Scott Stapp former christian and lead singer of Creed was arrested yesterday at his $5 million crib in Boca Raton for allegedly punching down his bitch.

Scott is married to Miss New York Jaclyn Nesheiwat. Police are saying although no one was injured, there's evidence of assault. They also wouldn't confirm whether the victim is Scott's wifey.

Scott has had many run-ins with the police mostly due to being a drunken fool.

Stapp married his future punching bag in 2006 in Miami. The douche founded Creed and won a Grammy Award in 2000 for the song With Arms Wide Open. He went out on his own last year with the solo album, The Great Divide.

Nesheiwat is the director of public affairs for the Scott Stapp Foundation, which promotes healthy parent-child relationships - sounds like they need to get her own relationship right! Hope she's okay.

Rapper/actress Eve has spoken out about her recent drunk-driving arrest, dismissing the incident as "one of those things".

The 28-year-old was formally charged with driving under the influence (DUI) earlier this month, after crashing her gold Maserati into Hollywood Boulevard's central reservation. She was arrested on the scene and later released from custody after posting $30,000 bail.

She tells MTV, "Things happen and this is the nature of the business I'm in.

I just feel blessed and happy that all the good things completely outweigh anything negative in my life."

Eve is due in court on May 17 to face the DUI charge and two other related offences.

What is this 'It's the nature of the business I'm in' B.S.? DUIs do not happen because you're a rapper, actress, singer, celebutard, etc... She should be saying she's happy she's alive and didn't kill anyone, or herself. Now excuse me while I finish my bottle of vodka and drive thru downtown for a little while.

"Extreme Makeover: Home Edition" star Ty Pennington was arrested early Saturday morning in Los Angeles on suspicion of being under the influence of alcohol and drugs while driving.

Ty was arrested at 12:35 AM and released two hours later after posting $5000 bail. Extreme dumbass! I had to take it there. :) And how come the cops seem to be so good at catching celebs under the influence?! It's like LA has a separate task force for the intoxicated.

I made an error in judgment. We all make mistakes, however this is about accountability. Under no circumstances should anyone consume alcohol while driving.

I could have jeopardized the lives of others and I am grateful there was no accident or harm done to anyone. This was my wake-up call. I also want to apologize to my fans, ABC Television and my design team for my lapse in judgment and the embarrassment I have caused.

Busta Rhymes was arrested on a drunken driving charge early Thursday, police said, marking the latest in a series of recent legal troubles for the rapper.

Officers stopped Rhymes at about 12:40 a.m. because the sport utility vehicle he was driving had overly tinted windows, Sgt. Mike Wysokowski said. He said officers then smelled alcohol on the rapper's breath.

Rhymes, 34, was taken into custody on a charge of driving while impaired, Wysokowski said. An arraignment was expected later Thursday. A lawyer for Rhymes, Scott Leemon, declined to comment early Thursday, saying he would address the charges in court.

This happened early this morning in New York City. The city with 20 taxis every 100 feet and the bastard has to drive home. If you're not takin' a taxi can't you at least PAY someone to drive you home? You're Busta Rhymes for cryin out loud! It's not even just that he drove, but his damn windows are tinted darker than allowed by State law. Dumbass. I'm giving him an I'm-So-Fucking-Rich-But-Still-Stupid award for the day.

Former American Idol contestant Jessica Sierra was arrested on drug possession and felony battery charges early Sunday in Tampa, Fla.

Sierra, 21, allegedly hit a man over the head with a heavy glass at a café and was booked at the Hillsborough County Jail on a charge of aggravated battery with a deadly weapon, the Associated Press reports.

She was also charged with possession of cocaine and introduction of contraband into a correctional facility after officers found a small amount of the drug while searching her, a police spokeswoman told the AP.

The victim of the alleged battery suffered a cut over his eye, but no further details were available. Sierra was released Sunday afternoon on $11,500 bail.

Sierra, a Tampa native, was a finalist on the FOX talent show in 2005 and the first of the Top 10 to be ousted following a disappointing rendition of LeAnn Rimes's "On the Side of Angels."

Last year a 59-year-old California man was charged with stalking her after police said he left voicemail messages telling her he loved her and was willing to go to jail for her and sent her jewelry and dozens of long-stemmed roses after seeing her on Idol.

He was arrested at her grandparents' home after he flew from California to Tampa and called Sierra's cellphone twice asking her to pick him up.

