George Clooney was arrested this morning in Washington, D.C. George and his father were protesting against the genocide, and other war crimes, that have been taking place in the Sudan for far too long. Clooney was leading a protest in front of the Sudanese embassy in D.C. when he was handcuffed.

George's publicist says "They were protesting the violence committed by the government of Sudan on its own innocent men, women and children." The group "were demanding they allow humanitarian aid into the country before it becomes the largest humanitarian crisis in the world."

Clooney actually feels good about his arrest "because it puts the spotlight on the crisis," a source says.

A dozen people were arrested including George's father Nick Clooney, along with congressmen, leaders of the human rights community and Sudanese citizens.

I, too, am so glad that George was arrested. Now this story, and the attrocities taking place in the Sudan, is headline news! Hollywood needs more humanitarians like the Clooneys.

Like most male celebrities, George Clooney has had to deal with gay rumors. Why are we so homophobic as a society that men are constantly given the 'gay' label while most women virtually escape it? Why is it even important what someone does in their private life anyway?

George told The Advocate magazine that he just doesn't even respond to the rumors.

"I think it’s funny, but the last thing you’ll ever see me do is jump up and down, saying, “These are lies!” That would be unfair and unkind to my good friends in the gay community," Stacy Keibler's boyfriend said.

"I’m not going to let anyone make it seem like being gay is a bad thing. My private life is private, and I’m very happy in it. Who does it hurt if someone thinks I’m gay? I’ll be long dead and there will still be people who say I was gay. I don’t give a shit."

It makes you wonder if the people who make up these gay rumors are psychotic haters, or their gaydar totally sucks?

With the 2012 Oscar ceremony just over a month away, the nominees were finally announced today. Martin Scorsese's first children's movie, Hugo, leads the pack with 11 nominations, while George Clooney's The Descendants and silent film The Artist also made strong showings.

In the acting department, Clooney and Brad Pitt will battle it out for the top prize, while young stars like Rooney Mara and Michelle Williams received nominations for best actress. It's the first nod for Mara and the third (!) for Williams. Someone give this girl an Oscar, already!

The former WWE star says that she and her boyfriend "have the same taste" when it comes to fashion. "Whatever I end up liking, he likes it, too. So it works out good because if he didn't, then I don't know what I would do!" Sigh. That doesn't sound desperate at all honey.

George Clooney took his girlfriend Stacy Keibler to a Baltimore Ravens game on Sunday, where he was photographed partying with fans and players, and nursing what appeared to be a serious injury.

That's George hanging with Ravens offensive tackle Jonathan Ogden and looking pretty banged up. He's admitted to an elbow injury that required surgery, but both he and Stacy have remained tight lipped about what caused the ailment, leading many to speculate that George's flavor of the month broke the Cloon during some particularly rough sex. 

It may seem like a strange assumption to make (and it is) but it's a bit more understandable when you consider that George has a history of getting banged up and bruised right around the time he acquires a new lady friend. Couple that with the fact that Clooney recently admitted that Stacy, a former professional wrestler, can "kick [his] @ss," and it doesn't seem so far-fetched that he may have busted his elbow during an extreme kink session.

What's more likely, however, is that George effed himself up doing something far more boring. He's 50, he plays basketball, and does many of his own stunts. The occasional injury is inevitable. Not everything in George Clooney's life is about sex. Maybe most things, but not everything.

George Clooney, 50, says that his 32 year-old future ex-girlfriend Stacy Keibler is tough. George is dating the tall former pro-wrestler, and it sounds like Stacy's strength really turns him on. George told E! News, "She’s very tall. She can kick my ass. She can take me two out of three falls.”

George has dated many women and he's probably hooked up with countless more before and after he became an A-lister. I think that he's with Stacy because she's different. How many tall, thin, female former pro-wrestlers do you meet up in da club on a regular basis?

