The Emmy Award-winning actress admits she started getting back into shape 10 days after baby Dezzi James was born in May, and she used the Cabbage Soup Detox Diet twice to help her shed the pounds and tone up.
Pressly says, "I got back into the gym and worked out two hours a day, five days a week, and I did the Cabbage Soup diet. It helps cut the fat and it's also something that doctors give patients who are waiting to go into surgery - to detox their body. So it's a really great, healthy diet."
I've thought about doing the cabbage soup diet before, but I've got enough fart issues as it is. Limp Bizkit lead singer Fred Durst was arrested for assault with a deadly weapon and slapped with a restraining order after hitting two people with a car.Documents filed in Los Angeles Superior Court on August 16 show that the rocker, whose full name is William Fred Durst, hit two L.A. residents with his vehicle "on or about October 26, 2006."
A criminal complaint filed in L.A. Superior Court on January 1, 2007, charges Durst with seven misdemeanor counts in total for the 2006 incident, including: two counts of assault with a deadly weapon, three counts of battery, one count of making a criminal threat and one charge of reckless driving on the highway.
Contained within the August 16 documents is a restraining order that instructs Durst not to "annoy, harass, strike, threatenâ¦or otherwise disturb the peace of the [victims]."
The singer, 37, is also ordered to surrender or sell to a licensed gun dealer any firearms in his possession and not come within 100 yards of the two alleged victims.
It's not like these two were going to last anyway.
The Heroes hottie, 18, and her boyfriend of one year, Laguna Beach alum Stephen Colletti, 21, have gone their separate ways.

I love Jon Stewart, but his jokes flopped at the Oscars! :(Call it a repeat treat â" Jon Stewart is hosting the Oscars again next year.
"I'm thrilled to be asked to host the Academy Awards for the second time because, as they say, the third time's a charm," Stewart said.
Stewart, 44, will helm the 80th annual Academy Awards on Feb. 24 at the Kodak Theater, Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences producer Gil Cates announced Wednesday.
"Jon was a terrific host for the 78th Awards," Cates said. "He is smart, quick, funny, loves movies and is a great guy. What else could one ask for?"
Best known for hosting The Daily Show, his Emmy-winning "fake" news show on the Comedy Central, Stewart hosted the award show in 2006 for 38.9 million viewers.
Ellen DeGeneres pulled in 39.9 million viewers, but neither comedians came close to the 55 million viewers who watched Billy Crystal making one of his eight appearances as host in 1998, the year Titanic swept the awards.
The Oscars will be broadcast on ABC.
