Drew Peterson, the former police sergeant and prime suspect in the disappearance of his fourth wife, Stacy Peterson, has been indicted on murder charges related to his third wife, Kathleen Savio.

Peterson was taken into custody today!

A grand jury indicted Peterson in the murder of his third wife, Kathleen Savio, whose death had been ruled an accidental drowning.

He said the grand jury continues to meet and is studying the possibility of charges in Stacy Peterson's disappearance.

After Stacy Peterson went missing in October 2007, media frenzy and police scrutiny on Peterson revealed Savio had died mysteriously a few years earlier during a nasty divorce.

Savio died just before the division of the marital assets was finalized, making Drew Peterson the sole beneficiary.

Drew said that Savio had died of an accidental drowning, but her body was found in a dry bathtub! Her death has now been ruled a "homicide staged to look like an accident."

Kathleen Savio's brother Nick said,

"The state police had been telling us the day was coming. We kept hearing it for about eight months. I'm almost in tears here. It's been so hard for our family."

This is the feel good story of the month. Drew Peterson is a sick, sick heartless man. May he forever regret the days that he allegedly killed his young, poor, innocent wives.

Britney Spears' mild disaster of a tour continues. When Brit Brit isn't the one announcing some random shiz, having her extensions pulled out, shimmying to the beat of her flapping tampon string or pausing her set cause there's a little herb in the air, her fans take over the crazy train for her.

Britney Spears' psycho fan Kyle King knows that he paid way too much to watch the poptart lip synch, so he took matters into his own hands - jumping on stage and scaring the Cheetos out of Britney.

Twenty year-old Kyle King was extremely uncooperative with the po po, so they arrested him and booked him for interfering with police.  He was released this morning after paying a $250 bond and is due in Norwich Superior Court on June 18.

Security at the Mohegan Sun in Conneticut has some explaining to do!!

Megan McAllister, 25, met with her Craigslist killer fiance Phillip Markoff, 23, in jail yesterday.

Megan arrived with her attorney, Robert Honecker, and her mother. McAllister saw Markoff for the first time since his April 20 arrest on charges that he murdered masseuse Julissa Brisman on April 14 and robbed another woman at a Boston hotel.

The two spoke privately for 25 minutes in an "emotional, candid, frank discussion." Megan contends that she believes Phillip is innocent and "not the man portrayed in the media."

How sad is this? Megan must have an ego the size of Daddy Dude's gut cause it's time to let it go, honey. Me thinks Megan's trying to prove a point to people, like, if she sticks by Phillip than that 'proves' that she's not dumb enough to have dated a killer for four years, cause he's "not the man" the media says he is and she's just being supportive.

Someone didn't hand Megan the right memo cause she is the only one who looks like an f*cktard for staying with him and if she thinks that's hot, it's not. What man would wanna date this delusional broad who obviously has self-esteem points in the negative double digits?

I wish Dr. Phil, Lady O, Simon Cowell and Dr. Drew would rip her a new one simultaneously and on live TV.

Chris Brown's high profile attorney Mark Geragos is trying to get his high profile client's Rihanna assault case dismissed!

Speculation of a possible plea deal was raised among many celebrity gossip experts, however, Mark is trying to get the case dismissed entirely! His reasoning is that there were police leaks in the investigation.

The next hearing has been set for May 28. A judge then will decide whether there is enough evidence for the case to go to trial. A preliminary hearing is likely to begin in June. Brown could reach a plea deal with prosecutors before then.

To me the case has already been dismissed. Chris jumped on jet skis in Miami within weeks of the beatdown while Rihanna has been the clubbin' fool: bouncing around with her girls in Hollywood, getting on stage at a N.E.R.D. concert, and swimming with Katy Perry in Barbados. It's almost as though the bloody beating didn't take place. Sigh. I'm over it.

I have issues with the legal system, many issues that is, but I'll just mention one. Why is it that the stalkee has to go to court and testify against the stalker?

I am so disturbed that victims of stalkers have to tell their stalker how terrified that person has made them. Isn't that making yourself even more vulnerable and surrendering some of your power to that jerk?! The last thing a psycho needs to hear is that they have control over you and have affected your way of life and mental stability. I think it's all bullshit sprinkles and that it shouldn't go down this way.

Tyra Banks sounded off in court today against her stalker, Brady Green.

Here is some of what Tyra said,

"I fear my safety. I feel extremely vulnerable. I fear the safety of my staff. My family. [My staff doesn't] tell me about fans. They said this person threatened one of my staffers. I was at work one day about to leave and a bunch of people on my staff said, 'No! You can't go.' [Green] got past security and you need to be here. Never in my career had staff reacted like this. I had to stay in my dressing room for a while."

"My life has changed significantly, even the people who know me, I don't live that sheltered life. I like to walk around my neighborhood. I run outside. I like to go to the movies by myself, eat meals by myself. My company hired security. When I'm at the movies, in a restaurant, they are there with me. I can't jog outside anymore. I would go with a trainer or alone but with security present."

How sad! Tyra left the courthouse escorted by lawyers and did not comment. Green faces a maximum of 90 days in jail if convicted.

