Shauna Sand was arrested early this morning on felony domestic violence charges. It all went down just before midnight, when Beverly Hills police were called to her home. Cops noticed visible marks on her husband, Laurent Homburger.

Homburger was arrested on two charges -- spousal battery and making criminal threats. 39-year-old Sand and 25-year-old Homburger were taken to the Beverly Hills Police Station where they were booked.  She has been bailed out.  He has not.

Shauna reportedly sprayed her hubby with pepper spray. Shauna told Laurent that she wanted out of the marriage, which upset Laurent. The argument escalated and she locked herself in the bedroom. Then Laurent kicked the door in, which is when Shauna sprayed him.

I'm not taking sides here, but I'm really impressed with Shauna. I thought pepper spray was just some sh!t that was mentioned in '90s after school specials. Who the hell keeps a stash of that shiz at home?!

This weekend, the youngest of the Demi Moore-Bruce Willis offspring got busted for being delusional enough to think she could just walk out of a car carrying bottles of liquor without anyone noticing.

Tallulah Belle Willis, 17, was in a group of three underage girls spotted by cops in Hollywood on Friday night as they stepped out of a car around 11:00 p.m. The girls were allegedly carrying bottles of alcohol, and police officers intervened.

I know that teens get drunk all the time in this country, but most of them aren’t stupid enough to tote their poison of choice in public without making an effort to hide the damn things. Hello--that’s why paper bags were invented! That’s why mixed drinks, hidden in juice or water bottles, are a thing!

Based on the level of stupidity involved in this endeavor and other reports of Tallulah’s (hard) partying in the USA, it looks like this girl is taking the patented Lohan approach to life and will be, consequently, Jager Bomb-ing it up no matter what her age. It’s only a matter of time before she too starts to resemble a 40 year-old crack addict.

Nicolas Cage, he's just like us! Nicolas Cage was arrested last night after the drunken actor kept asking the police, "Why don't you just arrest me?"

You know how bad ideas sound genius when you're f*cked up? It's okay Nic, you're just as retarded as the rest of us while wasted out of our minds.

TMZ reports that a cab driver noticed Nicolas arguing loudly with his wife Alice. The drive also claims that Nic pushed her.

The police came and told Nic and his wife to just go home. That's when Nic allegedly told cops, "Why don't you just arrest me?" The cops then reiterated that he and his wife should just go home. Cage then repeated his dare to cops.

At that point, police took Nic into custody and charged him with ...domestic abuse and disturbing the peace.

Nic is still in custody and a bail hearing will be held soon. Nic's wife says there was no physical contact and she does not want him charged. On the bright side, his dumb a*s may learn a lesson from this.

Lebron James' mother Gloria got tipsy and frisky last night in Miami. According to TMZ, Gloria James was arrested early this morning after she slapped a valet at Fontainebleau Hotel.

Gloria had been getting her drink on with some girlfriends at LIV nightclub earlier in the evening, but when she was ready to leave the hotel and she felt it took too long for her car to be delivered, she got violent. Sounds like Gloria can be an angry drunk!

"Mr. Sorel Rockfeller, a hotel valet worker, claimed he was assaulted by Ms. James, who was angered because her car was taking too long to be delivered. Several witnesses supported Mr. Rockfeller’s account of what occurred."

"Both Ms. James and the driver of the vehicle were initially uncooperative with the investigating officer.  Ms. James was apparently intoxicated as she had bloodshot eyes and a strong odor of alcohol on her breath."

Gloria was taken to the Miami Beach Police Department where she was processed and released. If you work as a valet at any of the places Gloria frequents, from now on it might be wise to run your @ss to her ride and get it to her quick before she starts swinging on you.

Jenelle Evans of Teen Mom 2 likes to play by her own rules, but now she's suffering the consequences for her bad behavior. The 19-year-old mother physically attacked another chick and now the victim,  Britany Truett, has decided to press charges.

After the brawl, Britany said that she didn't want to press charges. She changed her mind over the weekend.

The fight began because Britany had been flirting with Jenelle's boyfriend, Keiffer Delp. After the police viewed footage of the vicious attack, a warrant was issued for Jenelle's arrest.

