Mischa Barton blew a .12 on her breathalyzer test, admitted to smoking marijuana earlier that day (which cops found in her car) and had what cops say looked like prescription drugs in her car -- in an unlabeled bottle.

Barton was popped at 2:45 AM Thursday in West Hollywood. Cops pulled her over after they witnessed her "straddling two lanes of traffic and failed to signal when making a turn."

She was arrested on suspicion of DUI, possession of narcotics and driving on a suspended license. Barton was taken to the West Hollywood Sheriff's station and was released on $10,000 bail.

I really hope those pills were Vicodin so Mischa can say she was having cramps. So far, it sounds like she was on pot - just like Nicole Richie, and she had pills - just like when Nicole was arrested. How original. Gawd, let it be Vicodin! :)

When deputies pulled her over, they determined that she "was an unlicensed driver and was driving while under the influence of an alcoholic beverage."Barton is still in custody, being held on $10,000 bail. The L.A. County Sheriffs' Inmate Information website called her "Mischa Burton." Sources tell us that Mischa has been "very cooperative" and "no trouble at all."

Okay, so maybe she didn't have a license to begin with. Either way, I don't get it. Is it just me or does Mischa have a light smirk in that pic?

I don't even know what to say. I'm speechless. I hope 2008 isn't filled with this immature drama these Hollywood sluts seem to enjoy. It's obvious Mischa's into drugs, but why da ho didn't have her license with her? Come on!!!

As my headline says, bitch is making a comeback. I'm just calling it what it is. This is what these hos do for publicity and it always works. It's not like Mischa did it on purpose, but the arrest will benefit her. Heidi Montag - it's your turn now.

On a sidenote, I'm sick right now so I may be a little bitchy, regardless, I'm so over it!!! Give me something new to work with already. Until Dakota Fanning gets busted for drugs and Joel Osteen is caught with a hooker, it's all a snooze.

Former "Boy Meets World" star and "The Tyra Banks Show" rep, Danielle Fishel, got herself a DUI while ghost ridin' the whip in the gangsta town that is Orange County, fools!... If only this story was that interesting. Ghost ridin' sounds like something drunk folk do anyway... I'm giving myself ideas.

Former child star Danielle Fishel was arrested this week on a drunken driving warrant from Los Angeles County. Fishel was arrested Thursday just before 5 a.m. after officers stopped a car she was in, said Newport Beach Sgt. James Rocker. She was released from jail shortly after her arrest.

Fishel spent more than seven years playing Topanga, the love interest of "Boy Meets World" star Ben Savage.

In 2006, Fishel became the spokeswoman for NutriSystem. In February, Fishel became a special correspondent for the Tyra Banks show.

Oooooohhhh! Since when have we heard about the other "Boy Meets World" stars? NEVER! Good job, hun, but you can just hurry things up and leak a sex tape already. Thanks!

Personally, I really can't stand Amy Winehouse. Snarky's usually all over what's going down with her and usually keeps you posted. Outside of listening to her Back to Black album with my ex-boyfriend who used to play it, I don't have her music. She's talented, though, but I don't care. If you have talent and all you wanna do is waste it, spit on fans, cancel shows so you can drink that night in the bar, or cancel tours, you're really not worthy of my time. But in the event that some fans wanna know what's going on with her, here goes it:

Amy Winehouse was arrested Monday in London in connection with an alleged plan to derail a criminal case against her husband, Blake Fielder-Civil.

"She is currently in custody. The arrest was in connection with an investigation into perverting the course of justice."

Winehouse's U.S. rep tells PEOPLE: "I can confirm that she did go in voluntarily to be interviewed and was placed under arrest, as is common practice in the U.K., before being questioned."

The arrest relates to a witness-tampering charge for Fielder-Civil, 25, who is accused of assaulting a barman in June. He is currently in jail ahead of a trial. As is British custom, police do not name people who are arrested â€" only if they are later charged with a crime.

Winehouse was forced to give fingerprints and a saliva swab to police. "Any person arrested is required to give both DNA and fingerprints," says the spokeswoman.

The star of the hit TV series "24" was sentenced yesterday to 48 days behind bars after pleading no contest to drunken driving, authorities said.Sutherland began serving his sentence last night after a brief hearing in which LA County Superior Court Judge Stuart Rice endorsed the plea deal. Sutherland, 40, was arrested in September while on probation for a 2004 drunken-driving offense. He was stopped by police as he left a Hollywood industry party at the nightclub Area on Sept. 25. In October, Sutherland pleaded no contest - equal to a guilty plea - to a single count of driving with a blood alcohol level above California's legal limit of .08.

I've said this a million times and I'll say it again... You celebrities have the money to pay for a frickin' limo or a taxi if need be, so quit driving your ass home drunk! Rhys Meyers, 30, was refused permission to board a London-bound flight when police confronted the actor twice after erratic, abusive behavior at an airport gate and at a desk of the British airline BMI, the Associated Press reports.

Dublin Airport Police said they called Ireland's national police force, the Garda Siochana, after Rhys Meyers refused repeated requests to calm down, reports the AP.

The Cork-born actor and star of Showtime's The Tudors was held for a short time, charged under Ireland's Public Order Act and released on his own bail. He is due in court for his arraignment Dec. 5.

In most of the pictures I see of him he looks more like a crackhead, than a drunk. It's all in those freakish eyes!

Amy Crackhouse's husband was put in the clink for possibly having a connection to a trial-fixing plot.... Heroin addicts are smart enough to pull that off? Obviously not. ;)

A distraught Amy Winehouse wept hysterically and screamed 'Baby, I love you' as husband Blake Fielder-Civil was arrested and led away by police officers over an alleged £200,000 trial-fixing plot.

Amid dramatic scenes Fielder-Civil, 25, was seized by eight plain clothes officers at the flat in Bow. As he was led away, the 24-year-old singer kissed and hugged him, sobbing: "Baby, I love you. Baby, I'll be fine.

He was arrested on suspicion of perverting the course of justice in connection with a trial due to start next week.

If convicted, the maximum sentence for the offence is life. Three other men were also arrested in connection with the plot at addresses in east London

Police had been tipped off about an alleged plot to stop a trial involving assault charges.

They are probing allegations that £200,000 would have been paid to a key witness to stay away from the case and refuse to give evidence.

There is no suggestion that Winehouse was involved in the alleged plot.

This could be the best thing to happen to Amy and hopefully get her life back on track!

Mickey Rourke was arrested early this morning in Miami on his Vespa scooter, for driving under the influence. A scooter? When you've spent as much money as Mickey on plastic surgery, I guess that's all you can afford.

According to the police report, Rourke's eyes were bloodshot, his face flushed and his speech slurred as he told the officer: "What the f**k did I do?!" before saying, "I'm not drunk, I didn't even drink that much."

The 51-year-old was booked into the Miami-Dade Pre-trial Detention Center at 9:30 a.m. local time and is being held on $1,000 bond.

Rule #1 if you ever get pulled over after a drink or two - NEVER say "I'm not drunk, I didn't even drink that much". You're just asking for one of those fun little DUI tests!

A security guard repeatedly told LaBeouf that he wasn't welcome and had to leave because he appeared to be drunk, police said.When the actor refused to leave, the security guard detained him and called police.

After he was arrested, LaBeouf was "very courteous and polite," and he posted bond before 7 a.m., police said.

LaBeouf, 21, of Glendale, Calif., was charged with misdemeanor criminal trespassing. He is scheduled to appear in court on Nov. 28 at 9 a.m.
