Evan Rachel Wood was blasted in the mouth by someones elbow last night and it knocked out one of her teeth! Wood hit up a local spot with music and dancing with some friends in Paris when the tooth incident took place.

One of the dancers in the establishment got a little carried away while shakin' their groove thang and accidentally elbowed Evan in the mouth, knocking out her tooth and giving her a fat lip.

Evan, whose birthday is today, is already meeting with a dentist to get a replacement tooth. What a way to celebrate your birthday!

Dita von Teese and Marilyn Manson homewrecker Evan Rachel Wood recently revealed that she's bisexual in Esquire magazine. Anyone else wondering if homegirl is going butch?

Evan, 23, told Esquire: "I was always into very androgynous things. Guys, girls… I’m into androgyny in general. I’m constantly changing. I think I’m a little controversial? I just try and keep some mystery, so hopefully people can’t really put their finger on it.”

That haircut is not for Evan's face, and that outfit doesn't need suspenders. Short hair ages her and makes her look a bit pregnant in the face.

True Blood co-stars Evan Rachel Wood and the sexy Alexander Skarsgard are a hot new couple.

The two have been together for "several weeks now" and Rachel even made a dick trip to Louisiana on Friday to see Alexander. He's currently filming Straw Dogs with Kate Bosworth.

As for Evan and Alex – they met, of course, on the set of True Blood, and were able to keep it low key, very underground while they were in LA, never venturing out to pap friendly locations, only sighted a few times discreetly, and so far the relationship is progressing well, they’re having fun together.
