Brooke Mueller was arguing, with her famous, estranged spouse;

Several alcoholic beverages were opened, quickly consumed without a care,

Which prompted a dispute, landing actor Charlie Sheen in jail;

Okay, I'm gonna stop there. I know you've probably already heard this story before, so I wanted to do something a lil different.

Charlie Sheen allegedly pushed his estranged wife Brooke Mueller. He was arrested on Christmas and released on $8,500 bond on Saturday. Brooke's alcohol level was .13 at the time of Charlie's arrest. Charlie, 44, was arrested for felony second degree assault, felony menacing and criminal mischief, a misdemeanor. Cops say all three charges are "coupled with a domestic violence component."  He is expected to show up in court on Feb. 8.

Charlie and Brooke's camp now claim that Brooke was physically attacking Charlie and he only fought to keep her off him.

Charlie is one of those men who are a lot of work. I don't care how drunk a*s Brooke was, I'd probably go Kung Fu on him too. He just reeks of being a self-righteous, bi-polar prick. That mugshot says it all. He's casting a spell on us with his creased eyebrows and stare, after which he's gonna ask for some head, just like he would with his former hookers.

There's some very disappointing news today as yet another one falls from grace. Shane Sparks, a choreographer on So You Think You Can Dance and a judge on America's Best Dance Crew, has been charged with eight counts of child molestation.

Sparks was arrested this morning at 8AM on a felony warrant.

The alleged incidents began occurring in 1994 and continued for several years. There iis one alleged, underage female victim.

"The lewd acts include oral copulation and other acts "with the intent of arousing, appealing to, and gratifying the lust, passions, and sexual desires of the defendant, who was at least 10 years older than [the victim]."

Shane is being held at Van Nuys jail on $590,000 bail.

Christmas has come early for Lindsay Lohan, her sister Ali, and mother Dina Lohan. Actually Christmas has also come early for Jon Gosselin, whom Michael also sold out. Mike has finally been busted and the reason is for just being himself: a stalker.

Michael Lohan's psycho stalker game is relentless and he violated a restraining order that his ex-girlfriend Erin Muller took out on his demented self.

Mikey was thrown in jail on Sunday after calling Erin. Lohan was charged with criminal contempt of court because she has an order of protection against him restricting Michael from "trying to communicate by phone.

No word on whether or not he's still locked up.

Rapper Pleasure P was charged for child molestation after he watched his niece and nephew. At the time of the incidents, which occurred in 2004 - 2005, he was 16 years old. Marcus "Pleasure P" Cooper's niece complained to his aunt that "Uncle Marcus keeps touching me and he hurt me." The little girl was taken to the doctor that found some damaging evidence.

He served around eight months of jail time, attended rehab and completed community service.

Blue Star Entertainment, the label that housed and groomed Pretty Ricky, paid a substantial amount of money to have these documents sealed back in 2006. The label wanted to keep the aura of Pleasure in the group and figured since he was signed basically for life that they would recoup the cost.

However, Pretty Ricky members hated "Pleasure P" and they even had a physical fight at one point which led to him leaving the group.

Senator John Kerry's daughter, Alexandra Forbes Kerry, was arrested this a.m. on suspicion of DUI.

Alexandra was in Hollywood at 12:40 a.m. when law enforcement stopped her. She was pulled over for a traffic stop, then arrested and booked at LAPD's Hollywood station.

The 36-year-old film producer and director was released at 5:25.

I wanna know what her blood alcohol level was cause I swear one sip of something good and you're breaking the law.

Mike Tyson is known for being a loose cannon who may explode at anytime, but he seemed to keep somewhat sane over the past year. You can see the crazy in his eyes and those two gold teeth. Never one to let us down, Mike went loco on a paparazzo and was arrested for battery.

TMZ reports Mike was at a ticket stand at the United Airlines terminal when the confrontation happened and Mike beat the photographer down.

We're told Tyson punched the pap in the face and there is blood everywhere.Our guy on the scene says there's blood on the ground and Mike was taken away in a squad car. An ambulance was dispatched at 4:39 PM to LAX -- we're told the paparazzo was transported to a local hospital.

When will people learn to keep at least 200 feet away from Mike Tyson at all times?You could fart at the wrong time and he would pull your head through your as* just because you made a sound. Now think how he's going to react when a paparazzi is taking his picture when he doesn't want to be bothered. Pap's going down!

If Chidi Uzomah wants to be the next American Idol, this is not the best way to score a record deal.

Chidi attacked Ryan Seacrest's security guard last month outside a hospital in the OC. Chidi had a knife on him at the time and today he was also carrying a knife when he was arrested in the E! lobby. Ryan was working in the building at the time of his arrest.

The alleged stalker is 6'4 and 200 lbs. Gaycrest is only like 5'9.

Chidi pled guilty last month in the Orange County hospital incident to three misdemeanors. The judge placed him on three years probation and ordered him to stay away from Ryan.

As a stalker of my ex-boyfriends and current crushes, I would never stalk a celebrity. I like to think that what I do is normal, sane, healthy even, but this Chidi muthafucka is sick and disturbed!

Soulja Boy was arrested last night for attempting to begin another hideous dance craze in Henry County, Georgia last night. Okay so I'm stretching the truth just a little here, but he did get arrested for running from the cops.

The Police showed up to a home where a music video was being shot and when people realized the po-po were there, they took off running, including Souja Boy. A few minutes later his smarts must have caught up with him and he went back to the house where he was arrested for obstruction. He was taken to jail long enough to have this gorgeous mug shot taken, and he was released. Don't run from the cops if you have no reason to!

One of the Fall Out Boys had a fall out with the cops last night in West Hollywood.

FOB lead singer Patrick Stump was arrested last night on a traffic warrant cause the fool isn't suppose to be driving. Heh, how's that for irony!

 The Fall Out Boy lead singer was busted around midnight on a traffic warrant for driving without a license out of Beverly Hills court. After he took the mug shot, Stump posted bail and was released from the West Hollywood Sheriff's Station around 4:30 AM.

That's one sexy receding hair line, and those brows are teetering on the line of looking penciled on. I'm going to print this pic and take it to bed with me tonight to rub one out.

I had a whole post written about domestic violence and how Rihanna shouldn't hit Chris Brown first, but then the official attack report, which was speculated about after the attack, was released and I had to change things up.

Chris Brown got off easy.

I still feel that the law is unjust when it comes to domestic violence. Very often little punishment is given to the male attacker. And when the female is the one who is injuring her partner, the male is too embarrassed to come forward and press charges. It is a hideous crime and cycle and more needs to be done to educate victims about their options. Additionally, instead of throwing someone in jail or giving 'em a slap on the wrist, more should be done to get attackers rehabilitated.

Chris Brown's sentence is as follows:

• 5 years of probation

• 6 months of hard labor to be performed in Richmond, VA.

• Must attend a 52-week domestic violence course

• Must stay 100 yards away from Rihanna

• Must stay 10 yards away from Rihanna at entertainment-related events

• Must provide DNA samples to authorities

• Must not own any dangerous weapons including guns or knives for the next five years

• Is subject to search and seizure 24/7 for the next five years

• Must personally go to court every 3 months during probation. The first appearance will be November 19.

• Must receive approval before leaving the country.

• Must pay $2,500 in restitution, $2,500 in probation expenses, $30 criminal conviction fee, $400 that goes into a domestic violence fund.
