At the time of Shia's car wreck he refused to take a sobriety test. Now he's not being charged with a DUI because of insufficient evidence. Brilliant!

Shia LaBeouf won't face DUI charges for the July 27 car accident that crushed his hand, the L.A. County District Attorney's Office announced Thursday.

"After reviewing the case, we've declined to file any charges due to insufficient evidence," says DA spokeswoman Jane Robison.

Shia was cited with a misdemeanor DUI while still hospitalized; prosecutors intend to file criminal charges against the other driver.

Shia reportedly faces a possible suspension of his license from anywhere between six to nine months for refusing to take a blood alcohol test. I'm sure he doesn't mind.

Tatum, 44, was herself arrested in New York on June 1 for trying to buy cocaine (she eventually pleaded guilty to disorderly conduct).

"Upon searching the premises, the younger O'Neal was found in possession of narcotics. Later, a vial of drugs was found in the elder O'Neal's bedroom. We believe the drugs found were methamphetamines."

Hours later, Ryan and Redmond posted $10,000 bail each and were released from custody.

A still photographer was trying to take pics of Kanye at the American Airlines terminal. According to our guy on the scene, Kanye allegedly confronted the photog and smashed his camera to the ground.

Our photog then began videotaping the scene when Kanye's assistant grabbed our camera -- a struggle ensued and the assistant threw the video camera to the ground, breaking it.

When Kanye realized our camera guy had videotaped the incident, he rushed our guy and yelled, "Gimme that f**kingtape!"

Both Kanye and his assistant have been arrested and will be booked.

Erik says Kanye then tried to leave to board his plane, but cops stopped him before he got to security. The cops then interviewed Erik, the still photog, Kanye and his assistant..

This is where it gets crazy. The cops asked Erik if he videotaped the incident and Erik said he had. That's when Kanye lunged toward him and said, "Give me the fu***ng videotape." Cops had to restrain Kanye as he tried coming at Erik.

The alleged con man has a date with the Manhattan District court tomorrow, where sources say the 30-year-old scumbag will strike a deal to spend around 5 years in federal prison.

We're told by a source Raffa has been "miserable" and one TMZ spy who's laid eyes on the once-dapper guy in the clink says he looks terrible.

The Zach Braff-alike has been rotting away in the clink since June.

Raffaelo could have been sentenced to life in prison if found guilty. This is the perfect move.

TMZ, however, makes me nauseous with the insults about Raffaelo being a terrible looking "scumbag" who was once a "dapper guy." He's in jail facing punishment for fuck's sake! Cool it with the insults.

You know uz a junkie when you've got coke and heroin on you at LAX of all airports!

One Day at a Time actress Mackenzie Phillips was arrested at Los Angeles International Airport Wednesday for allegedly possessing heroin and cocaine.

Officers were called to Terminal 4 at 10 a.m. this morning as Phillips, 48, was being screened by the TSA. According to TMZ, police discovered baggies and balloons believed to contain heroin and cocaine.

The actress has a history with drug abuse. She was fired from sitcom One Day at a Time 26 years ago because of her addiction.

As a kid, she says she prepared joints for her dad, John Phillips, the founder of the band, the Mamas and the Papas.

"I grew up in mansions, but everything was dirty and broken," she told USA Weekend magazine in 1999. "Very little was going on inside except sex, drugs and rock and roll. "The first time I had a drink, it woke up the sleeping monster inside me," she said.

She was just sentenced to three years for hitting a woman with a rum bottle last October. She'll get an additional seven years probation.

The victim -- a former Atlanta Falcons Cheerleader -- was hospitalized after the attack and permanently scarred.

Ms. Brat was convicted back in 2001 for misdemeanor reckless conduct.

Da Brat had so many other routes she could have taken. LIke, taking dem rubber bands outta her hair and making some sling shots. throwing her drink in her face, or rapping. Any one of those options would have made the bitch run and no charges would have been filed. I liked Da Brat a lot when I met her. She was so funny, energetic and positive. Tuesday night Tila Tequila's girlfriend and Lindsay Lohan's ex, Courtenay Semel, was exiting Pure nightclub in Vegas when she had a run-in with a security guard. Court was wasted and she put the smack down on the back of a security guard's head as she was leaving.

Courtenay was immediately busted by Caesars Palace security. Four hours later, law enforcement issued the spoiled brat a citation for battery. And the only thing I find interesting about this story or Courtenay is that she hasn't had any work done to fix her mug. Adjustments desperately need to be made. At least throw on some Crest Whitestrips every once in a while. That's the real story here.

It's a bright day for the dark knight. Hahahaha! I suck. Christian Bale turned himself into police for questioning after his mother and sister accused him of assault at London's Dorchester Hotel on July 21. Now he's in the clear.

Christian Bale will not face charges in connection to an assault allegation filed by his mother and sister, the Associated Press reports.

England's Crown Prosecution Service has ordered police not to take any further action against the actor, 34, due to insufficient evidence, the AP reports.

Lawyers for Bale had denied the allegation.

The Dark Knight star has declined to speak about the incident. "It's a deeply personal matter," he told reporters in late July. "I would ask you to respect my privacy in the matter."

Okay, but we still don't know what went down. All we know is Christian's mother and sister can forget about that new car they wanted for Christmas.

Shelley Malil, who played one of Steve Carell's co-workers in The 40-Year-Old-Virgin, has been arrested for investigation of attempted murder of his ex-girlfriend. The victim's identity and condition is unknown. Shelley's ex has been critically injured after he chased her and stabbed her more than 20 times, authorities said Tuesday.

Shelley was caught when he attempted to take an Amtrak train from L.A. He met up with his attorney, who along with family and friends persuaded the douche to surrender to authorities, the po po said.

Deputies in San Marcos, Calif., responded Sunday night to reports of screams for help and breaking glass and found a woman with multiple stab wounds and cuts on her face. Listed as critical Monday morning, the woman's condition was not known on Tuesday.

"Malil and the victim had apparently been in a dating relationship which recently ended," according to the police the statement, which said Malil faced charges of investigation of attempted murder, mayhem and burglary.

This guy needs to pay for his crime! I can not believe he was chasing her outside of her house and stabbed her while her two kids were inside the house before her neighbor intervened. What kind of crazy fucker is this?

Hayden Panettiere's parents went for a walk with their dogs in Los Angeles yesterday, despite the fact that Hayden's dad Alan had been arrested the night before on domestic abuse charges.

"In fact, Lesley wasn't even aware that Skip had been arrested. Hayden found out about her dad's arrest when he called her from jail. They love each other very much and want everyone to know that the matter was completely blown out of proportion."

I don't know how getting beat down is sumthin' that's blown out of proportion, but when you've been married for decades, I guess you find new ways of performing foreplay that I'm pretty clueless about.
