Deadliest Catch star Jake Harris whose father Captain Phil Harris passed away earlier this month, is currently in jail and being held on a $1,500 bond.

Police stopped Harris for driving erratically at approximately 9 p.m. He refused to take a Breathalyzer test and was being held on suspicion of DUI, hit and run, and driving with a suspended license which are all misdemeanors.

Poor Jake went out to drown his sorrows in a few beers and it landed him in the clink. Drinking doesn't make the pain go away, it just numbs it for a little while. If Captain Phil was still alive, he would have made Jake pay bail out of his own pocket and dragged him out by the nuts. That's how it should be done!

I Love New York 2 contestant Jamal Trulove has been convicted of first-degree murder in the death of Seu Kuka. This is the second VH1 reality show contestant to commit murder in the past year with the first being Jasmine Fiore killed and stuffed into a suitcase by Megan Wants a Millionaire contestant Ryan Jenkins.

Jamal's conviction was based on an eyewitness to the slaying. There were 25 people who witnessed the incident but she was the only one to testify.

She said she was "100 percent" sure Trulove was the gunman. Three months after the murder, she was surprised to see Trulove on the VH-1 series "I Love New York 2" as a potential suitor of reality TV veteran Tiffany "New York" Pollard.

The witness who testified is scared for her life and has entered the witness protection program. Jamal only appeared on the first episode of 'I Love New York 2' because he was booted for fighting. I hope VH1 fires its casting directors and does a better job on background checks from now on!

Michael Lohan was arrested again for calling his ex-girlfriend Erin Muller again.

Erin, who was engaged to Michael, has a restraining order out against Lohan and he is not to contact her at any time. Michael knows the rules but he doesn't pay attention to them. He was also arrested last month for calling Erin.

Mike allegedly beat Erin on several occasions. Michael is currently dating Jon Gosselin's leftovers, Kate Major, yet he still contacts Erin - and you know Mikey wasn't even drunk dialing, he's just a whiny little b*tch.

According to Erin's attorney, Lindsay Lohan's father allegedly called Erin at work on January 21 -- a violation of Erin's restraining order against him. Michael was arrested and booked for criminal contempt.

The father of the year is due in court on February 25.

Flying Senator Nathan Petrelli on Heroes got himself into a situation he couldn't fly out of. And if he could fly, he probably would have drunkenly crashed into a house. Heroes star Adrian Pasdar was arrested for DUI early this morning.

According to TMZ, the cops clocked Adrian going over 90-mph and swerving on the 405 freeway in L.A. When cops pulled him over, they smelled alcohol and ordered him to do a field sobriety test. He failed and was arrested for suspicion of DUI.

Adrian was booked and put in the clink with a bail set at $15,000 because he refused to do the breathalyzer test. He was clearly buzzing if the cops arrested him after his field sobriety test, so why would they set his bail so high? The po-po are making sure their pension is paid for when they retire with these high bails they demand for stupid sh*t.

The vertically challenged and handsome man of my dreams, Gary Coleman was arrested yesterday. The former actor got busted in Santaquin, Utah, on one count of domestic assault (a misdemeanor).

The police are keeping the identity of the victim anonymous. Coleman is currently being held on $1,725. Gary should treasure one of the few women on the planet who would ever consider dating, let alone marrying his loser a*s, yet he allegedly abuses his wife? I hope Gary and that mentally unstable ginger of his get some help. They are both sick individuals.

The police are looking for Katt Williams for pimp slapping somebody. No, he's not back in the business of slinging hoes for money.

It all came about when Katt was meeting with Marion Powers in November about extorting a musical recording Katt did. When things got heated, Katt allegedly punched Marion right in the kisser! What Katt didn't realize is that Marion was recording audio of the confrontation, which has Katt admitting he hit Marion.

"Mr. Williams was on audio recording stating that he did physically strike Mr. Powers once in the nose," and that Powers' nose "did show signs of swelling."

The arrest warrant issued is for battery and false imprisonment. If Katt wants to avoid this drama, he should figure out where Tiger Woods is hiding and shack up with him. Nobody knows how to disappear like Osama Bin Laden as well as Tig does.

Isn't it awesome when something crazy happens to a celebrity? All of this crazy dirty laundry comes flying out of their closet that we didn't know about, like Brooke Mueller's arrests for Cocaine possession and a DUI.

It appears as though Brooke Mueller used to enjoy getting her drink on and playing with white powder before she became involved with Charlie Sheen. Brooke was "arrested by the Palm Beach Police Department on her DUI on Sept. 13, 1996. Her cocaine possession arrest was by Miami-Dade police on March 19, 2001."

As part of Brooke's DUI arrest, she was also charged for causing damage to property, which means she probably drove over some old woman's mailbox after having a few too many drinks. It's time for the poor folks who have dirt on Brooke to come out of the closet with their stories of what a crazy and wild party animal Brooke used to be, so they can cash in on the drama. You know this is only the beginning!

According to the police affidavit, Brooke Mueller and Charlie Sheen began arguing at 3:30 a.m. on the day of his arrest.

Sheen says at one point he took Mueller's eyeglasses and broke them in front of her. Brooke says that Charlie snapped after she said she wanted a divorce, and that she would be taking their children away from him.

Sheen grabbed her by the upper part of her throat while straddling her on the bed. Sheen then pulled out a knife and held it to her throat, saying, "You better be in fear. If you tell anybody, I'll kill you. Your mother's money means nothing. I have ex-police I can hire who know how to get the job done, and they won't leave any trace."

Brooke does have "red marks on the upper part of the front of her neck."

My original version of this post was deleted, so here's the Cliffnotes version: Charlie is good at multi-tasking. Who has a knife readily available to point at their children's mother while straddling her on a bed and grabbing her throat? The man is efficient. He plans out his crazy, and he should be punished accordingly.

Brooke Mueller called 911 early on Christmas morning after Charlie Sheen allegedly pulled a knife out on her. In the recording, a sobbing and frantic Brooke says, "My husband had me with a knife. I was scared for my life and he threatened me."

At the time of Sheen's arrest, Brooke's alcohol level was .13. After hearing Brooke's 911 call, one can conclude that she was terrified. No matter how drunk you are, certain circumstances can sober you up real quick. Fearing for your life possibly tops that list. Brooke's intoxication has nothing to do with the horrific crime that was allegedly committed.

Okay, I'm gonna stop there. I know you've probably already heard this story before, so I wanted to do something a lil different.

Charlie Sheen allegedly pushed his estranged wife Brooke Mueller. He was arrested on Christmas and released on $8,500 bond on Saturday. Brooke's alcohol level was .13 at the time of Charlie's arrest. Charlie, 44, was arrested for felony second degree assault, felony menacing and criminal mischief, a misdemeanor. Cops say all three charges are "coupled with a domestic violence component."  He is expected to show up in court on Feb. 8.

Charlie and Brooke's camp now claim that Brooke was physically attacking Charlie and he only fought to keep her off him.

Charlie is one of those men who are a lot of work. I don't care how drunk a*s Brooke was, I'd probably go Kung Fu on him too. He just reeks of being a self-righteous, bi-polar prick. That mugshot says it all. He's casting a spell on us with his creased eyebrows and stare, after which he's gonna ask for some head, just like he would with his former hookers.
