According to the staff and security at St. Luke's Roosevelt hospital in New York, a very high-profile patient would be checking in today. Hmmm. The high-profile patient has already booked half of an entire floor of the hospital. Sounds like Beyonce to me! You know she's a diva, people!

Allie is Wired reports: They will be located in the “Labor and Delivery Suite.” Although there is no official announcement that Beyonce is actually checking in today, it seems sensible that she would want to keep a low-profile as to not cause a huge scene at the hospital.

Jay-Z's wife is reportedly over 9 months pregnant. Whether or not Beyonce is expected to pop out her first born today, that kid is coming soon. Stay tuned!

Rumors and speculation have swirled around Beyonce's pregnancy since the day she went public with the news that she's expecting. No one but lunatic conspiracy theorists believes that she's actually faking it, but a video clip released today suggests that something strange might be going on.

Beyonce Talks Pregnancy

The clip above shows Bey behind the scenes of her "Countdown" video. It was shot on September 23 (she even holds up a newspaper to prove it) and Bey says that she's six months pregnant. Wait, what?! That would mean at this point, she's 8 months along, which would mean that she's due in early January!

Bey and Jay-Z have been characteristically private about the pregnancy, but the couple have claimed that their baby is expected to arrive in mid to late February. So what's the deal? Was the couple intentionally trying to mislead us about the due date? Did Bey slip up when she revealed she may actually deliver a month or two earlier than we thought? Weird. It probably just means that Beyonce misspoke on one occasion or another, but it's sure to add some fuel to the fake pregnancy fire.

Continuing to prove that Jay-Z is one of the luckiest men on earth, Beyonce has released another song and video, "Dance For You," that's all about how much she loves to work it out in bed for her husband. She could seduce anyone with her moves, then you throw in some damn garters and I'm sold! Surprisingly Beyonce's lover in the video is white, which is a first for the pop icon. You know what they say about white guys, right? You know what they say about black girls, right? As if I'm going to be that controversial. You'd have to come back later in the week for shiz like that. It's only Monday.

I'm a sucker for a good montage and Beyonce has put together an epic one in her video for "I Was Here." Beyonce has a new DVD, Life at the Roseland: Elements of 4, in which she shows personal footage from when she was a very young girl who loved to dance and perform, working with Destiny's Child, traveling the world and performing for some of the most iconic public figures of our time. Beyonce I Was Here Video

It must be tough to buy baby shower presents for Beyonce. After all, she and her husband can pretty much buy the kid a country if they want to, so you might feel pretty lame showing up with a Baby Bjorn.

But Kelly Rowland - or "Auntie Kelly" as she'll be known to Bey's baby - wasn't about to be discouraged by the unborn millionaire's prenatal wealth. She decided to go big in the form of a $5,200 bathtub, studded with about 45,000 Swaravski crystals. The tub weighs about 3,000 pounds, and Kelly bought a pink one for Bey, leading to further speculation that she's having a girl.

A $5,2000 crystal bathtub?! Damn, Kelly. Were they sold out of diamond-studded diaper genies?

Kelly Rowland better get Beyonce an extra special Christmas present because Kelly slipped up and revealed that Beyonce is having a girl! Kelly attended the Cosmopolitan Awards in London last night where she repeatedly referred to Beyonce's baby as a "she".

Kelly said: "I think her dad Jay-Z is gonna give her everything anyways, all I can give her is love... I think she'll be very well behaved." Oops!

I was hoping that Beyonce would have a girl anyway. You know B's baby will out-diva Victoria Beckham's and Mariah Carey's daughter. I'm ready for the competition.

Prior to Kelly's foot-in-mouth insertion yesterday, Beyonce already reportedly asked friends to get pink Louboutin baby booties for her child, due in February.

We can not wait to meet Jayonce! Heh.

Beyonce must be going for some kind of record for most videos released in a month by a female artist. If I'm not mistaken, this is the third video from Bey this month. In her latest video for 'Party'  featuring J.Cole, Beyonce is whooping it up in the trailer park with her sister Solange playing the DJ and her old Destiny's Child pal Kelly Rowland even makes an appearance. I don't know about you, but I don't think the latest songs released by Beyonce are all that. I love the girl, but she can do better than this! That's just my humble opinion of course.

Beyonce 'Party' Featuring J. Cole

Because it just wouldn't feel right if Beyonce wasn't gracing the cover of another magazine or talking about her first pregnancy, B is on the cover of Harper's Bazaar. Surprisingly Beyonce seems to be opening up about her relationship with Jay-Z. The guarded singer says that she's "finally at the stage in my life where I am not so concerned with other people’s opinions about my life decisions. It is so liberating..." Nice.

On revealing her pregnancy at the MTV VMAs: I put a lot of thought into how I wanted to unveil it. It was important to me that I was able to do it myself… I was extremely nervous. It was the toughest red carpet I ever did. I decided to say nothing and proudly show my baby bump. I felt it was more powerful to see the love and enthusiasm as opposed to saying anything.

On Jay-Z: We have been together since I was 20 years old. We took our time and developed an unbreakable friendship before we got married. I admire his ability to inspire others... I respect him so much; he is a great man and a great artist.

On her marriage: We focused three years on our marriage and found that it brought us an even stronger bond and connection. But like anything great and successful in your life, marriage takes hard work and sacrifice. It has to be something both you and your husband deeply want.

On the best thing about marriage: The amount of growth you have because you can no longer hide from your fears and insecurities. Just because it took Beyonce a decade to allow Jay-Z to knock her up does not mean that she isn't pregnant right now. Yesterday the Internet was "buzzing" with reports that she's wearing a prosthetic baby bump. Ever since Beyonce clutched her gut full of human, folks have been saying that she's wearing a fake bump because her stomach looks bigger sometimes and smaller other times.

Conspiracy theorists claimed that Beyonce was having a baby via a surrogate mother. I've shied away from the controversy because it was just so juvenile.

The buzz started after photos appeared to show her bulging mid-section to collapse as she sat down during the Australian talk show Sunday Night HD.

Yvette Noel-Schure, Beyonce's rep, tells ABC the fake-bump rumors are "stupid, ridiculous and false."

I gotta admit, the rumor was funny, but it was just so dumb.

Beyonce just dropped her video for "Countdown" days ago, and she has already released the opening minute and a half teaser video for her single "Love on Top." The video matches the song perfectly and Beyonce looks beautiful as she sings about how amazing Jay-Z is. Many people online, myself included, hated Beyonce's "Countdown" video. Every once in a while on a rare occasion, Ms. B releases a bad video, but "Love on Top" is perfect. I love the old school vibe. It's reminiscent of Michael Jackson singing with the Jackson 5. Also, can you ever remember seeing Beyonce dancing with all male backup dancers? Nice.
