Who can ya trust? It really sucks when you can’t talk about a sexcapade without someone leaking the tape!
Private detective Anthony Pellicano is currently facing charges for unlawful wiretapping and racketerring. The Huffington Post has a 31-minute convo between Anthony and his client Chris Rock in 2001.
Chris talks about Monica Zsibrita. Monica claimed Chris Rock raped her and was the father of her kid. Charges were never filed and it was proven that Chris isn’t da baby daddy. Chris says he took Monica to a few events and banged her while he was separated from his wife. In the recording, Anthony says he’s gotten a hold of the police report (something he shouldn’t have) and reads it to Chris. Here’s some fun excerpts. 
Craziness in bold:
Chris: “I know the night we went to the Ivy she had on white pants. I only noticed cause my wife’s real classy and subdued and I’m out with a girl with big tits and white pants. It’s just, I know people were like, ‘heeey’.”
Anthony (reading from report): “He tried to pull out and ejaculated on her thighs. She immediately got up and went to the bathroom where she cleaned up with a Kleenex. She put the Kleenex in her pocket.”
Chris: I’ve been so set up…
Anthony: Did you come on her thighs?…
Chris: I had a rubber on. I probably took it off right when I was getting ready to come. I probably came on her ass.
Anthony: We’re going to get her one way or the other… Does your old lady know what’s going on?
Chris: No. She thinks it’s over, put it that way. She knows of it.
Chris: Rape is just fucking, buzz, you know?… Once your accused of rape, you’re just FUCKED, you know?
Anthony: That’s why I want to blacken this girl up, totally. I want to make her out to be a lying, scumbag, manipulative cocksucker… Stupid bitch
Chris: I’m fucked. I’m better getting caught with needles in my arm. WAY better. Needles, with pictures, there’s Chris Rock shooting heroin. Much better blow to the career.

As previously reported, some heffa was claiming to be the mother of Chris Rock’s love child. Kali Bowyer’s history not only includes DUIs, bad checks, theft by deception, domestic disturbance, and an elaborate cell phone scam but Chris Rock is NOT the father of her baby!!
Chris and his wife Malaak issued the following statement today:
“Though we prefer to keep our private life out of the media, we feel that it is necessary to respond to the many grossly inaccurate media reports that were sold to the tabloids by Kali Bowyer who falsely claimed that Chris Rock fathered her 13-year-old son.
After multiple lies, including that Chris refused to establish paternity and after finding out that Ms. Bowyer has an extensive criminal record, we personally asked the court to help us establish paternity so that we could put this harassment to rest.
Last week it was concluded through DNA testing that Chris is not the father of Ms. Bowyer’s son. We have spent a tremendous sum to litigate this case and are asking our attorney to pursue all legal remedies against her.
Additionally, we would like for any monies Ms. Bowyer has taken from the tabloid media based on this false story to be donated to Bulloch County, GA charities for the benefit of disadvantaged boys and girls. We also express our deepest prayers for the welfare of Ms. Bowyer’s son who has been continuously embarrassed and exposed in the media by his mother.
We are happy that this has come to an end.”

Chris Rock asked a court to determine if he’s the father of a 13-year-old boy, according to papers filed in a paternity dispute with a Georgia woman.
If he’s proven to be the father, Rock wants to “contribute to the support, maintenance, and education” of the boy, say the papers filed Monday in Statesboro, Ga.
Kali Bowyer had first tried to file a paternity action against Rock last month, but withdrew it because Rock, a New Jersey resident, lives outside the southeastern Georgia court’s jurisdiction, the Associated Press reports.
Rock’s filing now starts the proceedings.
Bowyer’s lawyer, Brett Kimmel, says Bowyer is “looking forward to establishing that Mr. Rock is the father of their son and bringing the case to a swift conclusion,” according to the AP.
I still don’t understand why she waited 13 years before going for paternity tests. Maybe she was scared of the snaggle-fraggle teeth he used to have.

Chris Rock is stepping up to the plate - or, should we say, the test tube - to determine whether he’s the father of a 13-year-old boy.
Last month, Kali Bowyer, 35-year-old freelance journalist, filed a paternity action in Georgia Superior Court.
“I’m not asking for money for myself,“ she tells us, “nor am I suing him for $1 million. I’m just seeking a DNA test to establish paternity, medical coverage, child support.”
Rock’s lawyers say he’s willing to do the test, but he has been busy promoting his new movie, “I Think I Love My Wife.”
Another woman lookin for her babys daddy. Why didn’t she come out 13 years ago with this shit? Oh yeah, cause Chris Rock didn’t have an ass load of money back then.
