I think we've found a new engineer for the crazy train! Dwayne Wade's wife Siohvaughn Wade has filed a lawsuit against actress Gabrielle Union claiming her conduct around their children has caused emotional distress.

She also claims Gabrielle 'engaged in sexual foreplay with Dwayne Wade' in front of Wade's two sons who are 8 and 2. It gets better... or worse. The suit also says Dwayne's oldest son was allowed to play unsupervised in or around his pool at night. Dwayne and Gabrielle allegedly ignored him and his 'screams and cries' eventually got the attention of Dwayne's momma Jolinda Wade. Siohvaughn also claims their youngest son almost drowned while in Dwayne's care.

The suit says the oldest boy has sought medical treatment for "stress and anxiety, has developed nervous habits, experiences headaches, and is generally anxious to the point of “significant” hair loss causing bald spots."

Dwayne is obviously upset over the allegations and has issued a statement to TMZ regarding the lawsuit:

"I am deeply saddened and disappointed that Siohvaughn has used our sons once again as pawns and is now lashing out at Gabrielle, who is an innocent party. It is clear that this is a desperate attempt to retaliate against me for seeking sole custody of our children and requesting that the court have her undergo a psychiatric examination."

You've gotta be the lowest of all types of trash to perform sex acts in front of kids and Gabrielle is nowhere near that raunchy. It sounds like Siohvaughn is jealous of Gabrielle's relationship with Dwayne and will do whatever she can to sabotage it.

Well Gabrielle Union actually stripped down for Men's Health magazine, but it's not like it matters why she's nekkid.
