Jay-Z stated the obvious during a new interview that aired last night. Jay-Z spoke about his daughter on "Oprah's Master Class: Special Edition." Beyonce gave birth in early January before quickly slimming down.

"At the end of the day, I just know I'll probably have the worst-spoiled little kid ever," he confessed.

Jay-Z also said that he knows that parenting will be tough when Blue gets older.

"Everyone imagines they'll be a great dad until their [kids are] teenagers. [Then they say], 'Get away from me, dad. You're embarrassing me.'"

Beyonce has played a big role in her nephew Julez's life and he's far from spoiled. He has great manners. I don't think Blue will become the next Suri Cruise. She's just going to be fierce and she's going to know it, but I predict that she'll be down to earth and as "normal" as the best well-rounded celebrity kids are.

Over the weekend, we brought you pictures of Beyonce, Jay-Z and little Blue Ivy Carter (she'll drop the last name at the same time as her first single) enjoying their first public outing as together. Well, according to Us Weekly, patrons of the Sant Ambroeus restaurant in NYC enjoyed a much more intimate view of the family.

The magazine claims several witnesses reported that Beyonce "nursed her little girl at her the table" in full view of other diners. So now we know where Bey stands on the public breastfeeding issue, though, of course, many will claim that these reports are just planted evidence that the kid was actually birthed by Beyonce.

Well, if the reports are true, it's good that Bey is not at all shy about feeding her baby in public. Rumor has it she plans to return to work very soon, joining her husband on the European leg of his Watch the Throne tour, and possibly starring in a musical film from Glee creator Ryan Murphy. Get ready for the spotlight, Baby Blue!

Blue Ivy Carter went out for her first NYC lunch date recently and, of course, photographers were on hand to capture the momentous occasion. Not even two months old and she's already ballin' so hard paparazzi wanna find her.

Beyonce and Jay-Z struggled to keep the event low-key, but they likely expected the unwanted attention. Note the look on Jigga's face that says in no uncertain terms, "The first one of y'all to get too close will have to be identified by his dental records." That's one protective dad. I feel sorry for Baby Blue's first boyfriend.

Jay-Z and Beyonce have taken time off from two of the most successful music careers in history in order to give their full attention to raising the world's most famous baby. But last night, the draw of Linsanity proved too much for the power couple and they left little Blue Ivy with her team of nannies so that they could watch the New York Knicks take on Jay's New Jersey Nets at Madison Square Garden.

The Nets must have been emboldened by the presence of their part-owner, as they pulled off an upset victory, but the real news, of course, had to do with Beyonce's figure. Does this look like a woman who gave birth 6 weeks ago? Well, most new moms don't have access to a team of personal trainers and dieticians, so she may have just worked off her baby bump in record time. Or, she may have pulled off some hush-hush surrogate operation...those rumors will never go away.

Anyway, there's no denying Bey looked good and suitably new-mom tired. If only she and Jay could make it to more games, maybe Kris Humphries' ailing Nets could pull out a few more victories.

Photos of baby Jesus are upon us. Refusing to sell photos to the magazines, Jay-Z posted a picture of Blue Ivy Carter on his Tumblr account.

Beyonce is just glowing, smiling from ear to ear. Jay-Z posted his family photos on his website with the following message: "We welcome you to share in our joy. Thank you for respecting our privacy during this beautiful time in our lives. The Carter family."

Jay-Z is loving fatherhood. He already put his daughter on the tribute song he wrote about her titled "Glory," and just weeks later we finally get to meet her!

I like it when babies aren't bald. Blue Ivy has such dark hair! I think she's a mix of Beyonce and Jay-Z! She's precious.

Little Blue Ivy Carter already has a lot going for her, but it seems her mega-famous mom and dad plan to stack the deck in her favor even more by adding one more multi-millionaire icon to her life.

Radar Online reports that Beyonce and Jay-Z have decided who they'd like to serve as the "spiritual guardian" for their daughter and it's not Solange or Kelly Rowland, as many had guessed. Instead, it's the Queen of all Media - Oprah Winfrey. According to the report, it won't become official until a ceremony this Christmas, but Oprah has already accepted the role.

And no, Stedman won't be joining her as the baby's godfather. That title will go to Tyran “Ty Ty” Smith, a longtime friend of Jay's. God, I hope these rumors are true, if only for the possibility of Oprah participating in a ceremony with a dude named Ty Ty.

Even though Beyonce and Jay-Z are super-private and have no need to pimp their baby out for more money, Jessica Alba thinks they should sell the first photos of Blue Ivy Carter before somebody else cashes in.

Jessica sold the first photos of her daughter Honor to OK! magazine for $1.5 million, and doesn’t regret the decision at all. She says that her and husband Cash Warren had a great experience with their photographer, and they didn’t have to worry about the paparazzi doing scary and dangerous things to get the first look at their newborn.

“For our family, we just wanted to control the experience,” she told CNN, adding that, “If there’s a price tag on your child--which is so bizarre--people will go to crazy lengths. We wanted to avoid the hysteria.”

Hate to say it, but Jessica does have a point! Not that Bey and Jay-Z will take her up on that advice. They have enough wealth and clout to hide this child from the world until she turns eighteen. May not be healthy, but I have no doubt that they could pull it off.

Now that little Blue Ivy Carter has entered the world, we'll never know for certain if Beyonce was really pregnant or used a surrogate, as so many have claimed. But the controversy continues, with baby Blue continuing to score headlines as the first ever 4 day-old diva.

The New York State Health Department is investigating claims about the lavish arrangements made by Bey and Jay-Z to secure a posh, private delivery. The Carters reportedly paid $1.4 million to have the hospital convert 6-8 rooms into a one room private suite, complete with lush accents like mahogany walls. That's a bit much, but what's worse is the report that new parents were denied access to the maternity ward to see their children for the entirety of Beyonce's stay.

Understandably, King Jay and Queen Bey have ruffled some feathers with their ridiculous demands, and an investigation is being conducted to find out if any laws were violated in the hospital's attempt to accomodate hip-hop royalty. From the sound of it, however, nothing will come of the probe. "One [of the complaints] from someone who read about it in the media and the other was anonymous. So we have no person we can interview or talk to about it," said an official.

Likely just a case of sheer haterism. Better get used to it, Blue. You're half a week old and people are already jealous.

Beyonce gave birth to Blue Ivy the "natural" way, the singer and husband Jay-Z insist. In a joint statement, Beyonce and Jay-Z said that their Blue Ivy "was delivered naturally at a healthy 7 lbs and it was the best experience of both of our lives."

The couple added: "Her birth was emotional and extremely peaceful, we are in heaven. We are thankful to everyone for all your prayers, well wishes, love and support."

We've never heard this fiercely private couple make such mushy statements before! It's pretty refreshing.

Thanks to some revealing Jay-Z lyrics we've found out that Beyonce had a miscarriage. In Jay-Z's new song "Glory," which was released today, he raps: "Last time the miscarriage was so tragic/We was afraid you'd disappear/But nah baby you magic."

The song even includes an audio sample of Blue Ivy crying just moments after she entered the world. Pharrell produced the song.

Proud papa Jay says: "The most amazing feeling I feel, words can’t describe what I’m feeling for real / Baby, I paint the sky blue, my greatest creation was you."

Now that's a beautiful tribute. Blue Ivy is one lucky baby girl. Congrats again!
