Fergie croaked out the National Anthem for the Obamas Easter egg hunt at the White House. I hate to take it there - but Fergie was trying to sound black and she sounds awful.

She is a soulful powerhouse but she sounds like she's reaching. She's all kinds of pitchy and me thinks that this was painful to listen to. Fergie Ferg also desperately needs to do something with that animal she's walking around with on her head. Tame the beast.

The White House's traditional Easter Egg Roll is expected to draw a crowd of nearly 30,000. Festivities kicked off this morning with hundreds of kids hunting for eggs on the South Lawn.

Fergie will make attendees' ears bleed again as she performs a free concert with Ziggy Marley, Steve Songs, Imagination Movers, Jessica Jarrell and more. Celebrities are also scheduled to appear and Michelle will be reading passages from children's tales on the storytime stage.

Maybe it's the dress, but I'm gonna go ahead and blame Fergie's shoes. They make her look bigger.

I will resist the urge to buy similar shoes or to pair them with a similar dress after looking at this pic. I think it's kind of tragic. So I posted it so that y'all could see evidence of the fat effect for yourselves. You can thank me at Christmas.

Leaving her blonde locks behind, Fergie debuts a longer, darker do at the March of Dimes Beauty Ball at New York City's Cipriani 42nd Street on Thursday. The singer and her Black Eyed Peas bandmates also performed at the event, which benefited the children's charity.

The part in her hair scares me. I think she'd look more glamourous, lame pun intended, if she curled that weave up and did something more dramatic with it. She reminds me of Elvira, only with a butterface and shorter dress.

Fergie wore a gorgeous Dolce & Gabbana dress, Jimmy Choo shoes and a big smile on her face for her wedding to her boyfriend of five years, Josh Duhamel.

Although Fergie is posing like Kim Kardashian, with the head over the shoulder look-at-my-ass pose, she really was the cutest. After Fergie tied the knot the first thing she told attendees was "I'm married, bitches!"

Everyone then started cheering and screaming and it was "like being at a rock concert."

The Jan 10. nuptials were held at a private 8,000-square-foot Church Estate Vineyard in Malibu, California. Josh told Fergie to "keep it together, you big baby!" when she was tearing up as she walked down the aisle.

From methhead to marrying someone prettier than her, Fergie has come a long way. Congrats!!

The couple will say "I Do!" during the weekend of January 9-11 in Southern California.

Fergie, 33, and Duhamel, 35, were recently photographed at a Crate and Barrel in Beverly Hills, where they scanned kitchen items.

"It's all going great. It's fun, actually," Duhamel recently told Entertainment Tonight of planning their wedding. "We're both really excited about it and it will be good."

Where would they go after getting hitched? Possibly Canada.

"This would actually be a great honeymoon place," he said. "I would love to take her here."

I just can't wait for some fugalicious babies.

Friday night's historic, star-studded Stand Up to Cancer telethon helped push donations to the charity past the $100 million mark.

"On behalf of the Stand Up To Cancer leadership team, we are tremendously grateful to everyone who contributed to make this historic event a success," said Lisa Paulsen, head of the Entertainment Industry Foundation, the charitable organization behind Stand Up to Cancer.

"This money will go directly to funding the research programs necessary to defeat this insidious disease."

More than 100 stars from music, sports, TV and film, including cancer survivors Sheryl Crow, Christina Applegate and Lance Armstrong, came together for Friday's live telethon, which was co-emceed by rival network news anchors Katie Couric, Charles Gibson and Brian Williams.
