What did Karl Lagerfeld do without you, oh glossy-haired one? Eternal fashion favorite Blake Lively missed one of the largest fashion events of the year in order to hang out with her boyfriend Ryan Reynolds. Um, okay.

The Gossip Girl actress normally attends the Metropolitan Museum of Art’s Costume Institute Gala, but skipped out for a much more low-key affair. Instead, she spent the night with Ryan’s family in Vancouver. The couple have been dating for seven months, and spent time in Napa Valley before jetting over to Canada to visit the Reynolds.

Some people might call this cute, but I call it kind of stupid. The Met is one night of people fawning all over you, in an avant garde dress you really couldn’t wear anywhere else. By skipping out, you’ve probably now got Anna Wintour out for blood. Try winning that battle.

Look like these f**kbuddies are getting serious, or at least into some serious role-playing. It turns out that Scarlett Johansson’s ex and his buxom new(ish) lady are now homeowners together. People magazine spoke with sources who say that Ryan Reynolds and Blake Lively recently “bought a beautiful country home” in Bedford, New York.

At least the $2 million house isn’t just being left to rot as property! The couple has been seen horseback riding, buying chocolate milk, and dining together in-town. Oh, how pastoral. It’s like they’re playing house. Just with a $2 million property, NBD.

It must be nice to be able to purchase a house with your new boo when you haven’t even been dating for a year! Bad decision--what? We’ll just all laugh about this six months later when they’re waging a vicious custody battle over their shared labrador and mint green KitchenAid mixer. That's called real life.

Blake Lively is on the cover of Elle magazine's March issue. For some reason, during Blake's interview she mentions how many people she's had sex with. Hint: It's 4. Blake says that she only has sex with men that are her boyfriends and that she has to be friends with someone "for a while" before getting into a relationship.

On relationships: “I’ve had four boyfriends in my whole life. I’ve never been with anyone that’s not a boyfriend. If I spend time with a man, it’s because I think there’s somebody that I know well who has been a friend for a while.“

Blake's hot as hell but I've never been a fan. She can't act and she can't seem to stop tilting her friggin' head to the side! Blake's been linked to many men in Hollywood and she's been claiming to be 23 for like five years straight. I can't believe her when she says that she's only sexed four dudes. Maybe four dudes in 4 days!

I used to think that Blake Lively was stunning, a total mannequin meets pinup girl. But now that pictures of Blake from before she chopped up her nose and got work done have surfaced, I no longer think she's a stunning natural beauty.

There can only be so many Natalie Portmans and Beyonces I guess.

Blake's nose was much bigger, as you can see, and she used to look more like your girl next door than the woman who seduces some of Hollywood's hottest men. At least Blake didn't go all out with the plastic surgery. She probably had more things worked on than just her nose, but at least she didn't overdo it with anything!

We thought Blake Lively and Ryan Reynolds were both mutually looking for a few months of fun, but one of them wants to make their relationship into something more than just two good-looking people itching to f**k.

Although Blake is only 24 years old and still plays a naive, over-privileged ditz on a CW show, she wants a serious, adult relationship and is--gasp!--thinking about marriage and baby-making with Ryan.

“Blake is a very traditional girl and loves the idea of marriage and kids. She has spoken about it with Ryan but after his divorce [from Scarlett Johansson], he’s not exactly thinking of settling down and certainly not marriage. He’s told her that he doesn’t want to be tied down.”

Blake is his rebound girlfriend and shouldn’t expect much. He’s just substituting one hot, buxom blonde for another. If she wants to jump ship for more serious options then she should, but Blake has plenty of time to procreate and have her first wedding. Her boobs are going to stay perky for at least a few more years and, knowing the genetic lottery pool (if not Botox), her skin will look just as elastic and shiny.

Blake Lively and Ryan Reynolds have only been dating for about a month but it looks like they're trying to set some kind of record as the fastest-moving celebrity couple in history. Ryan has already met Blake's sister, and now it looks as though the couple is planning on moving in together. I guess Ryan is trying to learn from Leo's mistakes.

The New York Post reports that Blake and Ryan "were spotted checking out a three-bedroom, $4.35 million penthouse at 225 Fifth Ave. on Madison Square Park the other day." Now, that doesn't necessarily mean that they're moving in together, but c'mon....you don't bring someone you've been seeing for a month to look at apartments with you unless things are pretty damn serious.

So, at this point, Blake and Ryan (Blyan? Rake?) are about a week away from making wedding arrangements, and I say, why not? They've dated Leonardo DiCaprio and Scarlett Johansson respectively, so they basically have no place to go but down, relationship-wise. Might as well latch on to the next thing that comes your way and settle down for the long haul.

Blake Lively moves fast. She began spending the night at Leo's hotel while he was filming in Italy, before allegedly moving in, and now she's introduced her boyfriend of the hour, Ryan Reynolds, to her familia.

Blake reportedly has family in Boston. Ryan is in Boston shooting R.I.P.D. and Blake "spent the entire day in his trailer." After Ryan wrapped up his work "They were chauffered to Ryan's apartment, where they spent the rest of the night alone together" doing crossword puzzles, we assume.

Blake's older sister Robyn Lively, no word on whether or not she's hot, also joined Blake on the set the following day.

The headline that I read for this story made it sound like Blake introduced her new man to her parents!!

Hooker for hire Blake Lively has been joined at the hip to Ryan Reynolds recently. Her former Green Lantern co-star turned 35 on Sunday, and it sounds like she gave him some birthday sex.

Blake was spotted leaving Ryan's Boston apartment on Saturday morning. A source says "They are very much a couple. They're really happy together."

Just one day later, Lively visited her man on the set of his new movie, R.I.P.D., where she was spotted poking her head out of his trailer.

So there ya have it. Blake Lively is a confident chick who isn't wasting her hotness, and Ryan isn't wasting his either. Blake is on a mission to date as many successful actors as possible. B!tch is off to a good start.

Ryan Reynolds and Blake Lively are totally hooking up now, but this f*ckship apparently isn’t without some major ‘that b!tch stole my man’ drama. Ok! magazine reports that Ryan ditched Sandra Bullock to jump on the  Blake Lively bandwagon. Also known as her ever-present cleavage.

“Sandra is crushed. She’s doing her absolute best to hold her head high and act as if she’s not bothered, but the truth is, she’s very hurt."

The source continued: "For a while things between [Ryan and Sandra] were going so well, and she really got her hopes up...But then all of a sudden, Ryan went cold on her.”

While I partly feel sad that Sandy’s waaay too classy to throw chairs and pull hair, I’m still not sure that I believe Ryan Reynolds was ever dating Sandra Bullock (didn’t really buy it in The Proposal either).

Regardless, there’s a greater issue at hand here. This frequent bunny hopping from relationship to relationship seems to be an epidemic thing and it’s half-driving me crazy. I swear, Ryan Reynolds and Blake Lively are part of some secret Hollywood club where they sit around with a dice and think about all the possible combinations they can rearrange themselves into.
