Ashley's lawyer has issued the following statement,

"The photos in question, which appear to be of our client, are illegal and are being unlawfully displayed. Our client intends to take legal action."

Why would Ashley have a statement issued that confirms her identity and that she "intends to take legal action." Take legal action then!
