Da Brat put the holy smackdown on a nightclub waitress in Georgia yesterday morning, hitting her in the face with a bottle of rum. Why waste a perfect bottle of rum on some employee at a nightclub? Is that the alcoholic coming out in me? It's one thing if she's gonna show you her rum enema trick, that's worth it, but to beat a bitch down with it is unacceptable. If you're gonna beat someone down with a bottle of liquor, get real hillbilly and use some Old Crowe bourbon or cheap shit like that.

Da Brat, whose real name is Shawntae Harris, is facing felony aggravated assault charges. Witnesses told police the incident started with an argument between Harris, 33, and a waitress at Studio 72, a club owned by Jermaine Dupri, the Atlanta record producer and rapper. The argument escalated to shoving, witnesses said; then Harris is accused of grabbing a bottle of rum and hitting the waitress in the face. The victim was taken to the hospital with cuts on her face and above her eye.

White trash rocker Kid Rock was arrested early yesterday morning after getting into a fight at a Waffle House. Was he arguing over having his hash-browns topped, smothered, covered and diced? Mmmmmm, I love me some Waffle House!

A male customer recognized a woman in Kid Rock's entourage, and police say that customer and the woman had words. That escalated into an argument, then a physical fight in the parking lot of the Waffle House, located on Buford Highway. Police were summoned, and Kid Rock's tour bus was pulled over a short time later.

He and five members of his entourage were taken into custody on a misdemeanor charge of simple battery. The customer, who police identify as Harlen Akins, has been charged with one felony count of second degree criminal damage to property for allegedly smashing a window at the restaurant.

Rodriguez appeared before Superior Court Judge Daviann L. Mitchell, who ordered her to report to the county jail on Christmas Eve, the city attorney's office said. Rodriguez "admitted violation of her probation by failing to provide proof of community service and by consuming alcohol three times while wearing an alcohol monitoring device," City Attorney spokesman Frank Mateljan said. "She did file a document that said she completed community service on September 25th, but we obtained evidence that she was in New York that day," Mateljan said.

The document was required as part of 30 days of community service Rodriguez was ordered to serve for violating probation in a 2003 drunken driving case.Mitchell ordered Rodriguez to complete the community service cleaning streets and highways, and prohibited her from being granted early release for work furlough or electronic monitoring, Mateljan said.

Calls to Rodriguez's attorney Wednesday were not immediately returned.

Limp Bizkit lead singer Fred Durst was arrested for assault with a deadly weapon and slapped with a restraining order after hitting two people with a car.Documents filed in Los Angeles Superior Court on August 16 show that the rocker, whose full name is William Fred Durst, hit two L.A. residents with his vehicle "on or about October 26, 2006."

A criminal complaint filed in L.A. Superior Court on January 1, 2007, charges Durst with seven misdemeanor counts in total for the 2006 incident, including: two counts of assault with a deadly weapon, three counts of battery, one count of making a criminal threat and one charge of reckless driving on the highway.

Contained within the August 16 documents is a restraining order that instructs Durst not to "annoy, harass, strike, threaten…or otherwise disturb the peace of the [victims]."

The singer, 37, is also ordered to surrender or sell to a licensed gun dealer any firearms in his possession and not come within 100 yards of the two alleged victims.

Pulaski County Sheriff's spokesman John Rehrauer says Clark was being held at the Pulaski County jail pending a court appearance Tuesday morning in North Little Rock.

Rehrauer says Clark was arrested for possession of controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia at about 2:30 a.m. North Little Rock police officials did not immediately return calls for comment.

Lindsay Lohan was arrested around 2:15 am this morning for DUI and controlled substance. What would that controlled substance be? Cocaine which they found in her pants during a search at the police station.

The Police showed up when they got a call of one car chasing another. Lindsay was in the chase car. Who the hell was she chasing? Anyway, she was initially thought to be under the influence of alcohol and after a field sobriety test in which she failed to walk the line straight, Lindsay was arrested. Her blood alcohol level was around .12 to .13.

Her bail was set at $25,000 and Lindsay was released just a short time ago. She's looking hot in that mug shot isn't she?

Gore III was pulled over in a blue Toyota Prius around 2:15 a.m. for allegedly driving at speeds in excess of 100 mph about 30 miles south of L.A.

After cops detected the smell of marijuana, they searched the car and found marijuana and prescription drugs including Xanax, Valium, Vicodin and Adderall.

No prescriptions for the medications were present, police said.Gore, 24, was arrested and taken to the Orange County Jail's Intake and Release Center in Santa Ana, where a $20,000 bond was set. He was released just before 2 p.m.

According to Damon Micalizzi, director of public and community relations for the Orange County Sheriff's Department, Gore, who lives in Los Angeles, "had a very dangerous cocktail of drugs with him." He was alone in the Prius when he was arrested.

Pearlman's arrest on one felony count of bank fraud ended several months of hiding for the boy-band mogul, who created the Backstreet Boys and 'N Sync.

He also faces several lawsuits and two involuntary bankruptcy proceedings, but hasn't responded to court subpoenas and doesn't have an attorney in either bankruptcy case.

Banks are hounding Pearlman and his companies for more than $120 million, according to bankruptcy court documents.

Pearlman lost control of several companies in February when a state judge appointed a receiver to take over the books.

The receiver, Jerry McHale, said Pearlman appears to have defrauded about 1,000 individual investors of more than $315 million.

TMZ has learned that actor Shemar Moore was arrested early Friday morning on suspicion of DUI in Los Angeles.

According to the CHP arrest report obtained by TMZ, the former "Young and the Restless" star was pulled over after officers noticed the actor speeding near Santa Monica Blvd. at 1:30 AM.

After he was stopped, cops reported that Moore "displayed signs of alcohol impairment and a DUI investigation was conducted." Moore was then arrested and transported to a nearby station, where he took a breath test and was later booked.

Moore, who currently stars in "Criminal Minds," was released a few hours later on $5000 bail.

Calls to Moore's rep were not immediately returned.
