Alicia Keys was all smiles at the 7th annual AIDS charity Keep a Child Alive Black Ball at Hammerstein Ballroom in New York City last night. Alicia's husband Swizz Beatz was on hand to place his hand on her belly, making the most out of their photo op.

Beyonce, Usher, Jay-Z, Whitney Houston, Jennifer Hudson, Uma Thurman, Sade and Janelle Monae, were in attendance.

Alicia is a hot pregnant chick. She's carrying most of the weight in her stomach, her face remains thin, and her arms look like they did before she got sperminated. This will be Swizz Beatz's fourth child. He has two sons with his ex-wife Mashonda and one daughter with a former jump off. Swizz allegedly cheated with his ex-wife Mashonda and his other baby mama. When it comes to Alicia, everyone's all like "Ooooooh gurl! I hope he doesn't leave you for another woman!" But I don't give a sh!t if Swizz leaves and I don't think Alicia does either; she's clearly very happy and I doubt she's thinking about that possibility.

I don't think Swizz will leave because she is friggin' Alicia Keys afterall, but when it comes to being faithful to one woman, Swizz seems to be allergic.

In case you didn't know, Kim Kardashian has a big butt. It's okay, you're not going to forget the answer to that trivia question because she remind us of her only asset with every opportunity that she gets. There was another event in LA last night, which means Kim Kardasssian made sure to show up.

Kim walked the red carpet at the LACMA Resnick Pavilion Opening Gala. Kim's stunning, insecure, superficial and conceited as hell. I have to give her props; it's hard for one person to possess all of those traits simultaneously. Kimmy is so going to check herself into the psych ward when she starts aging. She's already tried botox and she had an allergic reaction to it on Keeping Up With the Kardashians. Ironically Kimmy K's face already looks pretty knifed up. I predict that she'll be looking like the cat lady within the next 10 years but that butt will still be firm enough to launch missiles off of.

Kim Kardashian's "source" recently announced that she and Miles Austin of the Dallas Cowboys have split. How is Kim supposed to be there for her man if she's never literally there? Her schedule is packed and her money hungry mother Kris Jenner makes sure that Kim works herself to the bone, making every possible appearance that she can as long as the paps are on hand.

Kim is in Italy right now and she was spotted in Milan for a TV show appearance before she went shopping and was later spotted in the gorgeous island of Capri, in south Italy, where she had some gelato.

Kim should date a wealthy heir who doesn't work, who can just travel around the States and abroad with her but still has enough money to buy her out, therefore she knows he's not using her for money. I think she's kind of in between a rock and a hard place. Khloe Kardashian went the athlete route and Kourtney went the greasy-haired alcoholic loser route. Kimmy should try something different and go for a wealthy guy who is always available and has his own jet that he can hop on and get to wherever she is whenever he wants to. 

Hundreds of folks have weighed in on POTP about whether or not Eminem's daughter Hailie Jade, 15, is cute. I say she definitely didn't start off cute, but she keeps getting better looking as she grows up.

Here are some more pictures of Eminem's pride and joy. I really adore Emimem for stepping up to the plate and being a responsible parent all the while talking trash about his deadbeat father. There's no shortage of deadbeats out there, but Eminem has a strong fan base and at least he leads by example.

Hailie is so under the radar. Marshall Mathers doesn't take her to any red carpet events, she lives in Michigan, and I take it she has a pretty normal life? Good for her.

Zac signed autographs at the Radio One Studio in London yesterday and he looked good. And manly. And not so pretty. He's still short, but I'd hit that. Too bad for Zac I told him not to dump Vanessa Hudgens for me. Maybe I'll text you sometime hun.

MTV doesn't play by the rules and the network chooses to be different. Some of the brightest stars in the music industry didn't walk the red carpet yesterday, they walked the white carpet.

I don't think there were any fashion misses. Everyone looked great and very happy to be there. Thanks to the paps, we can check out all the hotness, the glamour, and WTF Lady Gaga was wearing cause she never holds back.

I was surprised by how hot Sammi looked in person yesterday. Jenni "J-Woww" Farley was also much darker than she was just months ago. And with the exception of grenade Deena Nicole Cortese, the cast looked amazing.

Lady Gaga continues to outdo herself. I love it! The woman is living, breathing art.

Katy looks adorable and I love her fashion sense.

Drake was looking quite tall and edible on the red carpet too.

Megan Fox and her Z-list husband Brian Austin Green walked the red carpet at the movie premiere of Passion Play.

Megan and Brian were in Toronto for the 35th Toronto International Film Festival. Here's an excerpt of the synopsis: "An angel under the thumb of a ruthless gangster is saved by a trumpet player down on his luck." That sounds horrible!

Anyway, I love the look on Brian's face. He has such a cocky smirk going on cause he gets to hit that whenever he wants. I hope he's hung like an elephant cause Ms. Foxy could do much better.

True sluts never take breaks, as evidenced by Kristin Cavallari whose vajayjay works overtime and doesn't take any vacays.

Kristin will strip down, well, just because and she'll make taking hawt photos look like something anyone can easily accomplish. Last week, Kristin worked with celebrity photographer Tyler Shields and the picture above and those below were all shot impromptu style!

On his website, Tyler said, "Kristin Cavallari was down and got down, I kicked dirt in her face then she cut me with a giant knife all and all a fun night. I love it when people commit I love it when they let go of fear and go for it so needless to say I loved this shoot! I had never met her before this and she was amazing even beyond my expectations."

Good for Tyler! Kristin left him with some great masturbation material. I hope she didn't pay him a dime, cause me thinks he owes her some money! 

Since we've got another awesome episode of Jersey Shore airing tonight, this is the perfect time to post these adorable photos of Nicole Snooki Polizzi when she was a little tater tot. I swear she has only grown two inches since these photos were taken. Her hair is almost the same too!

Radar Online obtained the adorable photos which show a teeny tiny cute little Snooki who was obviously born with big hair. It must be a Guido and Guidette thang cause 'The Situation' was rockin' the big hair in his childhood photos too!
