The Pearl Harbor star, 30, was staying at the Chateau Marmont in West Hollywood when he began complaining of abdominal pain a little before 2 a.m. Monday. An ambulance arrived quickly, and he was able to walk into it on his own, his rep, Susan Patricola, said in a statement.

Hartnett suffered a "flare-up" of an ongoing gastrointestinal problem that has been bothering him for the last several months while he was performing in London in the stage version of Rain Man.

He is currently under observation of doctors and is resting comfortably, according to his rep.

Josh Hartnett wants an apology and has slapped a defamation lawsuit against Britain's Daily Mirror newspaper for alleging he carried on a "sexual dalliance" in a public area of a London hotel, the BBC reports.

Hartnett, 30, called the newspaper's purported claims "not only untrue but a complete fabrication," according to his lawyers, who also labeled them "defamatory and unsubstantiated.

The paper said it was 'rumored' I was caught on CCTV. But how can you have a rumor about a video? It would be on the Internet [by] now."

Good luck with the lawsuit, Josh! Cause if a sextape does exist it will get leaked just like it does with everyone else like Mini-me who also filed a lawsuit to block his sextape.

When Rihanna was asked if she's dating Josh Hartnett at the World Music, she said,

"He is so hot and he is really sweet to me. When we hang out it feels right �" even though it's pretty new. I would be lying if I told you we were not more than just friends… I have so fallen for him, he's lovely."

I'm not really buying the "He's lovely" part. This did come outta the London press, but it's good that she's finally 'fessed up. I have to see more pics of them together before I can figure out if they're cute or not. Josh should lose the 'stache. Then again, he probably looks better with the facial pubes.

Rihanna and Josh Hartnett were on TRL together recently and the two hit up NYC's Pink Elephant club last night where they got they sippy sippy on, drinking Dom Perignon and Pink vodka.

Rihanna and Josh also met up three weeks ago in L.A. after Rih Rih's Thursday night concert at the Nokia Theatre in Times Square.

Last night the two were spotted making out and and a witness adds, that they "didn't come together, but left together."

This new Rihanna is fun, wild and likes the douches. She could do better than Josh, but maybe she's just f*cking for roles. She's bound to turn into an actress any one of these days.
