I heart the old Britney and K-Fed pics.
Brit Brit and Daddy Douche arrived at a L.A. court this morning for a custody hearing. Britney is seeking to change her visitation schedule, but they won’t effing tell us why!
At 8:40 a.m., a somber-looking Federline, wearing a beige suit, entered the courtroom along with his lawyer Mark Vincent Kaplan
Spears, also looking somber, entered shortly thereafter with her father. Her blonde hair was straight and long and she wore a white shirt, beige pants, and wedges. She took a seat in the right side of the courtroom, while Federline was seated on left side.
Laura Wasser, Spears’s original divorce lawyer, is reportedly rejoining the singer’s legal team. Wasser was seen entering the courtroom along with a lawyer working for Spears’s conservatorship.The pop star currently has monitored visitation with her sons, Preston, 2, and Jayden, 1, three times a week. The ex-couple faces a custody trial in August if they’re unable to settle their case out of court.
Spears’s father remains in legal control of his daughter’s affairs until a July 31 hearing.
What’s gonna happen when Jamie can’t force Britney to shower and check if she’s wearing panties anymore?! The custody trial’s in August, Jamie’s conservatorship ends July 31. I smell trouble.
UPDATE: Britney got a change in her visitation, but no details were given:
A Los Angeles court ordered a “change” in Britney Spears’s visitation arrangement with her two sons, a court rep said Tuesday after a hearing attended by the pop singer and her ex, Kevin Federline.
The new terms were not revealed. “Britney’s demeanor in court was businesslike. I think any judge is pleased to see progress being made by parties in a case.”

There is a new baby in the Spears clan! Jamie Lynn Spears and her fiancé Casey Aldridge welcomed a baby girl Thursday morning.
PEOPLE confirms exclusively that the baby was named Maddie Briann.
“Just the family was there,” says a source about the birth around 9:30 a.m. at a hospital in Mississippi, near her Louisiana hometown. “Everyone is healthy and happy.”
Jamie Lynn’s sister Britney, father Jamie and brother Bryan flew in Wednesday to be with her for the birth; her mother Lynne had been with her helping her get ready for the baby.
CONGRATS, Jamie! Fourteen years from now you’ll be a grandma.
Thanks E! for reporting that Britney is waiting for a call before she gets on a plane and heads to Mississippi for Jamie’s delivery. Eff you guys.
Britney Spears is at home in Kentwood, La., to be on hand when her sister Jamie Lynn gives birth, PEOPLE confirms.After taking an early morning commercial flight from LAX, the singer, 26, touched down in New Orleans on Wednesday afternoon with her father, Jamie, 55, her brother, Bryan, 31, and her assistant, Brett.
The Spears clan then headed home to the Spears family Serenity mansion in Kentwood. Their arrival comes just before Jamie Lynn, 17, is expected to give birth.
In anticipation of the youngest Spears’s imminent delivery, Jamie Lynn has been preparing her nursery – with its pink, brown and “silver-green” color scheme – and buying furniture with her mother, Lynne, 53.

Why aren’t Britney and Jamie in Mississippi right now?! Don’t they wanna be there for the delivery, or do they just wanna say ‘what’s good’ to the baby?
Shouldn’t they use a helicopter? It’s confusing to me. How long is a flight from L.A. to Mississippi? Some people pop out their babies quickly. And I take it Jamie isn’t getting a C-section then, because she would have scheduled one in, right? See, I don’t know a damn thing about poppin’ out kids.

The stalkers at tmz are reporting that Britney Spears may be trying to move out of the Hollywood Hills and closer to Daddy Dude where she’ll live in an exclusive, upscale Calabasas community.
Britney has reportedly been “looking like crazy” to buy a crib in Calabasas, located in the San Fernando Valley. Brit Brit would be in an extremely well-protected private community with two sets of guard gates.
Sources say Brit’s been hanging out in the community gym lately, however, we’re told no official deal on the mansion has been made yet.
And how’s this for mom of the year — the new pad would be closer (and certainly more accessible) to K-Fed and the kids in Tarzana, which is just a quick jaunt down the 101 Freeway … depending on traffic.

The damn details in this “article” are just completely ridic! Bullshiz in bold.Britney Spears and Mel Gibson had a smokin’ date Tuesday night – at an exclusive Beverly Hills cigar club.
For more than two-and-a-half hours, the singer, 26, and the actor-filmmaker, 52, met in what was confirmed to PEOPLE as a more of an ongoing guidance session than a business pow-wow.
When Spears arrived, her bodyguard drove a Jeep Commander into the underground parking garage, and she exited with her blonde hair up and pulled back by a white headband. Also with Spears were her assistant Brett and a bodyguard.
“She looked pretty in her new Capri jeans a blue blouse, white shoes and a brown bag,” says a photographer. Earlier in the day, Spears was seen shopping at the Lisa Kline boutique in Beverly Hills, where she purchased the new jeans and tried on several necklaces.
“Britney looked like a doll with bright red lipstick,” added the photog, who described her as “very quiet” and “with a serious look on her face as she walked in to the Havana Club.”
By contrast, an upbeat Gibson left his silver Lexus with the valet and walked in holding what was described as a “man-purse” up to his face and a look of “okay, you got me” as paparazzi snapped his picture.
Around 9:30, Spears left the club for home, while Gibson hung around until about 11.
The two – once neighbors inside a Malibu enclave (Spears now lives in a gated community in Studio City) – began being seen in public together in March, at dinner in a restaurant. It was then learned that Gibson and his wife, Robin, had been looking in on Spears once she had checked out the hospital in February.
In May, Gibson and his wife, and Spears and her father, all vacationed together in Costa Rica.

Britney excited the Jeep with her hair pulled up and wearing a white headband, she looked pretty with her white shoes and brown bag, bitch tried on necklaces and looked “like a doll,” while Mel had a “man-purse.”
And I’m sure Mel wouldn’t like to know People reported that he was rockin’ a murse.
I guess the story was so bland that they had to throw in every itty bitty detail. They should have just ditched the deets and kept it simple and respectable.