Bitch goin' down! Joe Francis was arrested this a.m. at the Panama City airport and is being held at the Bay County Jail. I hate Joe Francis because he's a total arrogant jack-hole! I hope some big boy name Bruce holds Joe down and slaps him in the forehead with his dirty dong.

Although Francis told FOX News's Geraldo Rivera on Monday that he would surrender to authorities, the arrest was carried out by airport police who recognized him before he could present himself to the Marshal's Office.

A judge ordered Francis's arrest last week after Francis reportedly changed the terms of a settlement deal stemming from a 2003 lawsuit in which seven women accused him of victimizing them by filming them in sexual situations while they were on spring break in Panama City.

Bigot and Laguna Beach has been, Jason Wahler, was arrested this weekend for getting into a brawl then calling a police officer a "nig**r, fag**t, and poor f**k."

Police were called to the Waterfront Marriott to respond to a fight involving 20-year-old Wahler. Hotel security found Wahler wrestling on the lobby floor with an unidentified man. The police report says Wahler used his right fist to punch one of the security guards in the mouth.

When DePina tried to take Wahler into custody, The former reality star allegedly lashed out, calling the arresting officer "a nig**r, a fag**t, and a poor f**k."

Wahler also stated, "that he was rich and would have my ass." Wahler, allegedly threaten DePina a second time, saying, "Come down to L.A. county and get your ass kicked!"

Jason was charged with trespassing and assault.

This douche is going to jail soon for another arrest and that may be the only way for him to get straightened out. Karma's on its way. And karma doesn't use any lube.

The wife of Velvet Revolver frontman Scott Weiland was arrested this weekend after cops say she torched the rocker's $10,000 wardrobe in front of the couple's home in Toluca Lake, Ca.

According to police, 31-year-old Mary Weiland was booked for investigation of felony arson vandalism after cops responded to a "female burning clothes" call late Saturday evening.

The couple's two kids were placed in the custody of family friends.

She was booked at a Burbanks cop station just after midnight Sunday and released after posting $50,000 bail three hours later.

The arrest came only hours after the couple was kicked out of the Graciela Hotel in Burbank following a ferocious argument that left Weiland's room in shambles and blood on the linens.

Mary's a badass cuz she took her problems public. She burned her man's clothes in front of their house, she could have done that shit anywhere.

Vivica A Fox was arrested for DUI last night on the 101 Freeway in the San Fernando Valley.

It all went down at 10:57 p.m. Fox was going 80mph when officers went after the 2007 Cadillac Escalade she was rollin' in.

Can you roll at 80 mph? Next thing she knew, she was being followed. The cops chased Vivica's drunken ass down then made her do a field sobriety test which she failed miserably! Hahaha.

Cops: Walk in a straight line please.Vivica: With my heels on?

Cops: Yes.

Vivica: But I'm in stilettos right now, I just got my hair did and it's cold. I don't want the wind to mess wit it.

50 Cent's ex and Dancing With The Has Beens former contestant was then placed under arrest on suspicion of driving under the influence!

Fox was taken to Van Nuys jail where she submitted to two breathalyzer tests. CHP spokesman Leland Tang said, "It was definitely over the .08 legal limit." Fox was cited and released on her own recognizance and ordered to appear in court.

Can someone tell me why 2007 is the year of the DUI and the train wreck?! I wanna see footage of this sobriety test tho. Someone put that on Youtube. I will post.

Fashion designer to the stars, Anand Jon, was arrested and jailed after cops say he raped two people.According to the complaint, Jon allegedly committed a variety of horrific acts on four separate victims between October of 2004 and March 5, 2007.

Along with two counts of forcible rape, Jon is also facing charges of "sexual battery by restraint, attempted forcible oral copulation and two counts of committing a lewd act upon a child."

In the document, police claim that Anand, 30, used an accomplice during the alleged sexual battery and forcible copulation. The investigation into that person is ongoing.

Jon, who has been featured on MTV and is known to hang out with Paris Hilton, Paula Abdul and Michelle Rodriguez, was arrested by Beverly Hills Police on March 6, after one of his accusers came forward to authorities.

An investigation uncovered three other potential victims, the youngest of whom is 15-years-old.

Jon is currently behind bars in Los Angeles County Jail with bail set at $1,365,000. He's due back in court to face a judge on April 4.

What a disturbing story! If this is true, send this muthatrucka to jail! Mad props to the alleged victims who have come forward (if this is true). Jerks who commit such acts believe they're invincible and won't be punished.