Twenty two year old Philip Markoff is an unlikely suspect. He's a "clean-cut, 6-foot-tall blond man" and a second-year Boston University medical student who's engaged to be married. But Markoff used Craigslist to find his female victims. Luckily he has been caught and charged because it sounds like he was just getting started.

Philip Markoff is accused of fatally shooting masseuse Julissa Brisman, 26, at a Boston Marriott Copley Hotel on April 14 and he is also expected to be charged in the April 10 armed robbery and kidnapping of a woman who was tied up at the Westin Copley. He allegedly bound her with plastic cord. Both women had advertised personal services on Craigslist.

A man who identified himself to the newspaper as Markoff's former stepfather, expressed his shock. "He's a great kid. I can't believe what's going on," said the man who identified himself only as Gary (and is divorced from Markoff's mother). "He's a very bright, intelligent, articulate guy. I just keep thinking there must be some mistake."

Miranda Tozier-Robbins dressed in camouflage clothing yesterday morning and was arrested for trespassing on Britney Spears' Calabasas home. The woman is no genius person; not only was she wearing camouflage, but she was carrying a backpack and a video camera, b*tch looked like a tourist!

Miranda, 26, was caught "acting suspicious" by peering into the windows of Brit Brit's mansion. Security asked her to leave but she ignored their requests. She was physically escorted off the property.

Miranda was booked on charges of trespassing and disorderly conduct. Her bail was set at a low $5,000 but she was released on a citation to appear in court on June 16.

Although Britney is on tour, she's in Los Angeles this week for her performance yesterday and another one tonight at the L.A. Staples Center.

This ho sounds like she was on a budget and dangerous stalkers aren't frugal when it comes to their obsessions. I'm thinking that the plot involved eBay and Craigslist.

Chris Brown looked miserable as he plead not guilty in a Los Angeles courtroom Monday to two felony counts – assault and making criminal threats – in an alleged Feb. 8 attack on girlfriend Rihanna.

Rihanna is currently in Barbados so that she can be distracted from the media circus that is Chris Brown's case. Rihanna's lawyer Donald Etra spoke to the media yesterday saying that Rihanna wants this case to be over "quickly" and that she would be pleased with a plea bargain. He didn't elaborate on what deal Rihanna wants exactly because RiRi knows that it's not up to her.

On the defense is Chris's attention whore lawyer, Mark Geragos. Mark and the prosecutor are trying to work out a plea bargain negotiation. The deal is reportedly "close" to being official. 

Rihanna has made it clear that she does not want to go to court. And let's face it, what a princess wants is what a princess gets. Chris Brown is due back in court on April 29, but we can assume that a plea may already be in place by that date.

Isn't it strange how time can help to heal wounds? I initially wanted Chris to be incarcerated and made the lil bitch to his cell row mates; but after finding out that Rihanna allegedly hits him first, I want him to stay outta jail. Prison won't rehabilitate him. Chris and Rihanna are both young, talented people who need psychiatric treatment.

And I know that I can't be the only one who smells a comeback in the works. If Brit Brit can do it, CB can too. And if RiRi doesn't speak out against domestic violence, then I think I'd support Chris more than Rihanna in her future endeavors. There, I said it.

You don't have to be a rocket scientist genius person psychic woman to realize that Howard K. Stern has a sinister vibe to him. Those. Eyes. I am skurred whenever I take a glimpse at his ugly face and he has always been suspect in the minds of many.

Howard turned himself in last night. He was arrested and charged, along with two other doctors for allegedly conspiring to give Anna Nicole Smith prescription drugs. TMZ reports,

Stern and Dr. Sandeep Kapoor (above right) and Khristine Eroshevich are being charged with a total of eight felonies.

According to the L.A. County D.A., the conspiracy counts allege the three defendants conspired to furnish controlled substances to Smith between July, 2004 and January 2007.

Stern and Kapoor were charged with one count of unlawfully prescribing a controlled substance. Eroshevich and Stern were charged with unlawfully prescribing a controlled substance between June 2004 and January 2007.

Kapoor and Eroshevich were each charged with obtaining a prescription for opiates by "fraud, deceit or misrepresentation." They were both also charged with one count of obtaining a prescription for opiates by giving a false name or address.

Kapoor and Stern were also charged with one count of "prescribing, administering or dispensing a controlled substance to an addict." Eroshevich was charged with the same crime for separate prescriptions.

Both Stern and Kapoor were released last night on $20,000 bail. Dr. Kapoor's office was recently raided for evidence against Stern. Stern denies any wrong doing.

May justice be served!

Amy Winehouse has been charged with assault. A dancer says that Wino hit her in the eye after she asked Amy to take a picture. The alleged incident went down at the End of Summer Ball in London on Sept. 26.

On Thursday, "Amy voluntarily attended a police station in London," where she was formally arrested and charged, her spokesman confirms. "She was questioned by appointment in relation to an accusation made after the Berkeley ball last year."

Winehouse was released Friday and is due back in court March 17.

Seriously?! If Amy Wino ever hit me I just may rip her beehive off and strangle her with it.
