Robert Van Winkle, aka the first Eminem - Vanilla Ice, was arrested last night at his crib after an alleged fight with the wifey.

Ice's wife, Laura, called the cops and said that he pushed her. The Palm Beach County Sheriff's deputies locked him up at 10:43 p.m. Eastern on a domestic battery charge.

Vanilla Ice is still in custody at Palm Beach County Jail. In most cases, people arrested for domestic violence are usually held over to see a judge. Looks like Mr. Van Winkle will spend a night in the pokey.

Kate Moss' old flame, Pete Doherty, is going to be spending 2 1/2 months in jail after failing to comply with court orders, and he's still using drugs. No shit!?!

The 29-year-old â€" who has previously dated supermodel Kate Moss â€" today attended West London Magistrates Court where Judge Davinder Lachar handed him the sentence. A court spokesman said that Doherty had been jailed for "breach of time keeping, non-compliance of his order and using different drugs".Doherty's rep said that he was looking into grounds for appeal.

A few weeks should do Pete some good. Maybe he'll start pissing urine instead of liquid crack.

Anne Hathaway's boyfriend, Raffaello Follieri, was under police custody Thursday after allegedly bouncing a $250,000 check.

Follieri, a real estate developer, apparently went willing to the NYPD and has since been released, according to the report.

"He went willing to a precinct â€" he was not brought by police â€" and he was not handcuffed. This is a misunderstanding that his lawyers are already sorting out."

A Washington, D.C. court recently ordered Follieri to pay a public-relations firm $250,000 for work done on his behalf, TMZ reports.

In 2007, Follieri denied accusations by Ron Burkle that he squandered $1.3 million.

Lil Kim, Foxy Brown, Remy Ma - dumb bitches, stand up! Remy Ma is busted!!

The rapper has been convicted on four major charges -- two counts of first-degree assault, attempted coercion, and criminal possession of a weapon.The charges stem from a 2007 incident in which Remy shot a friend of hers after a fight over $3,000 in cash stolen from Remy's purse. The defense tried to make the shooting an accident -- but it looks like they didn't quite convince the jury.

Remy was not found guilty of gang assault and witness tampering, among the nine total charges she faced. We're told the victim's friends and family taunted Remy when the verdicts were read -- full pandemonium in the courtroom.

Remy could face up from five to 25 years in prison at sentencing.

It's tragic how when you get enough funds to afford nice weaves, designer bags, clothes and jewelry, ya gotta trade it in for lice, expired food and brawls in jail.

Shia had a chat with Empire magazine where he discussed his arrest for misdemeanor criminal trespassing in a Chicago Walgreens when he refused to leave after being asked by the store's security guard.

Excerpts:

"That was complete and utter sanity. I was an asshole, and it was a mistake I'm still completely embarrassed about it.

But I can say this: I'm not the first 21-year-old to be arrested for a misdemeanor. There are lessons in life I need to learn, and I'm learning all of them in front of the public."

"I was in the middle of a strange mind state, having just come off a three-month window of focus. I can't diminish what happened at all.

R&B singer Ne-Yo, aka Shaffer Smith, was popped on Feb. 19 while driving through Cobb County, Georgia. Ne-Yo was arrested for reckless driving and for not having a valid license. Maybe he was rushing to the Hair Club for Men. WTF's up with that receding hairline?

Pop singer Aaron Carter was arrested for investigation of marijuana possession Thursday after he was pulled over for speeding in Texas, authorities said.Carter, 20, the younger brother of Nick Carter from the Backstreet Boys, was in jail in Junction, Texas, awaiting a Friday morning appearance before a magistrate, Kimble County Sheriff Mike Chapman.

Carter's Cadillac Escalade was pulled over for speeding in Junction at about noon on Thursday, said Chapman. Officers found marijuana in the car, the sheriff said. There was nobody else in the car.

I'm proud of Aaron, he's obviously trying to make a comeback. I respect that. Ha. I can't believe he didn't go the DUI route, though. Screw Texas, that's what Hollywood's for.

Looks like Barron didn't have time to primp before the mugshot! More details have emerged about Barron's DUI arrest and it's some good stuff! Barron got his DUI at a 76 gas station in Malibu, and hit a gas station worker as he pulled in. He didn't hurt the dude, just grazed him enough to knock him down.

The worker, Fernando Tellez said when Barron got out of the car he was totally drunk and couldn't walk straight. Barron breathalizer came back at .14 which is almost twice the legal limit. His bail was originally set at $5,000 but the cops also figured out Barron was driving with a fake California license and pushed his bail up to $20,000... Dumbass!

Marc Malkin of E! Online reported that Kathy and Rick were considering not paying Barron's jail because they don't want to put up with this stuff anymore. There have also been reports that his herpes infested sister Paris wasn't going to help him out either just to teach him a lesson. Well, Barron was released after 6 p.m., and was driven away with two women and one man which haven't been named at this time.

TMZ has learned 18-year-old Barron Hilton, Paris' little brother, was arrested for DUI in Malibu at 8:30 AM this morning! Cops tell TMZ he was driving a black Mercedes on Pacific Coast Highway with a passenger -- not one of his sisters-- when he was pulled over at a 76 gas station.

It's good to see they're keeping the tradition alive in the Hilton family, and Barron's starting sooner than the rest! He's even kicking it up a notch by getting pulled over at 8:30 am! High five, Barron!

Kiefer Sutherland is a free man. He was released just after midnight at the Glendale City Jail after serving 48 days after his second DUI conviction. Lots of media were on hand, because the release time and date were no secret.

Kiefer isn't going to have anything better to do than start drinking again since the writer's strike is still going on... Or because his butt's still sore from his jail stay.
