What took so long?
Jennifer Hudson’s estranged brother-in-law, William Balfour, was arrested Monday in the slayings of the Oscar winner’s mother, brother and 7-year-old nephew, according to Chicago police.
Formal charges have not yet been brought by the Cook County prosecutor’s office, but Balfour was transferred from an Illinois state prison – where he has been held on suspicion of a parole violation – back into police custody, says police spokeswoman Monique Bond.
Balfour, 27, who is separated from Hudson’s sister, Julia, was arrested in the first-degree murders of Hudson’s mother Darnell Donerson, 57, brother Jason Hudson, 29, and his own stepson, Julian King, 7.
The bodies of Donerson and Hudson were found shot to death Oct. 24.
The body of King, Julia’s son, was found three days later in the backseat of Jason’s abandoned Chevrolet Suburban parked 10 miles from the family’s home. All died from gunshot wounds.
Julia needs to be questioned, too. I so don’t trust her fugly ass. May justice be served as quickly as possible.

Jennifer Hudson expressed her heartfelt gratitude Thursday for the public support she’s received since last month’s tragic loss of her mother, brother and nephew.
“I want to thank each and every one of you for your thoughts and prayers during this difficult time,” the Oscar winner, 27, wrote on her MySpace Celebrity blog under the heading, “Thank You All.”
“My sister and I take great comfort and strength from your love and concern.”
And, in true star form, the show will go on. Hudson recently gave her blessing to a scheduled appearance in Gap’s seasonal ad campaign, according to E! Online.

Donald Trump doesn’t just have the golden touch for business – he also has a heart of gold.
The real-estate mogul has been housing Jennifer Hudson and some of her relatives at the Trump International Hotel & Tower free of charge.
“She’s a great girl. And we’re protecting them well,” Trump told PEOPLE at a benefit honoring Australia director Baz Luhrman at the Museum of Modern Art Monday night. “They are very safe.”
Hudson has been seeking refuge at the Trump holding since her mother, brother and nephew were murdered in Chicago on Oct. 24.
You know security at Trump Towers is up to par! It’s not like Mr. Trump is in dire need of an image makeover, he didn’t have to reach out like this and I’m sure the Hudson family greatly appreciates his kindness.

William Balfour — the only suspect in the Hudson triple murder case — allegedly told his current girlfriend he was involved in the murders of Hudson’s mother and brother, according to sources at the Chicago Tribune.
Balfour’s girlfriend in turn told police what he told her. The Tribune also cites sources saying Balfour “acknowledged being at Hudson’s Englewood home” on the morning Jennifer Hudson’s mother and brother were shot to death inside, and Jen’s nephew was abducted and later killed.
William’s scheduled to be released this morning pending a decision by the Illinois Prisoner Review Board on whether he violated the terms of his parole. Chicago police refused to comment.
It’s very likely that William Balfour, Julia Hudson’s husband, is involved in the Hudson murders. However, what concerns me is that Julia has still not been questioned and I hope William’s girlfriend has an alias and protection, if not, bitch is fucked!
Justice needs to be served.

Julia’s mother, son and brother Jason were brutally murdered two weeks ago and her estranged hubby, William Balfour, the sole “person of interest” is scheduled to be released from jail on Monday. Jennifer, for now, remain in hiding, gurl!
I still don’t know what to think about Julia Hudson conspiracy theories, but I know that I can not stand this bitch!!!!!! She has a slew of recent pics now posted where she’s cheesin’ from ear to ear with dumb ass accompanying captions. This attention hungry whore is in deep mourning. Speechless.
