Eric Dane had entered rehab back in July and according to Life & Style, he has voluntarily stayed in rehab after completing a 30-day program to try and beat his addiction to painkillers. Eric is improving, but his pregnant wife Rebecca Gayheart is having problems dealing with his addiction.

"He went to rehab to try to get it all straight before the birth of their second kid. They are trying, but the marriage is not working out. "

Although Rebecca is trying her best to hold it all together as she deals with her pregnancy, apparently the two aren't talking much and  "she thinks right now it's better if she's alone."

She has been spotted without her wedding ring a couple of times in the past month. She's got a lot going on raising their 16-month-old daughter Billie Beatrice and dealing with the crazy hormonal crap that happens when you're pregnant, on top of not having Eric around while he deals with his demons.

Yeah, she's got her hands full, but I don't think this means it's over for these two just yet.

Little Billie was born on March 3rd at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center and Eric was smitten with her from the moment she popped out. He says he was obviously very emotional during the birth, and it "was an overwhelming moment -- probably the greatest moment in my life thus far."

Fatherhood has changed his life, and now he's no longer an actor dude who makes sex tapes with his wife and pageant queens. Eric tells Us Weekly he's a dad that's gotta make a livin' for his family.

"I like to think of myself as an artist -- but now I'm working for my kid. Now I'm a father. I've got a lunch pail, I go to work, and I come home and I make sure my kid is taken care of, and I make sure my wife is take care of. Childbirth is a miracle and we've created this life."

Kari Ann Peniche is the former Miss Teen USA who was caught in the Eric Dane sextape scandal. Kari Ann also appeared on Celebrity Rehab, I think.

Rebecca, who was seen smoking while pregnant on several occasions, gave birth on Wednesday at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center in L.A. The couple reportedly called their family and friends after the delivery to share the good news. Eric and Rebecca got married in 2004.

Another day, another sex tape lawsuit. Eric Dane and Rebecca Gayheart have filed a lawsuit against Gawker.com for releasing their three-some sex tape. 

Dane and Gayheart filed a lawsuit today in L.A. County Superior Court, claiming Gawker.com had not only unlawfully posted almost 4 minutes of the private video that was shot behind closed doors, but "maliciously" distributed the video.

Gawker's publisher Nick Denton Twittered the following response:

"To quote the great Marty Singer -- Eric Dane's lawyer -- if you don't want a sex tape on the internet, don't make one!

Any time you have a sex tape released you should always sue to make it look like you had no idea it would get out. You're famous so if you make a sex tape, you know sooner or later it's gonna get out. Alright, so they didn't mean for it to get out, but  commenting about it and suing over it definitely keeps your filmed hump-a-thon in the news.

Kari Ann Peniche, co-star of the Eric Dane and Rebecca Gayheart sex tape, is more of a freak than we may have thought. Her Celebrity Rehab roommate Mindy McCready says Kari admitted to being a Madame.

Bodyguard Joey Gonzalez said Kari Ann wanted him to follow a prostitute that she thought was stealing clients.

"Although the participants are nude, the tape is not a 'sex tape.' It is a private tape made for only my clients' personal use, and nobody has the right to exploit it. If anyone exploits the tape, they will be violating my clients' rights and will be exposed to significant liability."

The uncensored video with Eric's bare burrito is supposed to be posted online today. If it's a nude tape or a sex tape, it doesn't matter. It's Eric Dane, I'll take it!
