Pitt, in Italy for the Venice Film Festival, was surrounded by his security team when the unnamed fan barged her way through the crowd and attempted to embrace the actor.

"It was a scary moment. The security team must have been embarrassed that she was able to get that close to him. She could have been anyone," said one onlooker.

"Brad didn't look very happy about it all."

Brad spoke about his children while at the Venice Film Festival this weekend and even mentioned they are ready for a 5th child. Are they going for a world record of adopting the most kids in the shortest amount of time or something?

"It's the most fun I have ever had and also the biggest pain in the ass I have ever experienced," he told reporters at the Venice Film Festival on Sunday. "(But) I love it and I can't recommend it any more highly."When asked by Italian state TV if he and partner Angelina Jolie were ready for a fifth child, Pitt replied: "Yeah, we're ready."

Pitt, 43, who co-produced and stars as Jesse James in the film, said that having a family has also helped his career."It makes me much more efficient," he says, "because that's the main focus. It makes me feel when I do have time to work, I really do have to focus because there is a really short window to get something done. I am quite pleased by it all."

Angelina Jolie is working on adding another kid to her United colors of Jolie-Pitt collection.

The Hollywood star, in Prague to film her latest movie Wanted, has been paying regular visits to a Catholic orphanage in the centre of the city.Her partner Brad Pitt flew from Montreal, Canada, to Prague to meet the child at the weekend.

A source said: "Angelina celebrated her 32nd birthday yesterday and had told Brad she felt it was time to extend their family again.

"Her maternal instincts are in overdrive and she felt a bond with the kid straight away.

"She called Brad and said she had found a child who would fit in perfectly with the other kids.

"If everything goes smoothly, Angelina will have an Eastern European son to add to her brood."

The couple have now flown to New York for a three-week break while Czech authorities complete the adoption paperwork.

I'm a lil skeptical since she just got Pax a short time ago. It's like she goes to these adoption places like she's looking for a new puppy or kitten at a pet store. They may all be cute but that doesn't mean you should take 'em all home.

Hollywood hunk Brad Pitt has officially added his name to the latest member of the Brangelina brood.

Mum Angelina Jolie went to court in Los Angeles today to change the name of her adopted three-year-old Pax from Pax Thien Jolie to Pax Thien Jolie-Pitt.

The Vietnamese tot now has the same name as the other three children in the family Maddox, 5, Zahara, 2, and Shiloh, 1,

Court documents filed in Santa Monica Superior Court show the offical name change.

The court approval was a formality and the family were not required to be present for the sign-off, according to a court clerk.
