Year after year the Coachella festival brings out some of the biggest acts in music and the music-loving Hollywood elite. This year did not disappoint as Paris Hilton, a Coachella regular brought her new Z-list boy toy, surprisingly Reese Witherspoon showed up and Dita Von Teese looked like she was dropped off at the wrong spot. Coachella is scorching hot! I would never wear an ounce of makeup at a place like this but Dita was painted.

The third time was the charm for Jake Gyllenhaal!

After two previous proposals to girlfriend Reese Witherspoon, he again got down on bended knee " and she finally said the word he's been waiting to hear: "Yes!"

When Reese arrived at Sony Studios in Culver City, Calif., to shoot an Avon commercial recently, she was wearing her new engagement ring, two set sources tell Star.

"It was gorgeous, and everyone noticed it right away. But she took it off as soon as she saw people staring. Reese stuffed it in her bag and didn't put it on again the rest of the day."

Still, the large diamond sparkler was the talk of the two-day shoot. "There was already word out that she and Jake had gotten engaged, so the ring absolutely confirmed everybody's suspicions."

I'm not entirely sold on this rumor, but I hope that Reese and Jake will get married. They seem so right for each other, you can just tell.

Jake Gyllenhaal was spotted at a L.A. Courthouse fulfilling his civic duty as a prospective juror in a misdemeanor battery case.

While in the courtroom, Gyllenhaal was allowed to go through the juror questioning process known as voire dire in a private room.

Sources say that Jake was told to remove his baseball cap inside the courtroom. He was excused for the day but not from the case. He will have to return tomorrow to find out if he was selected. I think I know a certain someone who will be skulking around the courthouse tomorrow.

Can't they just go to brokeback mountain for a "high-altitude fuck" and make it all better?

Jake Gyllenhaal and Maggie Gyllenhaal's parents - screenwriter Naomi Foner, and dad, director Stephen Gyllenhaal, have separated.

The Daily Mail has reported that the actor, 27, "is telling everyone they are getting married at Christmas" after he proposed "several times" and "she finally said yes."

However, Jakey Pooh's rep said, "The Daily Mail reports are false."

But just because Reese isn't dress shopping right now, that doesn't mean the twosome isn't serious. Jake has moved into Reese's $5 million L.A. home a while ago. They've been dating for more than a year now, and they recently had a European vacation with Reese's kids, Ava, 8, and Deacon, 4. Reese's friend said,

"It was Jake's idea," adding that the two are "trying out what it means to coexist as a family.

"Reese was willing to try it because Jake had assured her he is 100 percent committed for the long haul."

It's hard for me to let my undercover lover, Jakey Pooh, go, but I think Reese is great for him. You can tell she knows how to treat her man right. I taught her exactly what Jake likes, and, so far, it's working out for her.
