Hip-hop producer Scott Storch is facing legal action for more than $550,000 after failing to repay a $100,000 loan he received in 2003.

LA Confidential owner David Menefield filed the lawsuit against Storch and his production company Tuff Jew Productions in the United States Central District Court last Wednesday - claiming Storch had not fulfilled his promise to repay the loan.

According to the papers, Storch had agreed to be solely responsible for the borrowed money, which his company Tuff Enough Productions had received when he was facing foreclosure on his home.

He had also promised to deliver four songs to Menefield, who is the former manager of rapper Knocturnal.

In 2006, Rolling Stone magazine estimated Storch's fortune at $70 million. He is best known for his work with stars including 50 Cent, R. Kelly, The Game and Beyonce Knowles.

This dude is straight up whack and looks like the character from MAD Magazine. If he's worth $70 million why is it so hard to come up with $100K? He could at least afford to get something done about that crazy over-bite and butt-chin!

More than three months after Anna Nicole Smith's death, her will was filed Monday in a Los Angeles probate court.

The documents were submitted by her companion and attorney Howard K. Stern, 38, who is also named as the will's executor. According to the papers, her total assets are worth $710,000.

The will, drawn up in April 2001, leaves all of Smith's assets to her son Daniel, who died on Sept. 10 from an accidental overdose in the Bahamas. Daniel, 20, was visiting his mother just days after she gave birth to daughter Dannielynn, now eight months.

The big guessing game at ABC is where on the schedule its "Grey's Anatomy" spinoff is going to land, with 10 p.m. Wednesday, 9 or 10 p.m. Monday and 10 p.m. Thursday slots being the most-discussed possibilities at the moment.

I really love ABC now, but I've been upset about them taking off Extreme Makeover! I know people that need to get on that show. And me and my amigo watch What About Brian together so that sucks too if they take that off. ABC really scored with Brothers and Sisters tho. It's one of their best new shows! But I wanna see more comedies. It's turning into some drama network now. ABC reps better stumble across my blog and listen to me dammit, diversify!

According to Nick Lachey's reps him and his ho Vanessa Minnillo were at a Club Felt party in Kentucky when some dude approached Nick and he was gonna throw down.

The couple were making their way through the party at Club Felt, led by Nick's bodyguard, when some drunk guy yanked Nick's arm causing Vanessa to fall down.

While Vanessa tried to calm her pissed off boytoy, nearby police took control of the situation and cuffed the guy. They asked Nick if he wanted to press charges, but Lachey and Minnillo were content to just put the night behind them.

Filing a police report would interfere with their banging schedule. Can't stand machismo Nick. If cameras were rolling he probably would have thrown some punches.

The 52-room mansion that rapper 50 Cent has called home for more than three years, an estate once owned by boxer Mike Tyson, is up for sale.

The rap artist (real name: Curtis James Jackson III) bought the 48,000-plus-square-foot house in September 2003 for $4.1 million. Since buying the mansion, 50 Cent has reportedly spent up to $6 million renovating the house, including adding a helicopter pad.

Curt Clemens, owner of Century 21 Clemens & Sons in Hartford, told the Hartford Courant Wednesday that he toured the house a few months ago after being contacted by representatives of the rapper who said he wanted to sell the property.

Clemens, who was the listing agent on the house when it was owned by Tyson, said that he was notified a few weeks ago that another real estate agent would be handling the sale.

"I was surprised it hadn't come on the market because we were expecting it," Clemens said. "He's put a lot into it, and it's all very tasteful, except the stripper poles."

Hey now Mr. Clemens, I'm sure there's been alot put into those stripper poles too. Alright maybe not into the stripper poles but onto the stripper poles. Ewwww.

Actress Brittany Murphy has married screenwriter Simon Monjack whose credits include Factory Girl.

The 29-year-old actress had called off an engagement to Joe Macaluso, whom she met on the set of Little Black Book, only eight months ago. Brittany was spotted living it up with Monjack at the Playboy Kentucky Derby event. Sources say the couple looked happy and were both wearing wedding rings.

"[Murphy and Montjack] were drinking Crown Royal, and [they] didn't want photographers to take pictures of their rings because they were waiting to make a formal announcement on Monday."

Alec Baldwin will not attend today's court hearing in which a judge will decide if Baldwin should win back the right to have contact with his daughter.

Baldwin's right to interact with Ireland was suspended after the judge heard the now-famous voice mail message the actor left for his daughter.

The Baldwin source added that Alec had a "great two-week visit with Ireland" back in March. After that visit, Baldwin suspended his motion to hold Kim in contempt for allegedly interfering with his parenting rights.

Baldwin suspended the motion as a show of good faith. The upshot -- he could resurrect the contempt action in the wake of what went down.

A Baldwin source says he won't be at the hearing because only the lawyers will be talking. The source also said his daughter Ireland is "of paramount importance to him."

However, Kim Basinger's ass will be in court so she can look good. Shady! You know she leaked that tape in the first place. These two parents are crazy!

I'm taking this all as a big rumor but Usher may be firing his mom from being his manager and have his new bitch Tameka do it instead. Is he really putting the pussy on a pedestal?

"They definitely don't get along," one spy tells us. "Tameka came to Jonetta's birthday on April 6. They hugged and posed for photos, but it was all for the cameras."

The rift dates back to when Jonetta encouraged Usher to fire Tameka as his stylist. "Tameka went on the radio and took some shots at Jonetta," says a source.

But Usher, 28, still liked Tameka, 38, and vice versa. In fact, she ended up leaving her husband for him. (Reps are denying she's pregnant.)

"Tameka has a hold over him," says one friend. "Nobody can figure it out. Some people think he may make Tameka his manager."

Execs at Jive, Usher's label, are said to be concerned. "They think Jonetta's done an incredible job with his career. They're encouraging her to take on Britney Spears."
A rep for Usher scoffed at talk that he's firing his mom: "I don't know of any management changes at this time."

He'd be stupid to fire his mom and make Tameka his manage. That ho wants nothing but green-backs. From the pics I've seen of Usher lately, he needs to hire a personal trainer!