In the new issue of Rolling Stone magazine, George Clooney gets candid about a very painful time in his life, literally. George shot the movie Syriana, for which he won an Oscar for Best Supporting Actor in 2005. During filming, Clooney injured his spine during a scene in which his character is taped to a charge and tortured.

Several surgeries were required to fix the problem, but George still suffers from rattling headaches. The pain was so severe and persistent that he actually contemplated suicide! “I was at a point where I thought, ‘I can’t exist like this. I can’t actually live."

Clooney confessed: "I was lying in a hospital bed with an IV in my arm, unable to move, having these headaches where it feels like you’re having a stroke, and for a short three-week period, I started to think, ‘I may have to do something drastic about this."

The talented actor was starting to put details together, deciding where he should do it. "You don’t want to leave a mess, so go in the garage, go in the car, start the engine. It seems like the nicest way to do it, but I never thought I’d get there."

George continued by saying that he "was trying to figure out how to survive."

George Clooney covers the new issue of Rolling Stone magazine where he talks about how old he was when he lost his virginity, Stacy Keibler, and why he has the iFart app.

George's new piece is former WWE wrestler Stacy Keibler, 32. When asked about his future ex-girlfriend, George doesn't mind that she Tweets about their dates.

"She can do whatever she wants," Clooney tells the mag of Keibler's tweets. "I rarely tell anybody what they should be doing with their life."

George said that he was 16 when he lost his virginity, which was "young, very young, too young."

The publication's writers are very skilled at asking the most important questions! Next we learn how young George was when he had his first big-O.

"I believe it was while climbing a rope when I was six or seven years old. I mean, nothing came out, but all the other elements were there," he said. Immediately, he loved the feeling. "I remember getting to the top of the rope, hanging off the rope, and going, 'Oh, my God, this feels great!'"

Clooney also thinks that farting is hilarious! "Even the idea of a fart makes me laugh," he confessed. "Saying the word 'fart' makes me laugh. I have iFart on my phone. I have remote whoopee cushions. Farts. To me, there's nothing funnier."

According to those who know her best, Stacy Keibler is a no-nonsense b!tch who likes to take control of her relationships. You wouldn't think that approach would work with George Clooney, who's famous for his low tolerance for other people's crap, but apparently, George has discovered that he loves being pushed around by D-list nobodies.

The Enquirer has published an interview with a friend of Stacy's who says, “Stacy has taken complete control - she’s the boss, and George likes the role reversal." George likes the role reversal? You know what that means: strap-on. I kid. It sounds like George is just enjoying the fact that Stacy has some balls, unlike most of the women he dates. According to Stacy's friend, she's made it abundantly clear to George that she won't be the next Elisabetta Canalis. In fact, she's basically already told him that she expects him to put a ring on it. “Stacy has made it clear she won’t be happy just being his arm candy,” says the source.

Naturally, a lot of people are expecting George to kick this chick to the curb with the quickness, but I think Stacy's plan might actually work. History has shown us that the spineless trophy girlfriend approach won't make you Mrs. Clooney, so why not try something different? Maybe all this time George secretly wanted a woman to step up and take charge. Or maybe he'll drop this b!tch like a hot rock and hook up with something younger and dumber. The ways of the Cloon are mysterious.

George Clooney's future ex-girlfriend has had a few very favorable write-ups ever since she began dating the most eligible bachelor. Today we find another complimentary article about the former wrestler, 31, that was featured on People magazine's website.

Stacy says that she's "so grateful for every person that's come into [her] life" and it's important for us to know this... because?!

Stacy was also asked about how she approaches relationships: “It’s so important to just love yourself before anyone else. One of the biggest things that women should give to themselves is the gift of loving themselves [because] confidence comes from loving yourself.”

Keiber makes A LOT of sense, I just don't know why she's talking. She should see if this relationship will make it past the holidays before she starts giving advice on love and relationships. Besides, George doesn't like it when his women talk to the media or mention getting married and having children. This f*ckship is a ticking time bomb. Her whole 'love yourself' approach to life is gonna come in real handy within a few months.
