The FBI thought Anna Nicole Smith was smart enough to take part in a murder for hire plot against E. Pierce Marshall, the son of her ex-husband. Not only was she too dumb, but she was too trucked up on painkillers to be making a somewhat conscious decision on anything.

Sources say the FBI files were released under the Freedom of Information Act and detailed Anna breaking down in her interviews with the agents.

When interviewed in July of 2000, Anna "began crying and denied ever making such plans. Smith adamantly denied ever contemplating such a crime," one report noted.

Prosecutors agreed to drop the case since there was a lack of evidence which is understandable. There was a lack of anything going on upstairs in that blonde head except she may thought of doing a 'poo poo' on Pierce Marshall's head.
