Halle looked stunning, and the woman can fill out a dress. I saw this pic and thought: Damn, I have to get this effing dress! Nevermind that my gut will be spilling outta the holes in the sides, my tits will look wonky, and my arms will look pregnant.

Funny how we sometimes swear we're going to look nearly as good if we put on the same outfit that someone hot has on!

The women will visit various Washington, D.C., area schools and speak to students about career goals, in honor of Women's History Month.

With those bangs, she really doesn't care who the hell thinks she's hawt or not. Jessica has that hair for her new movie, but she could have easily pulled her bangs back so she could be more "red carpet ready," but she didn't. She typically goes for a natural look instead of conforming to industry standards of superficial beauty. I wish she could mentor Xtina Aguilera.

Who's the hostess with the mostest? Why Alicia Keys, whose 5th annual Black Ball brought together talent (Timberlake and John Mayer) and a bevy of beauties, like mom Jessica Alba and Top Chef host Padma Lakshmi.

"I can no longer ignore the harmful rumors, that my friend Alicia Keys is in any way linked to my marital circumstances or to the decision that [my wife] Mashonda and I have made to separate," Beatz tells Us.

"I am disappointed that some have chosen to try and tarnish Alicia's reputation by irresponsibly implicating her in a situation that she has absolutely nothing to do with," Beatz, a father of two, says.

"This experience has been one of the most difficult times in my life, and as was stated when we announced our separation several months ago, I ask that you continue to respect my privacy in dealing with this personal matter," Beatz tells Us.

I don't know all the deets on this salacious rumor, and I'm not so sure details even existed. Rumor had it that these two were making sex and that caused Swizz divorce. I wanna know.

"Everybody can have their fun right now talking that dumb shâ€" about my divorce and all that. I'mma give them something to talk about. People get divorced every fâ€"in' day. They need to worry about more serious things."

The big rumor in the tabloids is that Swizz and his wife broke up over the proverbial "other woman." What made the story so sensational was that the alleged mistress in this case was Grammy winner Alicia Keys. Swizz dismissed it.

"It ain't even bad. My divorce, it ain't nothing bad. It's just us moving on. Me and Shonda are super good. It is what it is. [The press] are nine months late on the situation. It's a headache to me. We been separated nine or 10 months already. I'm not hiding anything," he added.

"I can see if I was hiding something. I'm a grown man. Nobody is living no perfect life. Mashonda has a single coming out that I funded, photo shoots that I funded. We made our statement that we're still working together. They didn't wanna believe it. I said I would be continuing to support her career. Nobody wants to look at that shâ€". Mashonda made this statement to Hip Hop Weekly regarding an alleged affair between Swiss Beatz and Alicia Keys:

[Alicia Keys] is her own woman and she has made her own choices. I don't have a problem with her. I will say this though, I am not a scorned woman. I have a responsibility to raise [my son], he's my number one priority and everyday I strive more for him and of course my music."

If Barbara Walters did it, Alicia could too. Hot dayum!

I haven't seen Alicia on tour since she was just hitting the scene, promoting her debut album, Songs in A Minor. I've witnessed her immeasurable talent when she freely tickles the ivories without a song in mind. Your mouth is just left wide open.

The E! Channel took some time out to give Alicia some well deserved props, but what's more impressive than her talent is her heart.

Britney Spears was at Alicia Keys' concert at L.A.'s Staples Center. And so were Nick Lachey and Vanessa Minnillo.

The show rocked. Man, has Ms. Keys grown into one fantastic jaw-dropping performer. Her voice filled that entire ginormous arena and then some.

During her show, Keys urged everyone to take out their cellphones and text the word Alive to the number 90999 to donate just $5 to help fight HIV/AIDS in Africa through the Keep a Child Alive organization.

If Alicia asks the crowd to send a text at all of her shows, can you fathom how much money she's going to raise?!!!!

In a time when most celebrities come up with more ways to get money from their fans so they can buy another Bentley or house, Alicia is amazing for creating her organization and reaching out. So impressive. :)

Jordin Sparks will have to temporarily cancel her performances for the rest of April on Alicia Keys' tour due to a vocal injury. I say it's nothing a little ejaculation in the back of the throat couldn't clear up. ;)

The 18-year-old singer, whose hits include "Tattoo" and "No Air," was scheduled to be the opening act on Keys' tour, which kicked off over the weekend in Hampton, Va. Washington said in addition to missing the tour's first month, Sparks was forced to cancel a planned performance at the Earth Day Network & Green Apple Festival concert in Washington, D.C.

Washington said Sparks is expected to rejoin Keys' tour in May. "Jordin Sparks is on vocal rest and is expected to make a full and complete recovery," according to a statement from 19/Jive Records. "Sparks has been going nonstop over the past two years and now she's going through the normal course of learning how to manage and care for her voice."

Alicia Keys will marry her music producer boyfriend Kerry 'Krucial' Brothers in New York this summer, according to reports.

Star claims the couple has booked Oheka Castle on Long Island for a ceremony on Independence Day.

Bosses at the 32-bedroom French-style chateau have confirmed a wedding will take place that weekend, but have refused to reveal the identity of the bride and groom.Keys and Brothers have never spoken openly about their relationship. They have been songwriting partners for years, co-owning the KrucialKeys production company and New York's Oven Recording Studios. A representative for the R&B star has yet to confirm or deny the wedding reports.

This rumor comes from Star magazine. Please. They're notorious for making up stories. I don't really believe it, but getting hitched is one of the best ways to squash gay rumors. I think Alicia's a closet case. I've talked to too many people in the music industry who've told me so. But you didn't read that from me *cough.* I dunno.

After her recent sensational Blender article, Keys has had to do some pointed damage control, explaining that she's not a government-hating, media-bashing conspiracy theorist. She was just "misinterpreted."Right. Because there are so many ways to interpret the quote "Gangsta rap is a ploy to convince black people to kill each other"

Alicia said:

To clarify that statement�"what I was saying at the interview�"the term gangsta rap was so over-sloganized during that time... and that in so many ways, everyday people, as well as the government, could have done so much more to really obliterate and eradicate things that were going on in the community at that time that forced the artists to talk about and discuss so strongly what they saw, what they lived with every day.

As much as people are talking trash about Alicia, little do they understand how many journalists write their articles. They not only edit the hell out of their interviewee's statements, but they probe and encourage you to make statements like Alicia made.

The journalist who wrote the damn article could have said the same thing first, prompting Alicia to say what she said. I wasn't there when Alicia held her interview, but I know how a lot of journalists work. I work with many of them who live to expose dirt.

Whether you agree with Alicia or not, I applaud her stupidity for speaking out like she did.
