Charlie says "Seeing her love and affection with those three, I know she'll be an amazing mom. Unless I bat 100%, perhaps a boy awaits us."

Heather Locklear is seeking treatment for psychological issues at an Arizona facility, her publicist confirms.

"Heather has been dealing with anxiety and depression. She requested an in-depth evaluation of her medication and entered into a medical facility for proper diagnosis and treatment," says Locklear's rep, Cece Yorke."This is a confidential medical matter and no further statement will be released."

Charlie Sheen is apologizing for a three-year-old voicemail that ex Denise Richards made public.

The voicemail included a curse-filled rant from Sheen calling Richards �" the mother of their two young daughters Sam, 4, and Lola, 3 �" a "f--king c--t" and a "f--king n----r."

In response, the Two and a Half Men star said in a statement released Wednesday, "I deeply apologize by my choice of words to all I have obviously offended; especially to Tony Todd, an African-American, who was my best man at my first two weddings."

Sources close to the singer say she is reeling from a double betrayal �" not only by her husband of 14 years, music producer Robert "Mutt" Lange, but by a woman she considered a close friend.

Lange's relationship with Marie-Anne Thiébaud, 37, a longtime secretary and house manager at Twain and Lange's estate in Switzerland, was behind the breakup, say several sources familiar with the situation.

Denise Richards is getting her own show produced by Ryan Seacrest on the E! network. A few months ago, her ex Charlie Sheen was upset that Denise was going to have their daughters Sam and Lola on the show, but the court sided with Denise and the craptacular show must go on.

The actress and single mom is set to star an untitled E! series which will follow her around as she "navigates Hollywood, romance and motherhood." The show, which is being produced by Ryan Seacrest's company, will debut in the summer.The show will give viewers an inside look at what it's like for Denise to go through these ups and downs while always in the public eye," said Lisa Berger, Executive Vice President, Original Programming and Series Development for E!, in a statement. "At the core of this series is a resilient single mom who is trying to get her life back on track."

So is she trying to look like an innocent victim to a horrible husband who is trying to get her life back together? Puhlease! That shit goes both ways and as far as I know, they're both shady!

"There was a request for a donation," Sheen, who is now engaged to Brooke Mueller, tells TV's Entertainment Tonight, as reported on the Web site for its sister show, The Insider.

"Without getting into it here," the The Two and a Half Men Emmy nominee, 41, tells ET's Mark Steines, "there is a specific document relating to this that I am going to reserve for a court."

Asked if he would take this alleged offer from Richards seriously, Sheen replies: "I would sooner, in exactly what I'm wearing, walk on the surface of the moon. Does that answer it?"

Richards denied Sheen's claim, telling The New York Post's Page Six column Monday: "I don't want another child right now. I have my hands full."
