idol and I doubt it has crap to do with Criss Angel, who isn't as attractive as him. Nice try.

Adam Lambert gives. Me. Chills. He is the quintessential American Idol contestant. I can't remember any other performer in eight seasons with such a captivating stage presence who consistently gives undeniably memorable performances. Adam Lambert's voice is amazing; and like an experienced artist, he has a strong sense of which styles to perform in and what songs to sing. Week after week Adam has been keeping the Internet buzzing as his fans proclaim that he will win this year. He better. You know the judges are holding their "Judges save" vote just for him.

It's also obvious that Idol producers know that it's all about Adam - he tends to be one of the very last performers every week. I tune in to watch him and Allison Iraheta alone. I'm here trying to convey my enthusiasm for his talent through my keyboard and I dunno if I'm succeeding, so I'll just summarize: Adam for the win!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

After watching Adam Lambert gyrate, slap a female dancer's ass and grab his crotch while wearing sparkly makeup and a ripped tank top, there should be no doubt that the man is a sexy gay dude. Some fans are fighting the truth and saying that Adam's simply playing characters (in his gay photos). If that'll help them sleep at night and keep 'em voting for Mr. Lambert, they can rub themselves with that delusion and hang onto it tightly.

But I have SO many questions after watching this video. I wonder what musical direction Adam will take when he comes out with a record?! I still want to buy it right now, but he can sing in all genres (except country), and he sounds great while singing 'em. He is a major talent and we're all so lucky to have him and his creativity in an otherwise so-so season of American Idol.

Lambert is the only reason to watch American Idol. Adam Lambert's rendition of Smokey Robinson's "Tracks of My Tears" is so beautiful. His perfected falsetto carries so much emotion. He is so captivating; he reaches out, pulls you in and doesn't let you go until he's done. And you don't ever want him to stop singing ever! Absolutely friggin' brilliant!

He must win this competition. MUST! When is his album coming out? I wanna buy it right now.

Adam Lambert is all kinds of hot, sexual and talented but I didn't wanna rub myself while watching him perform "Ring of Fire" last night. The performance felt dark-sided and he's kind of goth.

I don't like that S&M shit and I think he would wanna go there before he even found out my last name - if I were a gay male - and that makes me nervous. I don't get whipped or handcuffed to anything on the first date because I'm too much of a lady.

Anyway, here's Adam's performance of "Ring of Fire" last night. His voice is great but this was disgusting and not country soundin' at all, y'all. And truth is, he seriously doesn't have to win. He will be successful. That's the beauty of American Idol, those who don't win often attain more success than those who do.

An American Idol staffer has leaked that the show is fixed and producers and judges have already selected the final four contestants. There are currently 11 aspiring singers battling it out each week for the title.

Asked if this was opinion or actual fact, the staffer vehemently retorted, “Those ARE the people,” saying it wasn’t mere speculation.

I'm not the least bit surprised. I would like to mention that this is simply a rumor at this point, but the American Idol tell-all book that's being written reportedly reveals that the show is fixed. Producers force singers to choose bad songs to sing whenever they wanna give 'em the axe. Plus the book goes into Paula's crazy, mentioning all the prescription drugs she pops.

I think that Adam Lambert will make it whether he wins this season or not. My other best bet for a breakout star is Allison Iraheta (the girl with the red hair in the photo). She is a Latina version of Kelly Clarkson and I think she has a lot of potential. Contestants like Clarkson and Carrie Underwood and Daughtry do well when they're not singing strictly pop or soulful or squeaky R&B like Fantasia. Adam Lambert is a huge hit! I like the direction that American Idol is going because it was like contestants on the first few seasons of the show had to sing ballads or get the eff off the stage.
