Janet Jackson killed it at last night's MTV Awards.
Janet's tribute had everyone cheering as she channeled her iconic brother and executed some of his signature moves, dancing in unison as Michael's "Scream" video played in the background.
Janet's performance begins around 3:50 in the video below. She made her brother proud!

Kanye West reacts impulsively, like children do. Kanye impulsively rushed the stage and grabbed Taylor Swift's mic while she was accepting her MTV award for Best Female Video. Hours later he also impulsively posted an "apology" on his blog.
The only problem is that Kanye's apology SUCKS and sounds insincere. I almost feel like he'd look better if he didn't apologize at all since he came up with nonsensical, incoherent crap.
This man child sounds like an inarticulate headcase in his apology - he is embarrassing himself further.
What you did is not cute, Kanye, and we don't give a f*ck that you're watching the awards at your crib and telling us that Beyonce had the best video of the decade! Are we not allowed to form our own opinions? We all have different tastes but somehow Kanye thinks he's the authority and the end all be all of the music industry.
Time for an extensive PR campaign!

Taylor Swift, 19, won the MTV Award for Best Female Video when Kanye West bumrushed the stage, grabbed her microphone and proclaimed, "Yo, Taylor, I'm really happy for you, and I'm going to let you finish, but Beyonce had one of the best videos of all time, one of the best videos of all time!"
Beyonce was stuck in WTF mode, the crowd booed, Kanye was escorted out by security, and his performance was canceled.
Taylor is a gifted and gracious young talent. It took a lot of work for her to get as far as she did in the music business and attain the level of success that she has; then an angry little midget interrupts and embarrasses her. WHY?!
Why does Kanye West care that Beyonce has not won ANOTHER award? Beyonce has picked up dozens of trophies from Destiny's Child and her solo work. Did Kanye have to convey his opinion on live television? Why does he feel that his personal preferences should determine who deserves awards?
Kanye said that he wants to be a better person and do the things that his mother would want him to do, but he has not grown as a person. It's so disturbing to watch a grown man act like a misbehaving child. Sadly Kanye will never live this down. Fans of his music may become just that - fans of his music. The man behind the music does not deserve our respect.

I think there's an 80's fashion come-back going on, and it's starting with Rihanna's shades.
Rihanna pulled off her best Grace Jones look at the Fashion Night Out event in NYC. Who died? Was there a funeral party going on with all the fashionistas? Leave the jacked up shades to Kanye West. You're too hot to be wearing something that looks like it's straight out of a sci-fi movie.
Never one to let us down, Lady Gaga stepped out in Paris in a little black jacket and panties. She tops it off with a hideous blonde wig and some freak show sunglasses. How can you not love that?

We knew these types of photos would come out once there was speculation of what really happened between Tila Tequila and Shawne Merriman.
Tila was on her way to meet with investigators from the San Diego District Attorney office to talk about her incident with Shawne. She has some serious bruises on her arms! Or is that make-up? Nah, I believe they're real, but what a coincidence the paparazzi were around to snap a bunch of pics of her banged up arms.
The paps even asked Tila if she would forgive Shawne for what happened and her response was 'I don't know'. How can you forgive someone who beats the sh*t out of you? Jessica Simpson needs new people. Jess was in France to model for fashion designer Ozlem Suer, who asked Jess to model for her show. The fugged up victim was dressed up like an angry Frankenstein bride who cut her own slit in her shower curtain dress.
The dress is an oversized disaster, the eye makeup looks like it was applied with charcoal, and her hair looks fried. How could anyone encourage Jess to do this? Jessica is pretty, but not here!