Evans is charged with assault and “affray for fighting.” She is due back in court April 26. “Based on the information that I have received, I believe Jenelle was set up,” an attorney for Evans told TMZ.

Charlie Sheen isn't the only jerk in Hollywood who will love you violently, Michael Lohan likes to communicate with his fists too. Lindsay Lohan's father was arrested Monday night on suspicion of domestic violence. For those keeping record -  this is not the first, nor probably the last, time a woman that Mikey is with will claim that he got violent with them.

 Lohan's girlfriend filed a report with the L.A. County Sheriff's Department between 9:30 and 10:00 PM tonight ... claiming they got into an argument that turned physical ... and she had some visible marking from the alleged incident.

Cops arrested him on suspicion of domestic violence. He'll be taken to a Sheriff's station to be booked.

I'm suddenly reminded of that Drew Peterson douchebag who killed off two of his wives and then had some young girlfriend. Some women are stupid. Period. If a man has a history of abusing his partners, maybe that should be considered "a red flag."

Theodora Richards was arrested last night after she allegedly defaced public property. She was also charged for possession of marijuana and a controlled substance. If you're not familiar with Theodora, she is Rolling Stones guitarist Keith Richards' daughter, and a model.

Theodora Richards -- who's modeled for big fashion companies like Burberry and Tommy Hilfiger -- was arrested in NY around 10:45 PM last night ... after cops say she was using a "paint marker" to graffiti the letters "TNA" onto the side of a building in Soho.

Cops spotted Richards and took her into custody -- and during a subsequent search, officers claim they found marijuana and a controlled substance on the model.

Knowing that her dad is a fan of heroin, and probably has heroin running through his veins instead of blood, I'm wondering what the controlled substance is? I won't gasp if it's heroin. I've got an inkling this apple didn't fall too far from the black tar tree.

Christina Aguilera and boyfriend Matt Rutler were arrested at 2:45 this morning. Matt was booked for DUI while Christina was charged with public intoxication and was forced to spend some time sobering up in the West Hollywood drunk tank.

TMZ reports: "Law enforcement sources tell us Aguilera appeared to be 'extremely intoxicated' and was 'unable to take care of herself.' However, the source adds, 'If the driver had NOT been arrested for DUI, Christina would never have been in trouble.' Sources close to Xtina tell us they have been trying to get the singer into a rehab program for weeks."

The drunk tank is basically for homeless vagrants, so average people have to be incredibly wasted to end up there, which means celebrities have to be ungodly hammered to get tossed in the tank. Christina must have been crawling around on all fours and belting out show tunes while Matt was getting breathalyzed.

Naturally, we'll have more details as they develop. Something tells me Jordan Bratman is having his best morning in years.

Judson Birza, a.k.a. 'Fabio,' was the latest winner of the $1,000,000 prize on Survivor, but he's still trolling around the streets of L.A. on his skateboard. According to TMZ, Judson was arrested yesterday for being under the influence of a controlled substance while riding his skateboard.

Law enforcement sources tell us cops noticed Birza at around noon riding a skateboard in the street -- which is illegal.  They stopped Birza, noticed he was acting strangely, and determined he was under the influence.

Santa Monica police arrested Birza and took him to the station, where he was booked (see mug shot above) and jailed.

Judson was released last night and said "Dude, this is such bulls**t ... I got treated like a baby" before taking off in a white limo he apparently ordered up. Skateboarding in the street is illegal, and had Judson stayed on the sidewalk he probably wouldn't have been arrested.

He has spent his Survivor winnings on drugs and bail, so what's next, grip tape for his board?

Brett Favre's 34-year-old sister Brandi Favre was arrested yesterday after cops busted a meth lab in an upscale condo in Mississippi. Brett's followed by trouble and drama everywhere he goes!

Cops told WLOX, "We discovered the full lab in the bathroom; it was still cooking. I think we collected pretty close to ten grams of finished product, which, that's a lot of meth."

Brandi -- and 4 others -- have all been charged with manufacturing meth, possession of a controlled substance, transferring a controlled substance and generation of hazardous waste.

This drugged up ho looks like she could take Brett on the football field. She probably taught him everything he knows including how to take a good picture of your penis on your phone and send it to hot chicks. Brandi totally looks like she's packing a trouser snake in her pants.
