Playboy editor Hugh Hefner says Miley Cyrus will be “welcomed in the magazine” when she’s of legal age.
Hefner, 82, told Extra that the 15-year-old Hannah Montana star is a “very pretty lady.”
Last week Cyrus said she was “embarrassed” by a racy semi-topless portrait shot by Annie Leibowitz for Vanity Fair.
“I think to make such a big to do over something as innocent as those photos, I think is a reflection on how schizophrenic America is about sexuality,” Hefner told Extra.
As much as I want to place the blame on Hugh for saying he wants Miley when she turns 18, I’m pointing the finger at “Extra.” These tabloid shows are the sick ones. They shouldn’t be asking that question to begin with.
Hef’s always very honest, which is probably why they asked him in the first place, but they need to cool it. That’s disgusting and unnecessary because we all know Miley Cyrus nude pics and a sex tape will already leak before she’s legal.

Miley Cyrus wants us to believe she’s a positive role model. In a recent interview, Miley explains she doesn’t want to become a cocaine whore like Lindsay Lohan or a bald Britney Spears one of the bad girls in Hollywood.
“I definitely try to steer away from it as much as I can, but it’s all around me, I think it’s more of a personal battle really. You have to know what you feel and what’s in your heart. But I’m more of a positive person. I’ve always wanted to be a positive role model and that’s what I want to continue to be.”
Hahaha! You’re too late! Had you not put pics on your ‘private’ myspace page of you in your tank tops and underwear, along with the rest of the photos that came out recently, you may have had a chance.

Miley Cyrus is coming forward to say she’s embarrassed by the photos she did with Annie Liebovitz for Vanity Fair. I don’t think she’s embarrassed, daddy Cyrus probably flipped his lid seeing his 15 year old daughter like that, and made her make a statement about it. I surely don’t recall her saying anything about any of the other slutty pics of her that hit the net!
“My goal in my music and my acting is always to make people happy. For Vanity Fair,I was so honored and thrilled to work with Annie [Leibovitz]. I took part in a photo shoot that was supposed to be ‘artistic’ and now, seeing the photographs and reading the story, I feel so embarrassed.”
