Hayden Panettiere's Dad Arrested for Domestic Dispute with Wife

TMZ reports,

Alan and Lesley Panettiere were at a party earlier in the evening. We're told Alan was upset because Lesley was "hanging" with someone at the shindig and he felt she was "disrespecting" him.

Sources say, according to Lesley's statement to Sheriffs, the couple went home, began arguing and he struck her in the cheek. We're told cops took pictures and there are visible marks.

Paramedics advised her she should go to the hospital but she refused. Alan did not give a statement to the police. It's unclear if any of their kids were at the house at the time of the incident.

Hayden's parents have been together for how long, and her dad trips out if his wife's "disrespecting" him by being friendly with other peeps? Strange.

Quote me of The Day: Shia LaBeouf

Shia LaBeouf eyes

Before his DUI arrest, Shia ironically spoke with Details magazine about boozin' it up with his father, a former heroine junkie living in his garage.

"We would drink together and smoke together, and it's just a bad deal. It's not something that is conducive to being a role model"no iconic actors that I know of have problems like that. And I don't know how to do it like a gentleman. I don't know how to have one drink."

Shia hits newsstands Monday, August 5.

Shia LaBeouf's Taking a Month Off

Around 3 a.m. Sunday morning, Shia LaBeouf was involved in a drunk driving car accident. He's currently recovering from "extensive hand surgery."

Shia's rep released the following statement yesterday.

"Attorneys for Mr. LaBeouf confirm that an automobile accident involving an additional party occurred early morning in Los Angeles on July 27, 2008. Shia is currently recovering from extensive hand surgery with plans to return to work on the set of Transformers 2 within one month. No further comment will be issued at this time."

The Transformers star was treated at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center for his head, left hand and knee injuries.

For all the deets on Shia's crash visit tmz.

Shia and all parties involved are pretty damn lucky. I hope he'll learn his lesson. He would have to face felony DUI charges if anyone was seriously injured. No one had major injuries. He escaped felony charges, he didn't have to take a breathalyzer test at the scene, everyone's alive and his masturbating hand is still in tact.

I don't think we'll be hearing any more drunken ass bastard stories about Shia, not after this.

Dr. Jan Adams DUI Arrest Plus Medical License Taken

dr-jan-adams.jpg

photo taken from separate incident.

Karma is making a comeback! Dr. Jan Adams -- real name January Adams -- the doctor who operated on Kanye West's mom just before she died, was arrested around 2:45 AM this morning on suspicion of drunk driving.

The dumbass was driving the wrong way on the freeway, half an hour away from Oakland. His drunken ass failed a sobriety test and he was also driving with a suspended license. The muthatrucka is reportedly currently in a Solano County jail awaiting bail. This is his third DUI arrest since 2003. "Dr." Jan Adams is also father of the year. The douche doesn't pay child support.

The California Department of Consumer Affairs -- who oversees the Medical Board -- sent Adams a letter on May 21, telling him he had 30 days to pay his child support or he would lose his license to practice. Guess that didn't happen, because now a spokesperson for the Medical Board tells us this afternoon "As of midnight last night, he is not allowed to practice medicine in California."

We hear this also happened in 2006 -- his license was suspended then for three months, also for non-payment of child support. We're told it can be reinstated -- once he pays up.

Can't this man go away forever?!!!! He is a disgusting human being and I feel so sorry for his patients who don't know Donda died after his surgery. They are so screwed.

Keepin' it Gangsta, Anne Hathaway's Ex-Boyfriend Gets Arrested

follieri_hathaway240.jpg

Oh shiz! Read the last sentence of this article. :(

Italian businessman Raffaello Follieri, whom Get Smart actress Anne Hathaway broke up with earlier this month, has been arrested for fraud and money laundering.Follieri, no stranger to scandals, has been accused of lying to investors, claiming to be the CFO of the Vatican, the Associated Press reports. He is due in Manhattan federal court Tuesday.

Hathaway, 25, is not mentioned by name in the complaint against Follieri, 29, but he's accused of using the swindled funds in question for a trip to the Dominican Republic over New Years 2005/2006 with his "then girlfriend" and another couple.

