Now we have a Dancing with the Stars sex scandal! TMZ is reporting that the Kristin Davis photos are in fact real. The photos are over 15 years old and were sold to a third party after Kristin's old ex-boyfriend got angry with her. See bitches, that's why you don't let guys take pics of you or video tape the two of you doing the nasty!

The photos, we're told, were snapped in 1992 by an ex-boyfriend. That's right, they are just photos -- no sex tape, fellas! According to reports, 20 photos are making the rounds, but actually it's not quite 20. We're told the ex-boyfriend was pissed at Kristin and then sold the photos to a third party. Classy, huh? The third party got involved in a business venture with another guy and we're told that guy pilfered the pics and they ended up online.

The divorce settlement between Paul McCartney and wife Heather Mills is finally settled with Heather getting a butt load of money she doesn't deserve. Yeah, say what you want but the ho is making out with almost $50 million! Congrats to Heather on being a star f*cker.

The summary states that the judge decided McCartney should pay Mills a lump sum of around $33 million, which together with existing assets of around $15 million means she will gain a divorce totaling nearly $50 million. A provision for daughter Beatrice consisting of periodical $70,000 payments was included, and McCartney has agreed to pay for her nanny and school fees. Of the provision, Mills said, "Beatrice only gets $70,000 a year so she is obviously meant to travel B class while her father travels A class. But obviously I will pay for that."

Lou Bellera sold the rights to "Amy Fisher Caught on Tape" this past spring after he filed for divorce and she began dating one-time flame Joey Buttafuoco."I did it out of the heat of anger and passion," Bellera told The Post.
