This woman does not take a break ever. I respect her hustle and I love her songwriting talent, dancing and her drive. Beyonce is a great role model.

She really looks different in this photospread, much more like her mother and like she's been snacking on cornbread and rice and peas. She has thickness to spare, but she's fit and fierce.

On her and Jay-Z staying out of each other's business dealings:
"He was very successful before I met him and I was very successful before I met him. So we have so much respect for each other, and respect for each other artistically. We are very close friends, and I believe he is the ultimate artist and he has the same feelings for me".

Asked to describe herself as a wife:
"I don't know how to talk about it because I don't like to talk about it. But I have a great example of a great wife, and that's my mother. And I have great friends around me that have been married, so I'm lucky to have really good examples. And a great husband".

One thing she does to get on his nerve:
"I'm a little messy. Oh, yeah. Whenever I'm out in public, I have to be put together. When I get home, I rebel against it and I don't want to take care of anything. I drop it. I'm relaxed. I don't have any shoes on. No makeup. My purse is in the kitchen. I think that is most difficult thing for him. He's very, very organized. I'm extremely organized when I'm working, and I work so much that when I get home I don't want to think about anything".

As for what Jay-Z does that gets on her nerves, she laughs:
"I won't say".

The singer also reveals she's doing charity work such as working with women and children through shelters and organizations as well as mentoring and counseling them.

Asked about a quote from years ago where she said she wanted to retire by age 21. She says she could have retired at that age but now she has no intention of ever retiring:
"I've worked so hard on my craft, and I will never stop. I will never retire. I love it way too much."

As soon as I saw like my first two "Single Ladies" remakes, I was wondering why Beyonce hasn't done a contest. I'm so glad that she is. It isn't easy recreating Beyonce's "Single Ladies" video. Trust. Heh.

Beyoncé is inviting her fans to create their own versions of her phenomenal "Single Ladies (Put A Ring On It)" clip for the official "Single Ladies" dance video contest.

Contestants should adhere precisely to the iconic "Single Ladies" dance routine performed by Beyoncé and her two dancers in the original clip - no new choreography should be added.

The grand prize winner of Beyoncé's "Single Ladies" dance video contest will receive $2500.00 (US) and have the winning video shown during Beyoncé's "I Am..." World Tour 2009.

Gabrielle Union's dress is swallowing her alive! It's. Too. Big. And it looks like it's on backwards and there's no silhouette to it. It's like Gabby was walking under a tent and part of it ripped off, fell on her body and she said, "I'm good to go!" and kept walking to her event.

Is she hiding Jay-Z's baby bump from Beyonce? Heh.

I'm being serious. Etta's not no fake ass ho, she keeps it real and I can respeck dat! Etta let her audience know that she wasn't too happy that Beyonce covered her classic song at Barack Obama's inauguration.

"You know, YOUR President, the one with the big ears-he ain't my President�"had that woman singing for him at his Inauguration. She's going to get her ass whooped. How dare Beyonce sing MY song that I been singing forever. Now I'm going to sing it for y'all…."

So Etta, a black woman, doesn't wanna acknowledge that a black man is president because she got her granny panties up in a wedgie? How can she be upset with the woman who played her in a biopic? Gawd, I hope I'm not this egotistical when I'm Etta's age. But thank god that she is. Etta has managed to make boring ass Beyonce somewhat interesting.

Barack Obama and Michelle Obama have so much obvious sexual chemistry it kills me! They are so adorable together. Barack just adores her. I'll make sure to bookmark this entry in my archives so it can be ready to go when the Barack cheating scandal breaks.

Beyonce looked elegant for the occasion, luvs that she got choked up at the end. She did a good job.

Jay-Z rather drink his urine than cuddle with B or give her some eye contact. I'm sure they're madly in love, but it would be nice if they could look like it at some point.

Beyonce is always the one drooling over her camel. Happy future divorce, y'all!

This song is gorgeous, I had it on repeat the first time I heard it and the video is decent. I thought Beyonce was sticking with black and white videos? Anyway, here's a bootleg version cause the original has been already pulled from YouTube.

Beyonce's Diva song has been on my personal MySpace profile for a while and I love the video! It's just as over the top as it should be. The set pics were over the top, too. The original Diva video has been pulled from YouTube, hopefully this one will stay up for a while.

Did you watch this already? If not, you MUST. This little girl Arriana is workin' it out. This video came out in late November and it's pretty huge, apparently the diva in progress has already been on TV, too.