According to the papers filed by the U.S. Attorney's Office, he also used the funds for his $37,000-a month-apartment rent, medical bills for himself and his "then girlfriend" as well as orthodontist bills for his father.

The complaint also charges that he kept clergy robes in his office and once asked a monsignor to change into the uniform of a more senior clergyman in order to beef up his alleged Vatican connections.

According to another new press release the U.S. Attorney's Office issued, Follieri could go to prison for life.

DMX Busted for Racing

dmx-arrested.jpg

Remember that cracked out video of DMX that was leaked a while back? I wonder if he was on blow. Well the former rapper, I'm calling him "former" because he's a has been, was busted on suspicion of racing on a highway in Scottsdale.

X was recorded at a speed of 114 mph.I guess he lives in the AZ, because he was busted near his home for reckless driving, two counts of endangerment and three counts of criminal speed and driving on a suspended license. The po po says DMX was cooperative and was released yesterday on bail. Well he's no CSI actor. This says nothing about heroine, cocaine, ecstasy, marijuana and prescription pills. Maybe he wasn't high, just a dumb fuck.

These racers are such a danger to everyone else on the road. Slow down! And when are they gonna increase the speed limit in California? Everyone drives 85 mph. I do too. It's a bit scary at times when you're trying to multitask and speed. Something needs to be done about it. Craziness.

Get it together, DMX!

The Moment I Thought I've Been Blogging For, Amy Winehouse Gets Arrested

Amy Winehouse image

At first I got hyphy just thinking about this dirty ho behind bars as the bugs in her beehive rapidly multiply and battle each other for space on her infected scalp. Then I read the very end of this article, remember this trainwreck was arrested after Blake was busted?

In England/wherever Wino lives, that's the procedure. They arrest you to question you, it doesn't exactly mean that you're busted, however, of course in Amy's case I want them to lock her up until she's detoxed and sober. That could take years, but I'll wait. She's obviously gifted but until she cleans up her act, she's a waste of time and a tragic, stupid ass bitch.

Here goes the story. I'm so type-ative today, heh. Yeah, talkative and type-ative. I spent over an hour fixing the error on my site, thanks Stacy!!! :) So now that I'm able to blog again I just can't step away from the keyboard.

Here goes it, from People

Troubled British singer Amy Winehouse has been arrested for an alleged assault.

In the wee hours of April 23, the Grammy-winning "Rehab" singer allegedly headbutted a man outside a London pub. She voluntarily reported to a London police station on Friday to answer questions, and was arrested. "She is currently in custody."

It is a policy in England to arrest a suspect before questioning her in connection to a possible crime. Winehouse has not been charged with anything.

A 38-year-old man filed a report stating he was "headbutted" by Winehouse after trying to hail her a cab at 3:20 a.m. on April 23. According to a detailed account in the British paper The Sun, she also allegedly punched another man in the face and smoked drugs on the street.

The article was accompanied by a sequence of photos, including one of Winehouse walking into a lamppost.

Winehouse " who spent time in rehab in January and won five Grammys in February " was arrested just hours after her incarcerated husband, Blake Fielder-Civil, 25, appeared in court on charges of witness tampering. Winehouse did not attend.

Wesley Snipes Sentenced To Three Years in Jail

wesley_snipes.jpg

The Blade star, 45, was sentenced Thursday to three years behind bars as his punishment for failing to file his tax returns, U.S. District Judge William Terrell Hodges announced in an Ocala, Fla., courtroom.

The actor sat stone-faced â€" and some people in the courtroom gasped â€" when the sentence was read. "I'm very sorry for my mistakes and errors. I apologize to my family, the court and the community," Snipes said as his wife looked on. "I've asked the court to show me mercy and the opportunity to make things right."

In February, a federal jury convicted Snipes of three counts of failing to file a tax return (from 1999 through 2001). Thursday he received 12 months for each count. Prosecutors say the actor owes a total of $41 million in taxes, of which he paid $5 at the sentencing.

Several famous names sent in letters of support for Snipes, including Denzel Washington, Woody Harrelson and TV judge Joe Brown. Washington called Snipes a "great oak." Harrelson, who starred with Snipes in Wildcats, wrote, "Wes continues to encourage and challenge me to be the best man I can be by being a constant friend."
