Debbie Rowe will be getting rights to visitation with the children she birthed for Michael.

Not only will Debbie be visiting the kids, but she'll also be taking a psychologist with her to help the kids adjust.

Rowe has agreed that Katherine Jackson will be the guardian of Michael's children, subject to the judge's approval. Rowe will get visitation of the two children she had with Michael.

But here's what's interesting -- Rowe wants and will get a psychologist who will visit the children and help them adjust to her being in their lives on a meaningful basis.

We now have one Michael Jackson saga taken care of but there's plenty more to go like the final toxicology report, and what the hell happens to Dr. Conrad.

News has come out that Michael's mother, Katherine Jackson, was granted full custody of his three children.

The 79-year-old mother of Michael Jackson will receive full custody of the pop singer's three children under the terms of a deal that has just been reached, her lawyer told The Early Show Thursday morning.

"There is no situation better for these children than for them to be raised and reared in the loving care of Mrs. Katherine Jackson," L. Londell McMillan said.

There's still the issue of what the hell is going on with Debbie Rowe and Katherine's lawyer said there will be an announcement about that later. Didn't Debbie get paid enough to pop out two kids and walk away?

I think Michael's mom is the best person to raise those kids, I just worry about Joe Jackson's involvement. That old fart will try to pump out a new Jackson group if he gets his way. Don't let him do it, Kat!

Debbie Rowe made sure she got one more paycheck out of the Jackson family. Debbie was paid $4 million by Katherine Jackson, to give up her parental rights of her kids with Michael Jackson.

"It's one final payday," the disgusted Jackson confidant said. The family isn't happy about the mega-payout, which was set to be sealed in Los Angeles yesterday afternoon, but they consider it a necessary evil, the source said.

"They felt it was like a ransom-type thing. [Rowe] jumped back into the picture because she wanted money," the friend said.
 Rowe -- a former dental assistant who bore a boy and girl for Jacko -- had forfeited her parental rights once before in exchange for big bucks.

After the birth of son Prince Michael, now 12, and daughter Paris, 11, she agreed to allow Jackson to raise them in exchange
for a lump sum of $8 million, plus $900,000 annually for five years, the source said.

It's a shame she can put a price tag on her kids, and has done it more than once. She's obviously not as dumb as she looks if she can get the Jackson family to pull out the loot! Debbie should smarten up and use some of that cash to get her Leno chin shaved down.

Debbie Rowe is moving forward with trying to get custody of two of Michael Jackson's kids.

Greed has led to Michael Jackson's father Joe Jackson pushing his son and beating him into submission so he'd be his meal ticket; and money has caused people to make false molestation accusations against MJ. Greed brings out some of the worst in people. Debbie Rowe is pretty much a stranger to her children, yet she suddenly "wants" them.

“I want my children,” Rowe said during a phone conversation Thursday morning with NBCLA’s Chuck Henry. Rowe said she was willing to submit to any testing, including DNA to prove that she is the children’s true biological mother. Rowe also said she would submit to psychological testing.

She also said she would seek a restraining order to keep Jackson’s father, Joe Jackson, away from the children. She said she did not expect the court to grant custody of the third child, but added that she would be willing to accept custody.

“I have intentionally omitted to provide for my former wife, Deborah Jean Rowe Jackson,” the will states.

If Debbie can prove that she the baby mama, she has a very strong case.

Michael Jackson is not the biological father of any of his children! That's not much of a shock considering that the kids don't exactly look like him. What is shocking is that Debbie Rowe merely rented out her womb. Debbie's eggs were not used to conceive Michael's first two kids: Michael Jr. and Paris. Debbie Rowe was just a surrogtate baby mama.

Michael's youngest son, Prince Michael II, was conceived via a surrogate who did NOT know who the receiving parent was. Aaaaaahhhh! She didn't know that she was giving her baby to Michael Jackson! Prince Michael II was born at Grossmont Hospital in San Diego. Jackson's lawyer picked up the baby from the hospital and delivered him to Michael.

According to the nosy folks at TMZ,

We do not know if Jackson chose the sperm or egg donors or if he even knew who they were.

Although Rowe is not the biological mother, it's not a slam dunk that she would lose a custody battle. This type of case has never been litigated in California courts. Since Rowe was married to Jackson when Michael Jr. and Paris were born, there's a presumption that she's the biological parent. That presumption can be rebutted by other evidence.

We know there are documents outlining the whole arrangement for the birth of all three kids. Nonetheless, it's still an open issue with the courts.

This just all proves that real life is crazier than fiction. What will come out with next?
