In Touch magazine claims that Jada Pinkett has met up with high-powered divorce attorney Laura Wasser! Laura has rep'd Britney Spears, Angelina Jolie and currently works for Kim Kardashian.

A source says that Jada "has finally begun to take steps to dissolve their marriage.” Rumors of Will Smith and Jada Pinkett's allegedly troubled marriage surfaced months ago. Both stars are living thousands of miles apart.

Jada even allegedly turned down a major role in a Keanu Reeves directed flick because she wanted to be with her kids: Jaden, 13, and Willow Smith, 11, during this "difficult time."

Star magazine insists that Will Smith and Jada Pinkett are headed for divorce. The tabloid has tracked the couple's whereabouts over the past year, focusing on the past few months and Hollywood's A-list couple spends a lot of time apart.

While Will parties it up with "the boys" in Miami, where they have a mansion, Jada is in New York and LA with the kids.

An insider says: “Will and Jada are finished after 14 years. They’re still keeping up appearances because they worry divorce could hurt their careers, but there’s no turning back now. It needs to end.”

The couple has been "trying to work through it," but things began to unravel in early November, which resulted in a nuclear fight. "Behind closed doors they really fight like cats and dogs."

The magazine says Jada and Will are living separate lives.

I'm not sold on this one, which is largely because I met Will and Jada's hairstylist and I've been told that this is bullshit. I also  just don't want to believe it, and I think that just because two people don't spend every waking moment together, that doesn't mean they're "living separate lives" and destined to break up.

Shortly after word hit the street that Jada Pinkett-Smith and hubby Will are allegedly having marital problems, along came rumors of an affair. Will Smith allegedly caught Jada in their home with Marc Anthony, which caused Will to walk out upset and crying.

Now comes more details into what really happened between Jada and Marc on the set of HawthoRNe; unfortunately there wasn't any sex involved.

A set source told Us Weekly that Jada and Marc "were a little touchy and like they were in their own little world," adding that they would often talk, text, and hung out alone in Marc's trailer.

A family insider said the more distant Marc and Jennifer got, "the closer he got to Jada" and also said Jada may have "overstepped her bounds".

Man, if I was Will Smith, I would be p!ssed about this love tryst between Jada and Marc.... If it's true. I mean, what guy wants to lose his woman to Skeletor?

Now that the rumor mill is running wild about the demise of Jada Pinkett-Smith and Will Smith's marriage, all sorts of crazy shiz is coming out of the closet... Or shall I say the tabloids?!?

According to In Touch, Will Smith was suspicious over Jada's "uncomfortably close" relationship with her 'HawthoRNe' co-star Marc Anthony. Jada allegedly told Will she needed space and moved from their Malibu pad into their Hidden Hills home and began traveling more without the family which made Will grow increasingly paranoid.

Earlier this month he made a surprise visit to Jada and apparently found Marc in the house with Jada.

"He left crying. He was very upset. He said Marc was with Jada."

So, did he catch them doing something crazy or were they just in the same house together? And if there is something with Jada and Marc, do you think that may have had something to do with J.Lo leaving his @ss? Hmmm. Interesting.

Ok, in all honesty, this one is probably BS, but it makes for an interesting rumor and it'll be fun to see the people responsible get the sh!t sued out of them.

In Touch Weekly (more like Out of Touch Weekly! Zing!) has reported that Will Smith and his wife of 13 years, Jada Pinkett-Smith, have separated. There are so many reasons why this probably isn't true, but for the sake of argument, let's just say they're really breaking up. We would never find out about it! At least not now, while the careers of their kids - Willow and Jaden - are really starting to take off.

This is a family with its eyes on the prize and they're not about to let some scandal come in and eff things up when they're just starting to peak. So, yeah, our guess is Will and Jada are not breaking up. Although, if it turns out to be true - you heard it here first!

Willow Smith, Jaden Smith and mother Jada Pinkett attended the White House Easter Egg Roll Monday in Washington, D.C. Willow performed along with Colbie Calliat and Greyson Chance. She rocked a crazy mohawk and she's reminding me of Lady Gaga.

Willow is a huge Gaga fan and has said that she'd like to be like her. She's much more eccentric than Gaga ever was at the age of 10. We think she'll be around for a long time. Love the hair and the adorable bright plaid suit in Easter colors.

Ten year-old Willow Smith is featured in the newest issue of W magazine. But before she whips her hair or turns into a prostitot, she first has to run everything by her parents: Will and Jada Smith.

In her interview, Willow refers to her parents as "Mommy" and "Daddy." It's really cute, but it also freaks me out a bit, like, 'Shouldn't mommy and daddy be trying to shield you from fame instead of launching you into the soul-sucking, hypercritical microcosm that is Hollywood?' Clearly, fame shielding isn't taking place, and Willow's parents are proud of her and her brother Jaden Smith, as they should be.

I think it's great that they're setting their kids up with their own self-made fortunes. When you're rich and famous and you don't help your kids to be rich and famous too, they resort to bad behavior like Paris Hilton, Nicole Richie, Kim Kardashian, and many others. It's refreshing that Willow's using talent to make a name for herself.

On who she likes to whip her hair to: “I like the way Billy Idol sings. Mommy turned me on to him. And I like Lady Gaga’s songs.”

On having rules: “I can’t do whatever I want. Mommy has to say it’s okay.”

On her talented parents: “Mommy and Daddy inspired me to be a performer. I get my flow from Daddy, my singing ability from Mommy, and the camera stuff from both. That’s just what happens when you hang out with the Smiths!”

Jada Pinkett Smith wants to make sure we know that she still bangs Will Smith. Okay so she wasn't exactly that blunt about it, but she does talk about poking Will in the back of a limo on the way to a red carpet event.

"When you have three kids, you've got to take your opportunities when they come. In a limo, on the way to the Academy Awards this year, Will started looking at me in this way that drives me wild. We started kissing passionately, and the next thing I knew, well, let's just say we missed the red carpet and I ended up with almost no makeup on."

Get your groove on girl! Nothing wrong with getting your rocks off in the back of a limo, as long as you don't leave wet spots for the next customers.
