After salary negotiations, Ellen Pompeo (Meredith Grey) will now receive $200,000 per episode on Grey's Anatomy.

Her castmates James T Pickens, Chandra Wilson, Justin Chambers and T.R. Knight will be paid about $125,000 per episode. And 68% of people who voted in an Us magazine poll don't think the bony, fugly one should receive more than her costars.

ABC released the following statement regarding Katherine's recent salary complaints:

"Katherine is an integral part of Grey's Anatomy and its success. Fortunately, we have a long-term contract to ensure she'll be with the show for several years to come."

"In recognition of her tremendous talent and value to the show, we recently approached Katherine with an offer to raise her compensation significantly above the terms of her current contract.

"We were surprised to see this gesture reported negatively in the press, and want to reassure fans that she will continue as Izzie Stevens."

I don't think there's a single person on the Grey's set who knows how to shut the eff up! And we love it.

A Grey's Anatomy spinoff series is in the works featuring the character of Dr. Addison Montgomery, played by Kate Walsh. As a result of the spinoff, the Grey's set is turning into an ER! Feuds everywhere, folks. No blood yet, just severe cases of the cold shoulder - yep, I took it there. And I liked it.

"The rest of the cast seemed instantly resentful of [Walsh]," a source told Star. "They each thought they'd be the one chosen to get their own show, and now they're giving Kate the cold shoulder."

The source adds that "Grey's" star Ellen Pompeo "seemed particularly peeved because she felt that, as the star, she should have been consulted."

Katherine Heigl has dropped out of contract talks with Grey's Anatomy over salary, a well-placed source tells People.

"Katie is disappointed and hurt that (producer) Touchstone doesn't value her as much as her other costars, especially Sandra Oh and Isaiah Washington," the source says.

Heigl plays Dr. Isobel "Izzie" Stevenson on the ABC hit medical drama.

A rep for ABC Touchstone TV had no comment.

I'm on no one's side. Actually, I'm on Touchstone's side. Everyone needs to get along. Life isn't always fair. Sandra Oh won a golden globe, Isaiah Washington is much more famous. And Izzie's character gives nonsensical speeches to George, so I don't really like her. Pay the ho less.

Walt Disney Co.'s television network ABC has decided to pursue a spinoff of its popular medical drama "Grey's Anatomy," the Wall Street Journal reported on Wednesday.

It will star Dr. Addison Montgomery-Shepherd, the sexy neonatal surgeon played by Kate Walsh, the paper said.

A two-hour pilot of the show, which could add millions in additional advertising revenue, is likely to air in May, the paper said.

An ABC spokeswoman could not immediately be reached for comment.

This show sounds like a piece of dookey.

There's word that Patrick Dempsey and Eric Dane were playing a game of poker with fellow cast and crew during a break from filming when it got ugly.

Dane accused Dempsey of cheating and lunged at him, prompting Dempsey to try and punch him out. The crew separated the two before any contact was made.

The star duo butted heads when Dane suddenly threw down his cards and jumped up howling that "Lucky" Dempsey must be pulling some kind of hanky-panky!

Inflamed by the cheating charge, McDreamy cocked a fist and started to swing as McSteamy lunged! In an instant, crew members leaped up and separated the angry actors, who kept screaming insults at each other until they were led to cool off.

Later in the day the two apologized to each other.

I really don't think their disagreement was that dramatic, but now you're in the know with the latest Grey's gossip.

T.R. Knight was sitting in the VIP area of the club at a table with fellow castmates, Kate Walsh and Sara Ramirez, catching performances by Timberlake, Nelly Furtado, and Fergie and will.i.am of the Black Eyed Peas, when the three were told to leave by a security person believed to be working for Combs' entourage as "he wasn't working for the club," our spy said.

A spy said, "Puffy was supposed to sit in the same VIP area that had four tables - two were for him and two were for the 'Grey's Anatomy' cast. But he was very, very late, and there are a lot of 'Grey's' castmembers, so T.R., Kate and Sara were at a table set up for Puffy."

Combs' bodyguard was a little heavy-handed.

"This guy goes up to T.R., Kate and Sara and started demanding - 'Get out! Get out now! Move it!' - T.R. was furious," our spy who was in the same VIP section said.

The spy added that Combs and Knight exchanged words before the "Grey's" cast were led away to another table.

But a pal of Combs' said, "Listen, if they were moved, it wasn't because Puffy told [his bodyguard to move them]. He wasn't aware of what was going on - he had a great time and didn't realize anyone was upset."

A rep for the party declined to comment. A rep for Combs said, "That didn't happen. He came and sat down and there was no [altercation]."

But our spy insisted, "I was there, I saw it, some words were said. I don't think Puffy knew who T.R. was."

My last Grey's Anatomy spoiler turned out to be absolutely right. :)

Now according to Kristin from E! someone won't make it to next season because they're gonna be dunzo. Kristin says that the character will be somebody we love!!!

Now who could that be?!

If it's McSteamy I may have to boycott the show.

If it's Isaiah Washington I'd lmao. You know that would be tied to the controversy.

If it's Meredith the show's ratings would suffer and I'd miss her.

And if it's Callie I'm going to be mad as hell. She's really pretty, meat on bones and all.

So,... I wonder if it's gonna be, er, the Chief?! We'll have to wait and see. And stay tuned to Grey's Anatomy to find out if my 2nd spoiler is correct too. :)
