Britney Spears and Russell Brand filmed this promo for the 2009 MTV Video Music Awards. Their ads from last year weren't much better, so I guess mediocrity is the theme.

Russell bombed when he hosted the show last year, so why did MTV bring him back? Does any of its staff just wanna find out what Russell uses on his shiny hair, cause I know I do!

Britney Spears was on The Late Show with David Letterman last night to do the 'Top Ten Ways The Country Would Be Different If Britney Spears Were President' list. Britney did the list sitting on a desk wearing a bikini and a red flower in her hair.

Did I say a flower in her 'hair'? That's definitely not hair. That's a whacked out weave made by a one armed blind dude in a village in Thailand. Next time they should do a top ten list for how Britney could better her hair style.

The only thing that could have made the list humorous is if she had squeezed out a juicy fart while sitting there. I bet the guy who cleaned the glass on that desk after Britney was done gave it a quick sniff before hitting it with Windex. Ewww.

Britney Spears was photographed at a public pool in Marina Del Rey, California, over the weekend. Marina Del Rey is on the outskirts of L.A. It's near Venice, LAX, and nowhere near Sunset Blvd., Hollywood Blvd., Santa Monica or any other spot where the paparazzi breed and thrive.

Britney Spears' sons are too cute for their own good. They're gonna be such pimps! Look at how Brit dresses 'em up in stunna shades and pimp caps. Every time I see pics of Ms. Spears and her boo boos, my ice cold heart melts a little. She seems to love being a mother and motherhood looks good on her.

Britney Spears has gone back to platinum blonde and boy does it look hideous! The girl needs to hire a new hair stylist because the one she has doesn't know good extensions from Barbie Doll hair. It's like her hair dude scalped 200 Barbie Dolls to give Brit this trashtastic look.

Maybe it's time to shave the head and start all over cause these locks are jacked up! Why isn't she comfortable in her own hair? We can't all be born with gorgeous hair like Denise Richards so just work with what you've got! Her boobies are even drooping in sadness over her new extensions. 

Britney Spears might not have to feel like she's living behind bars anymore, and may get control of her own life again! Woo Hoo!

TMZ reports that Brit's father, Jamie Spears, is going to ask the judge to review the terms of the conservator-ship so it can possibly be undone when her tour ends in November.

We're told Jamie thinks Britney is ready to roll on her own. He has made her life his full time job since February, 2008.

Fact is ... if it weren't for the tour, given Britney's progress, the judge might already have made the decision to undo the conservatorship. The various vendors were promised under their contracts that the conservatorship would stay in tact throughout the tour.

Although it's exciting, I don't see us getting crazy Britney back, which made her waaaaaaay more interesting! I'm glad she's normal but I still miss her bald headed antics.

I can't decide if these pics are hot or not. Britney Spears has been turning back into a sexy b*tch over the last few months, but that blonde 'do is total overkill! The 1970's print shirt with the vest paired with the platinum hair, is a bit too trailer park for me.

Whenever Britney Spears dyes her hair, it's headline news. Gasp! Brit Brit is dark again, y'all! I don't really like dark hair on Britney Spears cause 1) I feel that it ages her a bit and 2) She was really bat sh*t the last time she had a dark weave.

Britney Spears and her agent "boyfriend" Jason Trawick went shopping together over the weekend and I have yet to co-sign on this f*ckship. I still think it's a publicity stunt. Britney likes her boys rough, rugged, fluent Ebonics speakers and occasionally unemployed baby daddies. This guy is too old and accomplished and square and employed for her.

Britney Spears has added a new opening act. Ciara and Kristinia DeBarge will join Ms. Spears on the North American second leg of Britney Spears' Circus Tour.

Kristinia said,

"Joining Britney Spears for her Circus tour will be an amazing and surreal experience for me. I have been dreaming of an opportunity like this forever, and can't wait."

Ms DeBarge is the daughter of 80's pop star James DeBarge. Her current single "Goodbye" is available on iTunes.

One of the hardest working women in show business for the past decade, Britney Spears has added a 2nd leg of USA tour dates!!!!!

"The Circus Starring Britney Spears" is the highest grossing tour of 2009 in North America to date!

Britney said,

"I'm so excited to bring The Circus back to North America. I've made some really cool changes to the show that I think my fans are really going to love. I also get to bring the show to some new cities we missed the first time around," exclaims Britney.

Britney's "really cool changes" should include keeping her tampon string from hanging out and instructing her dancers to keep away from her extensions, as well as drop kicking psycho fans who wanna dance with her on stage.
