Miley Cyrus was the box office queen this weekend, earning the #1 spot with her movie that I hope I will never see - Hannah Montana: The Movie.

Mothers and their 12 year-old and younger daughters mostly comprised of the audience.

"Hannah Montana" also attracted a solid crowd of teenage girls, fans reaching the age when they might be outgrowing the show.

"Miley's audience stayed with her, Those that enjoyed the show on TV and maybe have become young teens themselves came back for the movie."

Funny how the Disney rep is saying that Miley's audience stayed with her. We can just assume that that's the very reason Disney gave this flick the green light in the first place. There is money to be made, honey!

Who knew Brit Brit could speak Spanish? Here's my favorite pop diva Britney Spears getting goofy while rehearsing some dances in a studio. The second scene features her going racing and she wins a trophy? Maybe for being Britney Spears and not actually finishing the fastest.

Holly Madison is the latest Dancing With the Stars competitor to get injured!

She was experiencing pain before performing on this week's show, and while rehearsing for the tango on Thursday, the pain got significantly worse. She received medical attention and a broken rib was ruled out.

"While she is not suffering from a broken rib, she does continue to feel a great deal of discomfort and was prescribed pain medication. She is committed to the show and her partner, Dmitry and will rest when she can. She fully hopes and, at this time, expects to dance on Monday."

After Richards and Madison both danced the salsa for the second time Tuesday, Richards scored two points higher from judges, but Madison had more viewer votes and got to stay on the show.

"I really didn't think I was going," Richards said on ABC's Jimmy Kimmel Live! "I wished I lasted longer."

I actually think I'll miss her. Denise is one of the worst dancers on the show, but Steve Wozniak is the worst dancer of all time.

Timberlake recently toured a Mexican distillery where he was caught on video tasting tequilas. A spokeswoman for the star confirms, "This was one of his many meetings over the last two years in development of his tequila business."

Timberquila? JTequila? Justinila? Heh. Whatever name JT gives it, I won't be buying it at the bar but I'll make sure that some dude buys it for me. Not much of a JT fan at all and I don't really like Tequila.

Papa Spears is a man to be reckoned wit y'all.

A judge just ordered Adnan Ghalib to stay completely clear of Brit for three years.

You'll recall Brit's conservators already got a temporary restraining order prohibiting Adnan from having contact with the famous conservatee, after Adnan allegedly tried torpedoing the conservatorship.

Adnan was a no show for today's hearing, so the judge gave the green light for a permanent injunction.

What a snooze. I'd like to think that Adnan has a restraining order against him because he impregnated the very fertile Spears women - Britney and Jamie Lynn - during the same month! Papa Spears then decided to get a restraining order out against Adnan even though Britney aborted Adnan's fetus. Sister Jamie Lynn decided to keep hers and move to Louisiana to raise the young un, lying to her boyfriend and saying that the baby be his.

Sadly, no such drama ever transpired. Adnan and Britney just had a few calls and text message exchanges after Papa Spears stepped in, which infuriated pops. Papa Spears then used his magical cheese grit redneck powers to legally keep Adnan away from his Brit Brit gravy train because he's controlling like that.

One of the benefits of surviving a fatal plane crash is being able to sue for lots and lots of thick dolla. Adam Goldstein, aka DJ AM, is doing just that. He is seeking $20 million in damages related to his deadly crash survived by Travis Barker and himself.

DJ AM is suing plane manufacturer Learjet and several other companies. The breakdown includes: $10 million for medical expenses, lost earnings, profits and economic damages and another $10 million related to mental and physical pain and other "non-economic losses."

If the case goes to trial, a jury will decide if he will be awarded any damages.

Several of the companies sued last year by Goldstein and fellow crash survivor Travis Barker are seeking a trial delay until after a government investigation of the crash is complete.

"Daily I live with the guilt and grief of what happened that night, what I saw, who was lost and why I was spared," DJ AM has said of the Sept. 19 crash. "I have no words to express the pain that comes with knowing four people died, while I lived."

DJ AM and Travis deserve all of the money that they're asking for. Hopefully inspections will become more thorough and the lives of future passengers will be saved as a result of their lawsuits.

Steve-O was forced to sit out of Monday's Dancing With the Stars due to a back injury.

During dress rehearsal two hours before the show aired, he landed on his mic pack, host Tom Bergeron announced on the show.

He went to the hospital as a precaution and "hopes to be back next week," Bergeron added.

The judges ended up basing their scores on his dress rehearsal performance of the salsa -- and they weren't sympathetic.

Bruno Tonioli, "He has an appealing streak of madness." They earned a 14 out of 30.

The judges take no sympathy out on anyone. When Marie Osmond fainted the other year, the judges acted like it was a part of her routine.

It is fair, afterall. I also don't think the judges recognize or care about contestants like Steve-O or Kim Kardassian. This is one show where you either go big or you go home! I like that it's not all left up to the public like American Idol has done for so many seasons. The public just doesn't vote properly sometimes. May the best dancer Shawn Johnson or Lil Kim win!
