A stolen picture of Jamie Lynn Spears breast feeding her baby has sparked a federal pornography investigation.

Federal and local authorities are on the hunt for someone peddling 12 pics of Britney Spears, Jamie Lynn, daughter Maddie and baby daddy Casey Aldridge. One of the pictures shows Jamie Lynn breast feeding Maddie -- Jamie Lynn's left breast is exposed.

The pics were taken on Casey's digital camera. He took the camera card to his local Wal-Mart in Louisiana for copies. Law enforcement believes someone at the Wal-Mart may have made extra copies, then tried selling them.

Peddling pictures of a minor's breast -- even if not taken for sexual purposes -- could land the seller and the buyer in federal prison if they are marketed across state lines for the purpose of being lurid. Also, anyone purchasing the pics could be prosecuted for the crime of receiving stolen property.

Authorities are trying to find the man who is attempting to sell the photos. In addition, we're told Britney's lawyers are thinking about going after Wal-Mart for the alleged security breach.

After hearing allegations that Jamie Lynn's fiancé Casey Aldridge cheated with a woman named Kelli Dawson, the 26-year-old allegedly offered to fly Jamie Lynn and baby Maddie to L.A. in a private jet.

"Brit has assured Jamie Lynn that she'll build a nursery for Maddie â€" even promising that when she buys her new place, it will have a special wing for them," a source claims.

In an exclusive interview with In Touch, 28-year-old Kelli Dawson reveals that she and Casey, 19, were romantically involved â€" and were still sleeping together when Jamie Lynn, now 17, was six months pregnant with his child.

The pair first met in November 2006. At the time, Casey was already dating Jamie Lynn, but the sexual chemistry between Casey and Kelli was instant. "We were both really attracted to each other," Kelli reveals.

"He totally instigated it and pursued me. His friends would tell me that he liked me, that he thought I was pretty." It wasn't really "hot and heavy," Kelli admits, until the spring of 2007.
