Elizabeth Hasselbeck has made a public apology to Erin Andrews after making a comment yesterday regarding Erin's outfits and her peeping tom who is currently serving time. While talking about Erin's recent outfits on Dancing with the Stars, Elizabeth said '“I mean, in some way if I’m him, I’m like, ‘Man! I just could’ve waited 12 weeks and seen this — a little bit less — without the prison time!’”

Erin was pissed and told People that Elizabeth's comments were "a slap in the face to victims of stalking and sexual predators. As a mother and a woman, I’m disappointed she went there.”

Pretty much everybody and their brother shook their finger at Elizabeth for making such an asinine statement, and she apologized this morning during The View. She says she went home and spoke with her 5-year old daughter Grace about the situation and how bad she felt for hurting Erin's feelings.

Elizabeth cries during the apology because she cries over everything. It's insane she said something so ridiculous about someone who's working for the same folks, ABC. Stupid is as stupid does.

Maksim Chmerkovskiy and dance partner Erin Andrews did a fab job performing the Samba on Dancing with the Stars last night. Erin looked like she was going to drop a deuce half way through the dance, but it ended nicely with Maksim baring his shirtless chest.

This didn't sit well with judge Len Goodman, who gave the duo a score of 7 because he feels the stripping is gimmicky.

"I'm fed up, Maks, with shirts coming off! She's too good for that!"

If Erin is okay with Maksim getting naked during their routine, then so be it! Maksim made his feelings about Len Goodman very clear in an interview with Us Weekly after the show.

"Len is wrong one billion percent. He said we didn't have enough substance in samba. Are you out of your mind? I could give you a list right now, probably would take about three pages, of all the steps we did in samba. Don't tell me what I didn't do right because you're wrong! And if that means you're too old to be on this show and judge, then that's what it means."

So what if she took his shirt off during the routine? He's not the first and he won't be the last. It's not like they're in a serious ballroom dance championship. It's entertainment for us couch potatoes and that's all. However, I'm still holding on to hope that Pam Anderson's boob flops out!

The roster for Dancing With the Stars this year is pretty good.

The two-hour, DWTS season premiere airs Monday, March 22 at 8 p.m. (ET) on ABC!

Men everywhere watch ESPN sports coverage hoping to get a glimpse of Erin Andrews, and last year we got more than we bargained for when video of a nude Andrews was posted on the Internet. Michael Barrett has admitted to secretly recording Erin through hotel room peep holes and putting them on the web. Unfortunately, she wasn't the only victim of his scandalous scheme.

In a presentencing memo to an LA judge, authorities said Barrett had done background checks and obtained birth dates and home addresses on 30 women. Over a dozen of those women had been video taped by Barrett.

In the docs, prosecutors claim Barrett "victimized approximately 16 other women in almost precisely the same way he victimized" Andrews -- and posted at least 32 "hotel peephole videos" to the web.

Erin Andrews is asking for $335,558.27 in restitution from Michael Barrett and says she now suffers from"substantial emotional distress." She also said she wakes up at least once a night fearing that peeping tom Barrett is breaking into her home. Michael was sentenced to 27 months in prison.

Erin Andrews can't seem to get out of the news now that her naked a** has been all over the Internet.

 Erin called 911 last week after seeing two men who looked suspicious outside of her home, only to find out later they were two men with the media looking to get an interview.

After giving the 911 operator her name she says she was the girl that was videotaped without her knowing, without her clothes on. For someone so upset about the video, she has no problem telling everyone she's the girl in it!

In the call, before she even says her name, Andrews says "I've been in the news recently about being in a hotel naked." She goes on to say, "I did nothing wrong and I'm being treated like f***ing Britney Spears and it sucks."

We may have never known that was Erin Andrews on the nude video if it weren't for ESPN.

The video has actually been on the net longer than everyone first thought, and didn't get much action until ESPN legal eagles demanded it be removed.

The video had gone largely unnoticed since it first went up in February, according to a girlie-posting site, DonChavez.com. Last Thursday, NSFWPOA.com, which had linked to the Andrews shots, got a letter from ESPN counsel David Pahl demanding the "pictures of a young, blonde woman" be removed. It didn't take long for Web sites to identify the blonde as Andrews -- and her lawyer soon confirmed it.

That's bad when you're outed by your own network. Had everyone just kept their pie holes shut, this may not have turned into the naked circus that it has become.

ESPN sportscaster Erin Andrews was secretly videotaped naked by a peeping tom. It is believed that the video was shot last month while Erin was in Nebraska to cover the College World Series.

Erin's lawyer Marshall B. Grossman said Erin plans on pressing charges on the person who shot the video, along with anyone who has posted the video online.

"Although the perpetrators of this criminal act have not yet been identified, when they are identified, she intends to bring both civil and criminal charges against them and against anyone who has published the material," Grossman said.

ESPN said Andrews "has been grievously wronged" and pledged to help with the investigation. "Our people and resources are in full support of her as she deals with this abhorrent act," a spokesman said yesterday.

With how grainy the video is, that could really be anyone! Hell, it could be a tranny with good hair! Her stock just went up with millions of men who picture her naked while she's reporting on ESPN. All their dreams have come true, unfortunately with the help of a peeping tom.
